Had a great time here while visiting Orlando, its outside under the stars, bottle service and DJ were on point, definitely recommend if youre looking for a Latin Style night Club/ lounge!

Cool location to meet with coworkers. I will be bringing friends next time. The place has a great atmosphere. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.

Went for brunch. It was my first time. The place and ambiance were cool. The brunch buffet was awfully cold!! every single item. Then the next morning im nauseous with gas that taste like a boiled egg and I threw up. They need to put the warmers under the food and 2 in some cases. even the buscuit and gravy were cold.

Love the place the employees that work there the kitchen staff I wanna keep them all..

The bartender at the side bar next to the entry was super rude. She told us before we even order that she needs a super good tip. When we ask why ? She said because she doesnt serve cheap people ( judging a book by its cover). Very bad service wont recommend.

I traveled Orlando and Waited for over an hour and a half here on Saturday and still didn’t get in! The security was choosing who they let in. A couple offered to pay entry fees for group in front of me and skipped the entire line. When it was my turn to go up they only let in eight people which included the couple who skipped and the group in front of me. I ended up leaving e en though I was at the front as I had waiting til almost closing time. Security accepted money from some to enter and not from others. Such bad business practice. I will def not come back to this place after how we were treated. I recommend you go elsewhere or wait in line for hours.

Food was horrible and no options for people who can’t eat large amounts of food!! No menu available until 4:00 pm (website doesn’t tell you this). So if you don’t want the buffet there are no other options for food! The omelette station was a joke. It took an extremely long time, so the birthday girl spent most of her time in lines! The bacon was raw, the cheese had mold on it . The one star is for our table attendant, she was amazing and very accommodating. She rocks! That was my first and last time going to Ember Brunch! For $30 it’s not worth it!!! For the money you guys need to step it up with your food and offer a menu (small plates...appetizers). Don’t waste your time.

Excellent Restaurant for Dine and Booze. Exotic cousins and food was great. Interior is well designed and staff is always there to help you. Restrooms were clean and this place is Lit at nights especially weekend nights.

This place probably offers the best dining experience in the town. I usually visit Ember with my husband to have their fantastic food and I find this place really good. Great atmosphere, love the old castle feel. We went on Friday for 3-4-1... Great drinks . My wife had the wings (smokehouse) she liked them, I had the hummus with veggies and pita, it was good but for the price I needed more veggies and pita, the bowl of hummus was huge but I had nothing to dip it with . We sat on the patio, it was following a storm, they quickly dried the outside glass tables and added the padded seats but didnt wipe the high top chairs or tables. The music was okay but needed a better mix of time periods . We will definitely be back

Had a pretty terrible experience tonight. Decided to go out for the first time in a long time. Wanted to support something local. We walked in at about 840pm was told that at 10 there was an event but we had plenty of time to sit and eat. So we sat on the suggestion of the employee and ordered. She assured us it was fine. It was just 2 of us and we were going to be quick anyway so didnt see a problem. We pre-paid for our food. Never got the waters we asked for. About halfway through the meal a security guys tells us that they had an event at 10 and would be closing the main area and bar then. It was 908pm. We thanked him and said we would be out in plenty of time. At 920 as I am in the middle of talking I am rudely interrupted by a different security telling me that at 10 they would be closing. I again thanked him and said we are about done and he even said you have time just wanted to tell you. We stand to leave at 935 put on our masks, sanitize our hands and then we are approached by 2 security guards who proclaim that we need to wrap it up. That was enough the unprofessionalism to take my money and rush me out the door when there was more than 20mins left before 10pm came. Highly disappointed in the treatment especially when customers who come in and spend money and rushed out the door in the most unprofessional way for an establishment like that. If it was 1000 and we were lingering around I may understand to be treated that way. It was 935 and to be told 3 times prior and then the forth timr I was told, quote wrap it up as they were closing. Never again Ember.

Not a good experience, we had a table and it took forever to get a server over to us. When we walked in the woman was so aggressive telling us we were going the wrong way but we were directed to go that way. We waited at our table for 30 min before someone brought over a menu then 10 minutes later a waitress came over. She would take one order then walk away and we would have to flag her down to let her know the rest of us wanted to order. She kept forgetting drinks because she wasn’t writing it down. What was supposed to be a fun night turned out to be exhausting simply from the service. We went for the Sunday brunch buffet. Definitely worth every penny. You get unlimited mimosas and breakfast/lunch buffet 10a-3p for $30/person plus automatic gratuity. We got there early and had our pick of seating that wasnt already reserved. There is a hot table, a cold bar, and a pancake and omlett station. The selection and variety of syrups was devine. My favorite was the salted caramel whiskey maple syrup. My fiance loved the bourbon maple syrup. They also had a few sugar free jellys and turkey meat options. You can dine in or outside. Great for a date or for friends meeting up.

The people were nice ... Security was nice and all Above Board. The Atmosphere is very friendly. One of the Bartenders named Bria, She did a remarkable job and also Ill return again in the Future.

My wife, brother and I had a blast they the all white party! Best time ever!

Really nothing but great experiences here, so I will be back. The bill was well within reason for the quality.

Great place to have a fun Orlando late night out. The place is huge and has both and outdoor and an indoor side, both with different music but same vibe. Drinks are super cheap compared to other places. And the music is the best playlists Ive ever heard.

I like Ember because it has a little bit of everything for different crowds. Some nights can be more chill like a lounge and other nights it can be crazy like a club. Ive only been on Sundays for Bottomless Mimosas from 3pm-6pm and I always had a good time.

The DJ from the outdoor area on Saturday is not good at all. Hes not good at mixing the music and changes the songs without allowing the crowed to enjoy the hipe or best part of the songs. It just kills the vibe.

This is my second time coming here for brunch. First time was great and better service. Today has been the worst service I ever had attending brunch. To pay for unlimited mimosas they only brought two bottle to the table with 20 people. But had a table with sitting with three people and had had three bottles of champagne . When we ask for more bottles the waiters gave us an attitude. Overall don’t waste your time here they are many brunch’s spots with better service!

We made a reservation there and when we got there no one was there to greet or seat us, then we found our table ourselves with my name on it. It then took about 15 min to even find a server, then she literally had no personality, and she had us order quick because the kitchen will close at 9, the bar service was awful and took forever to get drinks and when we did the cups they use are literally baby cups. Prob won’t go back

Sunday brunch was overall a bad experience. They wasnt prepared for the event. spent over an hour trying to eat. The buffet stayed empty, never was able to get a drink , due to the wait. Only good thing was being able to get a refund.

The interior including restrooms definitely need a facelift! The outside area/patio is pretty cool though... By the way, before you visit be sure to check if there are any events going on or call and ask what kind of music and crowd is expected that night/evening. Otherwise you may be in for a surprise depending on your music or crowd preference.

Honestly one of the best bars Downtown Orlando has to offer. They have a big nice patio with 3 bars, couches, tables. Great place to enjoy the wine downs and bottomless mimosas. And then they have an indoor lavish bar. And theres food as well as a full bar. Sometimes theres hookah. Its a great place to spend Sunday Funday.

A group of us (9) decided to have a baby shower at Ember our co-work. It was nice to have the inside to ourselves for lunch. The waiter/bar tender did not seem too happy to serve us. His attitude started when we told him the water glasses at our table were all dirty. We asked if they had a drink menu he said no its all in my head. A few of us ordered a drink with strawberries by the 6th cup he mentioned after this we are all out of strawberries. Deed I remind you it was lunch time. If you did not have enough strawberries to make drinks why even suggest that flavor. We then had to wave him back over to our table to order some food. He never once asked would this be separate tabs. He assumed it would be. Our food were being served. The guest of honor of course should have gotten her plate first but NO SHE NEVER RECEIVED HER FOOD AT ALL. When I got up to inform him a plate was missing he seemed to be annoyed. He was even more annoyed when we told him it would be separate bills which he then stated well this will take me even long to separate the check. This was a few of our first time at Ember and will most likely be our last. Ember may be a nice place for the night life but definitely not for a lunch group event. 2 stars for having the inside to ourselves and decent food.

Ember hosted my fiancees birthday, they did a great job. The venue is great for parties and events with the large and nice outdoor area and multiple bars. Ive heard the brunch is good too, will probably come for that one Sunday.

This was my first time coming to their brunch and I paid for unlimited mimosa and food. The food wasnt worth the $20 that myself and my and party of 20+ people. It was my birthday and the manager was really rude to my party and some of my friends paid for unlimited drinks and didnt even drink. When they asked for a refund the manager was so rude he even threw one of my friends money on the table and walked away. The manager told my friend that I was ban from coming back, but I didnt even speak to a manager and the staff did not want to help us except for one of the bus boys that was attending to our table. I will never come to this place again or recommend it to anyone. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. ALSO, THERE BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING I WOULD NOT USE THEM BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARENT BEING CLEANED REGULARLY. MANAGER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had an amazing time during Pride weekend. The crowed was nice and the drinks were great. I cant say much 3the food because I didnt have any but my friends who were with me said they werent impressed but loved the bottomless mimosas.Would definitely recommend though.

Very bad service with Erica agreed to get two grey goose for 350 then she brings both bottles and opens both of them then she brings the check for 540 I tell her we agreed before we entered the club that it will be 350 she tells me well you guys opened it I told her no you did and still says that she didn’t so so then she prints another receipt for 415 and I gave her 300 in cash and 114 with card and I saw her take 125 in cash and not put it with the rest of the cash and I came last time in my girlfriend birthday and took a whole section but after yesterday I’m for sure not coming back again

Went on Wine Down Wednesdays... it was a great atmosphere, but I was not properly prepared for how it works. First, I didn’t pre-register, so it was like $10 more at the door. Also, I didn’t like the food offered on the buffet and was gone fast. I didn’t mind that, however, it was nearly impossible to get service if you want something from the menu. So, unless you pre-pay and ok with microwaved taquitos, be ready to be disappointedThe unlimited drink special was good, but um... limited by their choice of white or red sangria and champagne and also limited by the servers who would be willing to pay attention to you after they felt you’ve waited enough. And even though I tipped and came back to same server, it was just too many people trying to get a refill at once.I still tried to have a good time and also eventually was able to order off the menu. That food was great! And shout out to the man working that area that got the fans on for us. It was terribly hot and humid, but we had to ask for them to be put on Lastly, parking is minimum $10

Never coming here again!! The staff is rude and they knowingly keep letting people come in without replacing any of the food! When we came in, one person said bottomless mimosas end at 2:45 but when we asked the bartender they said they wouldn’t serve us after 2:30. The food is subpar and it’s super packed with nowhere to sit. Save your money bc it’s definitely not worth it to come here

I am very disappointed in the service at ember, we purchased a VIP table and they took over 30 minutes to send a server , while inside we were treated very badly by the actual owner ..we will not be going back

I wouldve liked to try it, but after sitting at a table for 15 minutes and not even a server in sight (7:00 on a Friday), even after we asked the hostess to get someone, we left.

Nice venue. I was here for a company event. Our bartender was great and the place was clean and nice.

The brunch food was bland and dry. The selection was extreme limited and the customer service was sub-par. Definitely not worth $37.50.

The place is nice but i had a bad experience with the security guard at 2:45 am sunday march 8 latin party. punching me and my wife to the outside area . one of them was rude and when i tried to call the manager they didn’t pay attention to me . i spend around $300 to have a bad ending.

Celebrated my sister in laws birthday during Sunday Brunch. Great ambiance, good food and great deal on Unlimited buffet and mimosas. Will definitely be returning.

I have attended numerous events here. The drinks were good as well as the service and appetizers. The air conditioning system must have been broken the last time I went and the place was sweltering. This kind of put a damper on the evening. However, previous times I have visited, everything was great.

While Ember is a nice place to go to hang out with friends; Ember has horrible customer service.Their brunch is sub par for $30 with a mandatory $6 tip. Almost everything they had available had pork sausage in it, when asked for accommodations a lady- I didn’t catch her name- was rude and dismissive. They accommodated select guests with similar situations to mine which was disappointing because when asked she lied about it. Nevertheless, being that it was my first time I didn’t know what to exact now I that I’ve experienced it I won’t go back.Overall the experience at ember was poor coupled with the lack of customer service and lack of food options, I would not recommend this establishment.

I went at night. The bars are slow but the music was great, it was a Friday night. I wld go again. Not many places to go with good music in Orlando. Perhaps they need more DJs like it was a week ago. Plus its outside and u dont hv to worry about smelling like weed when u go home as a non smoker. Also as s a professional woman i dont want to hv to wash my hair over the weekend just because i went out dancing. I wld go back.

Arrived for a 10am brunch reservation and they were not set up and ready. Omelette station wasnt up and running until 1030am and by then I had already had scrambled eggs from the buffet . The O.J. tasted like it came from a can. I was expecting fresh squeezed. The shrimp was FANTASTIC and huge. The spreads for the bagels were clearly not fresh as the cream cheese bin was nearly empty. They were all covered in plastic wrap which made accessing them difficult. There was no smoked salmon either, which was disappointing. French toast was good, bacon and sausage was great. So, for 20 bucks (without unlimited mimosas, 30 bucks with) it is a decent brunch, mostly because of the jumbo shrimp.

She was apart of my party you all can go read her post. Terrible service from the bartender all the way up to the manager! The only person willing to help us was the guy bussing the tables.

Their NYE party was horrendous. Boring and not worth the $30 cover. Plus no re-entry. Usually Ember is fun. Totally missed the mark. DJ was awful.

Sunday after church is a good time. Axel is the best bartender in the place. Look for him inside at the South West corner of the house bar inside. Speedy response and awesome service, he makes this place worth the trip downtown on Sunday. The patio area is always a great place to meet friends, old and new. This is the spot if you want to do Sunday funday or brunch. Christian is also an awesome bartender, keeps the drinks going and treats you well.

Went to ember Sunday June 9 for brunch with my friend. I’m an out of town guest and was looking to have a nice morning out with my friend. The girl at the front was rude while we entered. I was unimpressed with the food for 30 dollars frozen mini quiches and scrambled eggs was a bit much. Tip was included when we paid at the beginning of our meal. Then I was quickly notified that the coffee was by the bar and where the water was. Why am I tipping 20% if it is a buffet and I’m getting my own coffee and water. So I’m tipping for you to bring me champagne and juice. My bucket ran out of ice and juice multiple times. At that point I would rather just serve my self and save the money. After a disappointing meal we left where the hostess continued to be rude. I will not be back.
