My typical visits to the park are as a midway point on my daily, 5 mile walks. Boy, the water from the fountain is refreshing.A Brother, has enjoyed playing Basketball in the gym.Im happy the City built the place to serve the community!

Beautiful park. Perfect for jogging, walking your dog, and playing wiffleball. Also, this park is perfect for training my dog around distractions because there are usually other dogs there, but its so open that you can see them coming from a distance. Note: dogs must be on a leash.Lots of open space. Easy to park your car. Best time to come is right before sunset because theres less people and the scenery is nice.Theres a well-maintained dirt track that goes around the field and a path that goes behind the building and through some brush, for a more natural setting. Theres also outdoor gym equipment, picnic tables, a basketball court, and a kids playground. Worth a visit if youre in the neighborhood!

Full of history, we passed through this park on the way to the Grijalva Gate Bridge. It is beautiful and huge. It feels like your in the mountains (somewhat) even though your near the ocean. Next time Ill spend more time here and take a few pictures!

Its a great park for family time , exercise, ect. It has BBQ stations ,excercise circuit, basketball courts and lighting for the late afternoons. Football fields and drinking fountain also.

I dont think Ill ever get sick of walking though this park on a beautiful day in Orange Beach and peering in all directions at the gorgeous views our lovely city has to offer. How spoiled are we to have a place like this right in the center of town?! Why anyone lives in Cleveland, Ill never know.

This is a cool park! Biking, running and walking trails and paths. There is a big football sized field and a sports park center too. Its a beautiful place in the early morning and at dusk!

It was a very nice park. Had a good walking path and trails.

Excellent park for fitness folks young or old. Nice machines under shade covers for muscle and flexible routines. Some machines have hydraulic resistance, some use your own body weight. Easy access and friendly folks here. Some have wheel chair stations as well.

Beautiful, perfect for soccer, huge green area and clean park. Very peaceful.

Ive always driven by this park and wondered about it. I finally got the chance to visit this park for a birthday party. This park was exceptionally clean and well kept. The bathrooms were also very clean and fully stocked, which I was quite surprised as most parks are not. Its small but spacious. I would highly recommend going to this park for any occasion!

Love this park! Has a nice open kids playground, a beach volleyball court and basketball courts along with a workout area. Its close to a trail or you can do laps arround the field. There are lots of parking spaces.Would give it 5 stars but the open filed is only available with permit.

It has a field that is wide open and at least the size of 2.5 football fields, with a dirt track border to run/jog/walk. Also has a nice playground for the youngins and a little exercise park with equipment for the soccer moms to get a little cardio in.

Solid park that has a large field. Maybe not as large or scenic as other parks in orange, but its near a sports center and also a good place to hold birthdays for your kids. The community center there also does lots of things for kids and the community. Theres also basketball courts and exercise machines. Look online for various classes and activities for your kids to participate (mostly in the summer) in

Nice place to go for a walk. You can see ducks from time to time.

The park in general is great the playing field its excellent for my grandson and the little playground is also very good for my little grandson he enjoys it

First park I see a section that has workout equipment. The sections for the kids its great too and bathroom are nice and clean.

This park is a great place to walk. It has a nice track and it is always clean.

Such a fun park with many things to do. We take our little one here a lot and she loves the big playground and even just running around in the grass. I often see people walking with their dogs and are courteous to clean up after them. Everyone who goes is so friendly. Perfect for a picnic or just to hang out!

Do not expect to go here to be in nature (irvine or santiago oaks regional parks give you that). This place is designed for sports and exercise first. Huge grass field, basketball courts, track, exercise equipment and classes.

Nice clean park with a ton of room for kids and adults to enjoy. Jungle gyms are well maintained, the grass is green, and everyone in the park is pretty friendly.

This is a great park but the green field floods during rain. lots of parking including handicapped. clean restrooms no homeless.

Met with a friendly staff member to ask a few questions. I look forward to spending more time at Grijalva Park.

Great park! 2 great playgrounds for small kids, sand volleyball and basketball courts. Outdoor exercise equipment and a walking loop. Lots of picnic tables too. Bathrooms are stinky though.

Went to a babyshower here. Very nice park. Big! Has a playground lots of open space.

Play basketball at this gym and its awesome. Also, great place to take your kids.!

Really nice place to go with family

This park is big! Many families playing soccer or baseball without interfering with each other. Playground is kept up with a wood chip floor. There is an exercise area with plenty of machines for you to workout on. There is also plenty of parking for everyone!!

Grijalva Park is always clean and well maintained. The restrooms within the rec building are equipped with a changing table. However changing tables have to be improvised outdoor (plenty of tables and benches to improvise with).

This is one of my favorite spots to go in Orange County. Nice park for picnic

This is a wonderful family park and always full of people. At one corner there is an outdoor fitness area and basketball courts. There is access to the Satiago Creek bike trail and plenty of area to enjoy.

Parking is good. Not too crowded. Good play area for little kids.

Great trails for walking running, exercise equipment. Trees for shade and open fields. Lovely park for families or fitness peeps.

Nice wide space. Good for soccer. But the lights in the park went off at 9:10.

I enjoy this park, it has a long good track to walk which is about .43 miles and a second trail that detours longer which is about .63 miles I think. I took a picture of the track and mileage in it. It has restrooms as well. A playground for your kids. A really huge field to play any kind of sport that fancies you. A budding that has something in it, not sure whats in the building, maybe a swimming pool will check later. Lots of parking space. One small entrance to get in. A small workout section. Overall its a great park

Been coming here since 8 years ago, you have a big field to play with family or spare gpod matches with family and friends without bothering anyone, also basketball field and exercising machines, bathrooms available and am entry to the amazing santiago park bike trail which i believe could be like 5-6 miles, overall a really clean place and nice atmosphere.

So much fun to go here with the kids and its pet friendly lots of grass area to make picnics ..

If youre looking to get in on an adult league basketball team this is the place. Great facilities (2 courts) and people. Leagues run all year long.

Its a new park so equipment and landscaping is all in rather good condition. Definitely prioritises the sports field and workout facilities over other amenities. I would rate the Park higher except the quality of the trees and shade is remarkably poor. It seems like every single park bench it was purposely placed directly in the sun. Trees seem to be purposefully chosen for stubby or short attributes. The result is 98% of the park is unshaded. If they plant decent trees now the park would be wonderful in 15 years. Ultimately the park is beautiful clean and inhospitable in hot weather, bring your sunscreen and umbrellas.

Great park and area I love orange

Great little park, in a quaint neighborhood. Lots of grass area for soccer, there is a sand volleyball court, and lots of tables to sit at. There are small walking trails too.

Great park, with new out door gym. Has a great looking indoor sports complex and an outdoor running track. Its really well maintained too.

Had a great family get together. The entire family from grandparents to grand children had fun.. The park hosts a good number of activities including kids play areas, bike track, football pitch..

Close parking and lots of playground levels for the kids. Great place to do birthday parties and other events. The bathrooms however are filthy and I know park bathrooms are scary but this is the worst I have seen.

I luv grijalva park wish the name wasnt so difficult to remember. Yeah is well kept and clean considering the 100,000 kids that hangout there everyday and practice hey but at least theyre doing something healthy and positive.

Beautiful park

Third of July fireworks at this venue, is better than at El Modena. The park is a lot bigger and you can sit on the grass with chairs, unlike the football stadium, due to the astroturf.

Has a park and an outdoor exercising place also there are tables to do a party.

Beautiful park...lots of parking...bathrooms and huge playground and picnic tables with bbqs...a couple of homeless but the park is so big you dont really notice and they didnt cause any problems

This is a beautiful park. Lots of room to run and run and run. There are places for your dog and also for your kids to play in the apparatus. Lots of parking and is very quiet. It does have some shade of tree parking but its always first come first serve

Always great except for the weird guy that runs/walks around with no shirt on. Not sure how hes not tan yet either.

This is one of the newer parks in Orange and it has a lot to offer. There are two playgrounds, one primarily for kids under 5 and one for kids 6 to 12. There are sand volleyball courts, barbecues and a few picnic tables. The main attraction is the soccer field, which is surrounded by a gravel jogging track. At the back (west end) of the park there is a modern gym as well as some outdoor basketball courts.

This place was so fun great for soccer games!!!

Wonderful park. Has space for every thing and one to play. Missing one thing and that would be a water fountain.

Good park plenty of parking. Patio areas have good coverage, clean and great water pressure in the sink! Bring a pool noodle to fill buckets and the like as the sinks are small

Its really big and modern park. Has a community center, a play ground, and a huge lot to run around in. Most night it is used for kids practicing soccer. It has a walking trail all around, and plenty of parking. There is a also a place with simple exercising machines. Very well kept park. They have 3 basketball courts as well. Seems to be pretty busy all the time and theres plenty lighting to feel safe if you can only make it at night.
