We have been doing business with HEC for 25 years. This is one of the best manufacturers of commercial inflatables. Kevin takes pride in his company and has many years of experience in the industry. As far as units not arriving when expected, no one can know for sure how long iltems can take to arrive and clear customes. Will be buying or many more years to come.

Great products and everybody is always very helpful

Weve been waiting for 3 month. Every time we call they predict another 2 to 4 weeks arrival time. Its so frustrating when people are ready to rent.

Bad experience I have had a waterslide at this place for over two months...every time I call to check on the progress it’s always they haven’t got to it yet... I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there for repairs!!
