Friendly owner who talked me out of a black frame (rightly so) and found several options that really matched my piece for me to choose from. I appreciated learning about mats and frames and the not-pretentious way in which it was presented (especially since this was my first time custom framing). And then I got to go pick up the beautiful finished product!

This place rules. Heather is very helpful and has a lot of good advice for people like myself who do not have an eye for this stuff. She is very accommodating, did a gorgeous custom frame, and did custom-mats a few pieces that I already had frames for. Plus, Heather supports the local art scene and has some great events for the community-you dont get that from a chain store. I highly recommend this shop - support local businesses!
