I spoke to Nelson by phone at first and he was very helpful. That afternoon my daughter and I visited store to get her glove re-laced and purchase a new glove for her. Nelson and David were super knowledgeable and gave me tips on breaking in new glove. They have a good selection of mitts, uniform pants and t-shirts. Overall great store! I will for sure be back to visit.

I was visiting the Orlando area and didnt even know that this store was here. I had to check it out. Well stocked with MLB equipment. Im stopping by here every time Im in Orlando.

I would give it a 0 star if I could.... What a scam this store is supposed to be some kind of outlet when they are selling stuff more than what you can buy online...same glove they are selling for $90 I can go dow. The street to Academy sports and get it for $39

Im a British person on holiday and I must say the quality of the items on sale on the store is very very high. baseball is not a sport appreciated by British people but I must admit the quality of the garments on offer here as second to none. As a head coach for three travel ball teams unfortunately I’m gonna have to say I will never visit this location or buy Rawlings product again. I purchased a wood bat for my son And four of the players on our team. We went out that afternoon after we purchased the bats and did some BP practice and the bat performed great the following day we went out again to hit. First pitch and it snapped in half at the handle. The store simply said there’s nothing we can do for you there’s no warranty on wood bats. I can understand if I’ve had the bat for a month two months or even a year. But I’ve only had the bat for four days and used it one time the second time it broke that to me is ridiculous on why I spent $50 on the bat. This will be the last time I try Rawlings bats or any of their equipment I’m just gonna go ahead and go back to what we were using before that was last me a year to two years with good quality customer service. If I had to make a recommendation to anybody I would look into the axe series bats. There wood bat come with a warranty. And they care more about the customer then 50 bucks.

Don´t buy the new QUATRO 2018 bat. It is the worst bat ever that we have gotten from this company. After we applied the warranty, it broke like an eggshell on the barrel. We called warranty services and they couldnt do anything. So basically, we lost our money. I will not buy anything else from this brand ever again.

Good deals, but what really bothers me is they dont carry any Minnesota sports teams fan gear.

They had not one fastpitch bat in the store and we were visiting for a fastpitch tournament. One associate (the tall dark haired guy) was very friendly, while the one that helped me was short and rude.
