Arcade is quite suckish. For the price you can go to Dave and busters which is at least 5 times better.I suppose if youre ages 1-7 you might prefer chuck e cheese.

My kids love this place! We get the everything included package for the parties that way all we have to do is bring a cake and show up. But they also provide those now as well. Kids get 2 hours of play time and cake/pizza time. Chucky comes out and introduces the Birthday kid.

The establishment was very clean and the service was excellent.My youngest daughter had a blast!I can definitely tell that extra attention was given by the employee to keep the location as clean as possible.

The pizza was better than I remember and cheap. Lots of fun little snacks too. Mozzarella sticks, cotton candy, dippin dots, wings. Decided to grab the kids dinner from there because chuck e cheese going out of business would be a travesty.

We had a birthday party for two 5 year olds. We choose the VIP party which takes place before they open to the public. It was amazing. It was quiet, games all worked, pizza was surprisingly good, we were treated very good by all of the employees. Highly recommend for a party. Also recommended for fun with the family anytime.

We just had our daughters 7th birthday at Chuck E Cheese and it was fantastic! We had a party of 11 girls and they all had a blast! Party host was fantastic and very helpful throughout the event! Thank you for making our girls special day exceptional!

We have come here several times over the years with our kids. The salad bar is pretty good but the pizza isnt very good at all. Its a great place to have a birthday party though for the under 8 crowd. Our kids really have fun on the rides, playing ski ball, and hanging out with Chuck himself. They really like collecting tickets and then turning them in for prizes.

Pizza was good, games all worked really well, when tickets stoped staff worked fast to get it going. The mouse was terrible and didn’t do his job at all and let the kids down. Other than that it was a good Chuck E. Cheese.

This location is very clean. I was very surprised. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The pizza is NOT the worst that I have ever had. If youre looking to go to Chuck E. Cheese, I would highly recommend this location.

Its good food but not fresh... its recycled. They take the left over pizza from the tables and put a little cheese on it, throw it in the oven with other already served pizza, and serve it again looks like new but the slices dont match up..

Yes place is not bad they have descent deals through the application and offer a military discount. The games all work and if one is down there is someone there working on it every time we have gone.

I’ve improved the rating since the facility has improved. A remodel of sorts has taken place and now the environment seems that much more inviting. They have “re-created” their menu and revamped the design of the play area for everyone else. Chuck E. Cheese still isn’t the ideal place for my youngest baby; she’s two, but she still gets a kick out of watching her older siblings have a ball.

Fun place to take the family ,staff seems to get a little overwhelmed at times though. I would definitely recommend taking the kids its worth the twenty or thirty dollars you end up spending on games to win tickets to buy toys with.

It was great we accidentally got 2 jackpots and a total of 2882 tickets. And the worker’s will give you the best deal there is.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.*This party was booked 6 weeks ago from 9/14/19. The party was moved to a shorter table to accommodate a party that was booked 2 days ago.*There were balloons one one party table when we got there. The employees actually popped those as there was no more helium to inflate any more today.* The $18.99 sheet cake wasnt thawed in time for a 10:00 party. A single round chocolate cake and 2 chocolate chip cookie cakes were served instead. The sheet cake did go home with the family.*The Father of the boy had to light the candles on the cake.*The wrist bands were set up per play instead of 2 hour free play upon arrival.* Chucky cheese was all set to come into the room to play with the kids, but was taken back to put on another part of his costume.The kids had a good time, but the parents were frustrated.. The manager kept apologizing, but is got to the point of being embarrassing for him and his staff. I heard from other adults at this gathering, that this location has problems with its service.

Its been 35 years since Ive been to a Showbiz or Chuck-E-Cheese and my kids loved it. The new system in place that allows you to play all the games you want for One flat rate for a. Of time is fantastic. Ill be doing birthdays here for a very long time.

Took my 3 kids and my wife out on Friday night, staff was just not into it...several machines were not giving tickets because they were not filled, photo machine was not giving pictures because it was not filled, order 2 pizza a different times with traditional crust and both came out thin crust, salad bar was not fresh and salad was browning....was kind of a bust for 140 bucks and a well below average experience for the family.

I had not been there in years. We took our 3 year old granddaughter and met up with some good friends and their 3 year old daughter. The girls had a blast, the place was clean, the games all worked, the food was better than I remember, and the staff was friendly and great with the girls. We will definitely be taking her back there soon. A very positive experience.

Very clean and staff was friendly but their prices are ridiculous. $9+ for a salad bar. And the ticket redemption was laughable. 200 tickets which was $50 investment for a small tootsie roll, 4 stickers and 2 gummy candies. Power play may not be as new but definitely a better value. And though they kept advertising a live show. Nothing.

Salad bar was way over priced, but everything else was good! Pizza was one of the best Ive had at CC. Fair amount of games, all were running and only 1 out of tickets. On a Thursday night, there were only 4 families so that was great!!!

I hate these kinds of places, but the excellent service and free wi-fi made for a tolerable afternoon.

First time at the Olathe location. It was a Monday afternoon, so extremely quiet. Nice staff and clean facilities. Would have to revisit during a busier time frame for a more accurate review.

Dunn place to go for kiddos. I recommend purchasing the unlimited play cards so you can score as many tickets in as short a time as possi let, as it is much cheaper this way. The food is way overpriced, but the pizza is actually decent. The salad bar, although not extensive with choices, was fresh. When it isnt too crowded, its pretty enjoyable. It does become loud, though, when more people come in. Chuck E Cheese comes out regularly, whether theres one kid or 100. The prizes are grossly overpriced and mostly junk-type toy items, which is why I recommend the unlimited play cards. At least you can get enough tickets, if youre smart about it and help your kids with it, that you can let them choose almost anything they want. On this visit, the staff was quite friendly, which has not been our experience in the past. The interior has been upgraded, as have many of the games, but they still have some that get stuck or that freeze. Overall, it was a good experience for the kids, their mom, and this nana!

I feel that other locations have more to offer. There are not as many activities at this locations. The staff is very friendly though. However, Chuck E did not act too fun for the ticket splash. He just walked by and tossed tickets on our table. He wasnt very interactive. Maybe because there were not that many people there, but it should not matter. Pizza was okay.

Its like a giant event space with a few games thrown in there. Maybe because Im an adult, it seemed like it was a bit lacking in the games Dept. Kid loved it obviously

We came in on a Tuesday night and had a great time. The place was very clean and all the machines were well maintained as always, but what really impressed me was what happened towards the end of the night. It was pretty close to closing time when the Chuck E Cheese countdown started. There were only my two kids and one other left in the place so I told my 5 year old that Chuck E had probably already gone to bed, but she insisted that we stay for one last dance. Sure enough when the timer got down to zero Chuck E and a friend came out and did a full show. They did not phone it in at all they did the show as if the place where packed in the middle of a Saturday. So to whoever worked the April 2nd evening shift. You are awesome!

Recently redesigned, remodeled, rejuvenated. Place is awesome now with some new games and good menu options. The price on food and games seem to have inched upwards competing with Dave & Busters but thats capitalism and rodent themed businesses for you.

Kids loved it. Lots of good games for all ages. Pizza and other food was was good ( way better than i expefted).

Since they changed the way that you are able to get tickets by paying for certain amount of time for unlimited gameplay has really changed the way that anybody should look at Chuck-E-Cheese. Really really worth its time and the kids love it, plus they serve beer, you really cant go wrong here!

I remember going to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid. Then, I see my kids trying to win tickets. It almost look like they are at a casino. Instead of at a casino where we want to win Big Money Big Money, the kids want to win Big Tickets Big Tickets. I wonder if This is a way to transition kids to gambling. So not digging it anymore. Other that, staff is great and the video games are great.

They cleaned this place up alot since my last visit a few years ago

We had such a good time here. The games are great fun, the food is very good, and staff are very friendly. Some of the games were out of tickets for a long time. The bathroom wasnt well stocked but after alerting the staff they immediately took care of it.

Food sucks, but I mean a giant rat walks around and dances with your children.. so what do you really expect? Games are cheap though so a twenty can last quite a bit. Kids like it though.

The best Chuck e cheese in Overland Park. They have changed lot of games recently and made it better for even bigger than toddler kids. The point lasts 15-20 sec only as usual for Chuck e cheese. Overall a sure recommend.

My 3 1/2 granddaughter loves Chuck E. Cheeses. The pizza and all the games. My kids were brought up with Show Biz Pizza. The pizza is better. The games are a lot different. But this is a new generation. I would recommend it to anyone with children. It is a great place for a birthday party.

Pizza is alright, boneless wings were good, but to expensive for what you get. Prize costs seem to have sky rocketed with the change to timed cards.

Always a delightful visit, even though we didnt do my daughters full party here this year. They finally updated from coins to credits, which makes regular visiting so much more convenient. If you still have a bucket of the coins, like we did the first time we went after they transitioned, they can help transfer that to a play card for you, and there are several stations where kids can check their remaining credits!

Chuck E Cheese at Olathe location is bright, clean and have more games compared to overland Park location. Excellent customer service and lively.

Went for my granddaughters 5th birthday. Love the new cards you can buy for unlimited play for X number of minutes. The 45 minute cards were perfect.

Its nice to bring the kids here. Its affordable and safe. I put four stars because if you order for a beer larger, its not worth because its all bubbles and once its gone, the beer is little. :( Anyway, this for a kids place and not really for having a beer drink. This place was renovated and no more coins because they used card points which is good because it minimize the germs from coin to coin and they have new games too.

Place needs serious cleaning, we can during the day right when they opened and hard pressed to find clean table.

If spinach was offered on the salad bar, Id give 5 stars. :0) The new dance floor was a big hit with kids and adults alike. There are now two options pay by point or play time from 30 mins to 3 hrs. We did points and had about $30 put into a band and around 100 points. Points/Time is on a card or you can buy a hands free bracelet which tapping either against a pad adds tokens to activate the game. About 5 or 6 different ride on cars, lots of ball/ actual carnival type games (kicking a soccer ball past Homer Simpson, throwing balls into a mouth, bean bag toss, eyc), fruit ninja, several fishing/spearing games, selfie Chuckie C. sketch photo (takes forever, be prepared, lol), lots of lottery games (paw patrol gives out 50 tickets about every 5-10 plays), ball machine, a couple water machines, jurrassic park and zombie ship first person 2 player shooters, bop the animal popping out of the holes games, etc Really varied, well maintained, and top notch arcade. 1 to 5 tokens per play. Time might be better for really fast play, but tokens are better for smaller kids to take their time and ride on stuff takes longer.

Kids like it, most adults are sitting around hoping the party ends soon. The pizza is terrible. Not sure why they dont focus on becoming a real pizza place. Would make more sense. Otherwise, it is what it is. A place to have birthday parties where kids play games and eat pizza. Good thing is that it only lasts about two hours.

Hosted my sons birthday party here. It was nice having Guss, the Chuck E Cheeses associate, take care of basically everything. He even stored the ice cream cake we brought in their freezer and cut/ served it for us!

The food is delicious! And for a place like Chicky cheese not too bad for the price. We went there late and were only like 2 or 3 other people there very enjoyable. It was my brothers birthday and we ran all over the place and they didnt care one bit! And my feet started to hurt and I was wearing sandals and took my shoes off and was barefut... And they didnt care. Now some of the games you can be smart enough not to play because you know that its rigged but others are 100% worth it. Would recommend for younger about 12 years and younger but Im 13 and loved it so who knows.

Went here for my niece birthday and let me tell you we had fun fun fun! Love the dance party w/chuckie cheese and the cake was soooo good! Two thumbs up!
