They have a pretty good selection. But I often have a hard time finding stuff in the store and sometimes an even harder time finding someone to ask about where to find it. The prices are only pretty good if they are on sale.

Clean and well organized location with friendly staff. Their stock was low on most of the things I was actually there for.

I would like to make a complaint. I dont like doing this because its one of my favorite stores to go to. About the stores Michaels sidewalk . The sidewalk on the left side of Michaels is weathered away to the point It has corroded and now has a around side curb. Its definitely a safety issue. Just today July 7th 2018 I was with my sister and I had stepped up onto the curb I had slipped and fell with my 10 week infant strapped on my front in a baby carrier. Luckily for me my reaction was to land on my hands and knees to preventing me from falling on top of my infant. I would really appreciate it if the sidewalk was fixed immediately for the well being of others and their safety.

Disappointing. Chose some stuff from an area marked discounted. No discount was applied at the register. The attendant clearly heard us voice our concern and stared blankly into space waiting for us to pay anyway. I cant help but wonder if the prices are not marked down correctly on purpose. We brought it up a couple times and still werent taken care of. Wonder how many people overpay and dont even notice...

Okay prices. Their sales are really good after a holiday. Basic craft store.

The cashier bagged my one item without even asking me. I know its not a big deal but I thought everybody should know incase you dont like pointless waste so you can make sure you can tell them while you are putting in your number and are distracted.

We went in today because they were doing a sale on Cricuts. As we were looking for someone to help us get one an employee whom seemed busy stopped what she was doing to help us out. After looking in the back for a short time she came back to tell us they didn’t have the color we wanted in stock. She looked up other locations and saw they might have one. After providing phone numbers to the other stores we learned all of them were sold as well. We did purchase from this location and appreciated all the help we received.

They have what youd expect any hobby store to have. The staff seem to be overall friendly and they will beat any competitors price by 10%. Its a solid choice if you need to have something physically for a project right at this exact moment in time.As with any retail store they will be a bit more expensive if you cant price match, but you pay for the convenience of having it in your hands then and there.

I honestly love this Michaels. I got there often, and I usually call beforehand to check if they have certain things. They always do a great job of finding out. The staff is super friendly. My only wish is that they had a couple people out on the floor, bc I always need help finding stuff and sometimes it hard to find someone!

I love Michaels! I feel like things are decently priced and if you have the app there is usually a coupon. When it comes to arts and crafts Michaels usually has what Im looking for!

Looking for plastic bottles or jars younger children to do crafts with, didnt find. Found jewelry and other items though.

We spent half an hour picking out flowers in sale and they told us only certain ones in the sale section were actually on sale

I have totally loved this store in every state Ive lived in. The lay out isnt claustrophobic like some other stores. Great people and wonderful atmosphere. Why not 5 stars...no doll making supplies or mini things to assemble with. One big reason I used to shop there. I know online, but Im old school crafter and like to touch and feel and see to choose next creation. Not so easy on line but thats okay. Still love the store.

This is a craft supply store that usually has anything you could need for crafting and home decor. I could spend hours in there, just browsing. Great place. Unfortunately I was looking for a very specific type of picture frame which they didnt have. It doesnt seem to be in fashion right now. But an exceptional array of supies for the crafter. I recommend this store.

I like to come here for flowers and for craft items. I think they have a good variety and good quality. It can be expensive so grab their newspaper on the way in for coupons.

Terrible customer service. I went in with 30 minutes left until closing and all I felt was rushed. The employees were very rude. I would recommend going to another Michaels.

Love the stuff at Michaels but I have to have an escort when I go in with credit cards so I dont blow my mortgage payment. JK. Not the best selections: Hobby Lobby is better stocked, and always has register traffic flowing, but Michaels is like an old friend. I know where everything is and can get right to it. Thats great for when I know exactly what I want. Hobby Lobby is more like Disneyland: prepare to spend the day.

Perfect place for DIYs any holiday or wedding or home decor. So many ideas and examples. Kind of narrow rows and packed i to a small location but still enough to be there for hours haha. Also stuff always on sale which is awesome!

I love Michaels. The one thing I dont like is the fact that they never have sales on anything for books and all sales ALWAYS exclude books, so you go in because they are having a sale and when you get to the counter, you find out that what you are getting has a book in it, so everything you are getting is excluded from the sale because it is sold as a book.

Michaels has everything and anything you need! If you cant find it here, you wont be finding it anywhere.

The store and products are usually pretty great. This review is just to inform people not to purchase in-store pickup online. I ordered and was told I would receive an email when my items are ready. 5 hours came and went and I still havent heard anything. I tried to contact them using their chat feature and waited another 30 minutes and still didnt have an agent connected to answer my question. I decided to go into the store and they hadnt even started my order when I asked them about it. 1 star for online shopping in-store pickup and 1 star for their chat feature not being helpful at all.

One of my favorite craft stores ever. They have really nice paint brushes. Their marker and pen selection are really awesome too.

This was my first time in this particular Michaels and the set up seemed a little odd to me. The aisles were so narrow and ordered strangely. It took me a while to find what I was looking for and I was not the only one. I heard at least 2 people asking the cashier for help finding something. That being said, I got an amazing price on some quality paper. If they continue to have great sales, I will continue coming.

Good availability of crafting and home goods. Their line for checkout is crowded and not organized well, though. If someone at the next register has a cart, you cant get past them until they move.

Nice craft supplies wish the markers were cheaper. At the same time not there fault. ️ Love this storeeee

Okay. Honestly I love going to Micheals. Ive always had fun there and the staff is usually friendly and helpful, that is if you can find anyone to help you. I dont blame the staff themselves but Micheals for not hiring more people per shift per store.Also they normally have really great deals going on throughout the store, many a times they are better than online prices. But if you want art supplies and it not 50% off, best to buy it online. Sorry Micheals yall need to step up your game. Most people can check pricing right there in store. Your sales are great but your average pricing is not.

An extensive craft store. Great place to go if youre looking for specific items for a craft. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars was because it was a little hard to find what I was looking for! I couldnt find any signs labeling what aisle had what and I also couldnt find any employees to point me in the right direction. Other than that its a good place!

I love arts and crafts and this is a good place to get a good spattering of supplies, from beads to baking. Drawing, painting and yarn project supplies.

This store has gone down hill... so sad to walk in to find employees visiting with each other and showing no interest whatsoever in helping customers. Amazon app is more helpful than they are. Would give 0 stars if option was available.

Good place for craft supplies. Staff are curtious and knowledgeable of product locations. I also havent seen anything about the owners contributing to the discrimination of peoples, unlike Hobby Lobby.

I came in to get an estimate on a framing project that i needed help with. I was sorely disappointed to learn that they charge extremely high rates. Not just that but everything so expensive. I would suggest finding somewhere else to shop. Otherwise you will be overcharged.

I always tens to find this store hard to navigate. I came to look for some silk flowers. The only problem I had with it, was that there are 3 separate sections in the store for silk flowers, instead of keeping them all together

Good prices for all my familys craft needs

A friend gifted us an amazing painting that we thought was very worthy of being custom framed. My husband and I went in during their 70% off sale and the line to get a framing estimate was rather long. However, the personnel allowed us to go behind them and get our frame picked out. Once they were able to help they were really nice, they apologized for the wait and helped us out in a very professional manner.

They had a sale on t shirts for $2 a piece. We are tie-dying them for our family reunion. I bought their kit, too. It looks less messy than pots of dye. And they were on sale!

It was pretty good. They didnt have a specific thing I wanted because it was out of stock, but they were helpful in assisting me to find where else to go.

Michaels has all the crafts supplies that you need for most projects. I was able to find what I was looking for very fast due to the helpful staff! I ended up getting the wrong acrylic paint color due to being a Male, and a husband who does not look very hard, but my wife and I managed to finish our project due to our awesome neighbor! It pays to be nice to your neighbors

I give this place three stars because they were open late when no one else was. This isnt the biggest store of this kind. But like I said they were open late. The prices here are decent and I deducted a star because when I ask for help finding a certain glue the worker just told me to look on a certain aisle. I didnt really feel comfortable asking her anything else because she seems so busy.

They had the glass blocks we needed at a good price.

O my goodness I have never been in such a dirty bathroom in my entire life you would be better going into a port a potty there was like all my gosh and it was the 2nd time that Ive been there and it was like that. It smelled like sewer.
