My first time at this course and it was a friendly course! Nice open fairways but greens were a little tipped.....watch the weather this time of year as we only got 8 holes done before the rain soaked us. Will definitely play this course on a dry day!! Also some work in progress on greens, etc. All around a very fun and quiet day of golf!!

This course was pretty fun. The greens and fairways are not in the best shape but they are working on them. They were installing new greens on two holes when I played. Prices are great for the quality of the course. Watch out for gators!

I love this place. Not only is the food good , but Ive worked there for a while now and i love everyone. And the community out here is amazing as well. Our staff. Our costumers ans friends are all amazing. So this place is 5 star!

A family run golf course with good staff centered around a community means that you wont have a 5 star resort style experience and thats what gives Wedgefield its charm. The layout provides a fun and challenging round with a good mix of length, trees, and water. The course is well maintained with obvious care being applied throughout. All in all, a fun time to be had.

Return to wedgefield golf after about five years. The overall layout and conditions are very good. They are just starting to aerate the greens. Pin placements are not easy but I had an enjoyable time. The greens are a bit slower than other local courses. The price was great especially if you book directly with the golf course.

This place should be ashamed to charge anywhere in the neighborhood of $30 for 18 holes. Tee boxes are okay, holes arent very obvious as to where you should be going, putting greens are slow and full of weeds. The back 9 greens are slightly nicer, but that isnt saying much. For comparison, Winter Pines is cheaper usually (although much busier), but worlds of difference in the way of maintenance. This place could be nice if someone put in the effort!

They say you can tell a lot about a golf club via its up keep? Their areas on this golf course that hasnt been mowed in 8 weeks and it makes you wonder, depending on where you are on the course, if youre not looking at the Florida Everglades? I complained to the manger (in charge of mowing or admin) and he informed me that it might be another 8 weeks before its mowed? If a golfer over shoots the hole forget it, he/she will probably never find the ball?

Course still needs work..grass in traps, tee boxes and greens c+, and the day we were there, the restaurant was closed. But the food is good and the beer cold other days. The staff is friendly and the course is much improved from 6 months ago.

Good course, greens need help

Open from 9 AM every single weekday but somehow still doesn’t serve breakfast on week days out here acting like eggs and biscuits are exclusive, WAS past tense MY FAVORITE SPOT NOT NO MORE.Closest breakfast spot besides them is about 20 min.Glad you guys don’t want money nor businessI’m trying to understand why you quit doing breakfast.Is eggs and toast more expensive than the expensive ass lobster bisque you guys try to serve for the soup special.BRING BACK BREAKFAST AND MAKE IT ALL DAY LONG .There’s nothing exclusive nor time crunching about whipping up some eggs and hashbrowns.

The Wedgefield club is awesome. I love to go on Wednesdays for awesome trivia with friends. I get the very inexpensive wings special and my family eats dinner for a reasonable price while having a great time. The staff treats us like family, especially Jennifer and Nicole. They remember our favorite dishes and favorite drinks and ask about our pets, especially Leopold, our rescue dog. Going to the Wedge is like visiting friends. The food is great, the prices are reasonable and my husband can wear his hat indoors. It drives me nuts that he does this, but since he is going to do it, I am glad it is allowed. Also, the owners are awesome.

I had a great lunch experience as well as my guest enjoyed the golfing also. Service was good and well be returning.

My son had an archery tournament at Wedgefields. The staff was great and club house food was pretty good.

We love stopping in for pizza. The garlic crust is awesome! Our favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza. Definitely recommend. Open to the public. Casual atmosphere.

The tee boxes and greens were in need of TLC, knocking off 2 stars. We were told the course went under for a few years and the new owner just bought it a year ago, so I understand and believe this course will be excellent in a year or two. The staff from the pro shop to the bar were excellent! The price is right too! I would rate this place better than the Kissimmee golf club.

I purchased all of my tee times on GolfNow so I was getting this course at great deals. Greens are not the best by any means. Extremely slow, however, fun course to play and pace of play is very good. I still visit regularly.

We had fun and enjoyed ourselves. The clubhouse is great and the food looked excellent. The course was a little rough including the greens, but Im sure it will be better another day.

Its in better shape than its been in a while. 12 of the 18 greens are passable. They need to put one water cooler for the front and back nines. $25 fee is almost worth it. $20 would be a good summer rate.

Had a great time at the VFW tournament there. We play 2-3 times a week there and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful!

I only stopped by for information, but was early greeted by the staff and even introduced to the new owner. The course looks very good for a public track and I expect it to play well based on the owners plans. I look forward to going back with my golf clubs and friends

This is a 4 1/2 stars ! They are on the way to a fifth ! The greens are nicely contoured all around A +++. The tee boxes are nice and most of the fairways are in great shape if you take in consideration that this is the dry season. Nice long, wide and narrow mixes to make you get technical. I will be back soon

I had the tuna with fresh vegetables and a spring mix salad. Everything was tasty but there veggies could have been cooked a little less they were soft. Our waitress Ashley was excellent

The course was severe maintenece works so it is unfair to write a bad comment. Before going there I would asked if the maintenece works are over or not, if not I would stay home or go else where.

Convenient to residents in the area, where there is no other option. Food is good...

Polite and pleasant staff. Clean family environment and fits the budget just right! Love this little hidden jewel! Well rounded menu and beer selection with plenty of TVs for the game. You wont regret stopping in!

Very nice public golf course. Not too hard, greens were in pretty good shape.... Great bang for the buck !

The range box was in horrible condition. There was very little grass and most of it was dirt and sand. The greens were by far the worst greens that Ive ever hit in my life. The majority of them were dead and bounced as if you were hitting your putts in gravel. I will not return to this course.

The course conditions can certainly use a little work. There are parts of this layout I really enjoyed like Holes 2 - 8, and other parts didnt, like Hole 1 and a few of the back 9 holes surrounded by houses. Overall, still fun to play a round of golf and the staff was friendly.

The place has changed over time, still has the same homely Wedgefield aesthetic. I would recommend this place for lunch after a round of golf.

Great place to eat for the neighbors and the waitresses are super nice and helpful. My family loves the pizza and wings, while I stick to corndogs. We mainly go on trivia night but I know they have other events. And no matter what, theres always a fun crowd.

Greens are great condition and tee boxes look good.

My food fell than waitress grabbed it out of the air with her bare hands and then went on to say nice save unacceptable!!!!!

I have only been to the restaurant not the golf course. The burgers are good, so is the salmon, the wings are ok but the steak is not their forte. The staff is not really friendly/ attentive, you can be sitting there a while before someone will help you.

Not very many vegetarian options..nothing for vegan.

Went there for the 2nd saturday farmers market. Cool place

The driving range is horrible, tee boxes are ok, fairways are just.....fair. Most of the greens were in pretty bad shape too. Some had large bare spots with moss growing on them, very slow and bumpy too. NOT impressed with this course at all. Dont waste your money when you can drive 15 minutes away and play other courses for the same price that are in much better condition.

They are trying to get their course in shape, but almost unplayable. The restaurant is better than average.

We go here every year when we are on vacation. We always stop for breakfast. The food is inexpensive with generous portions.

I hope to possibly live in Wedgefield one day nice area conveniently located to where I work and it is a golfing community so whats not to like about that and the bar and grill there has pretty good food matter fact its got great food

It was awesome. Great food and fantastic service.

The prices are fair and its a great place to bring your friends or family but the food is hit or miss. We had one instance where our burger was basically raw, our BLT wasnt good, and service is sometimes lacking. However you go there other times and the food is great, its 50 50.

Not at all what you think when you think golf. Super Friendly! Local neighbors play the links and meet at the clubhouse for dinner, trivia,karaoke, etc. Fun, friendly, great prices on food

Cobb salad was tasty, Lisa was our waitress, very easy to work with. We are a large group who meet monthly. New management is making improvements. Check it out!

This place is way past its prime, and it hasnt been well maintained. The furniture is tired and dirty, the tables wobble, and the carpet looks like it has come in contact with way too many dirty golf shoes. Breakfast is a pretty easy meal to get right and done fast, but somehow they managed to keep us waiting for an hour, with only a dozen or so other patrons in the place. Food was ok outside of the lumpy grits. My coffee cup was also dirty when they brought it to me.

The new owner has turned things around, I was starving tonight and didnt have time to cook, saw the open sign on, walked in there and was amazed by every change. 4K and HD tvs everywhere. The place looks cleaner and nicer. Jenn the waitress helped me out and gave me my food and asked me how I wanted my burger exactly to the Tee. Im so happy and excited for this new owner. I saw they had a New Years Eve bash happening and now their open late which is awesome.
