One of the places on earth like no other... You can express with words what Niagara Falls offers you to see. I have visited this place many times and in different seasons. Every season offers its own beauty- God is the Greatest and the only creator who can create a such place. Then when it comes to the humans- we can destroy it just so easily by being too proud or negligent. If you want to enjoy your stay at Niagara Falls stay away from all the unnecessary drama and commercialization, other wise you will stress out yourself and go home with a headache instead. Make sure you bring some food for you so you dont wait on lines and pay big bucks for it. I love it when we just sit down on the grass and share food and good time. I would love to see it again in near future-God Willing.

Parking was a bit expensive $10 for the day. Windy cave tickets were $19 a person. $38 for 2 people to walk through caves is a bit much for me. It was very windy when we went. It helped provide the double rainbows while looking at the rainbow Bridge. Local squirrels are very friendly and will come up and take good from your hand. Of course sea gulls are abundant and brave as well. All in all it was a nice trip.

Beautiful, as always. While reminders are posted to wear a mask and practice social distancing, be watchful of others who do not participate. Luckily, with a thin crowd it is easy to keep your distance.I witnessed both Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds practicing EXCELLENT social distancing and looks to be quite safe to still participate. We were being extra careful, and were extra hungry. The cafe was not open, so we let our hunger determine our exiting strategy. This is an excellent time to capture shots of a national park with less humans.

Amazing place. Canada may have the full view of the falls but it is thrilling to be standing right above them and next to them. There is a low cost trolley that can take you around to the different points of interest if you cant or dont want to walk it all. It is great to visit here anytime but late fall is my favorite.

Absolutely beautiful and a must see! Very happy that wearing masks and social distancing signs were placed everywhere and strictly enforced. Considering the park is completely free (aside from opting to do the cave of winds) I think $10 a day to park your car is incredibly fair! We walked all over and spent about 2 hours here and saw everything we could. Definitely can’t wait to see it in the summer sometime and hopefully go to Canada when American are allowed back in, post covid!

This was a birthday gift/trip that my husband set up for me and it was one of the most beautiful wonders Ive ever seen. We had no complaints about the Falls. Most people said the Canada side was better but we really enjoyed the American side. It was everything we imagined and more. The Maid of the Mist tour was simply amazing!

Niagara Falls is an absolutely exhilarating, enthralling, liberating and humbling experience. The deep roar of the waters and the wispy mist rising from the falls are the precursors to the entire experience of the Horseshoe falls, the Maid of the Mist boat ride and of course the simply grand views of the sheer volume of sheets of water thundering down the gorge. The park and the ride service that you use to get around the various parts of entire Niagara Falls State Park is really something one should not miss ever. We drove from all the way from New York City to the Niagara Falls. The drive too was absolutely fantastic. The winding roads and undulating green scenery around are really refreshing. The walk and then the elevator ride that takes you to the Maid of the Mist, the raincoats that you quickly wear, the expectant gushing emotions as you witness tons of water just flowing down the majestic heights is truly an experience of a lifetime. Really appreciate my uncle who drove us there and back. The view of Canada just across the waters is also a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience.Sharing some pictures that my daughter took.

Conveniently has an elevator which drops down the 200feet to the boats and water level.Collect your poncho downstairs after the elevator.Try head down on a week day to avoid the queues and congestion. There is paid parking back at the visitors center which also has free restrooms.Wearing shoes you dont mind getting wet is helpful.

Niagara falls is a awesome place but hype is much more than reality. In my opinion never go on long weekend in summer because it is over crowded ..I like waterfalls but my first reaction after seeing Niagara falls is not what I expected.. Definitely you had seen these kind of falls somewhere..if you really want to enjoy the Niagara sight than go in winters in Jan... Everything will be frozen..best view...and it is also not over crowded.....

The park was well taken care of and social distancing was strictly enforced. It was an easy walk around to enjoy all the views and the dogs loved it. We brought a light snack in or bag to hold us over but we ended up staying in the park all day long so be sure to pack appropriately. I loved the night show the most as the lights changed colors every few minutes- each one supporting a different cause or organization that can be found on their website.

Must visit place. Maid of the Mist is really awesome experience. It feels like we are in different world and forget the current world. Everyone should experience this. Due to Covid-19 it is hard to get tickets, people stand in the queue and dont get tickets, we saw someone booked 3 tickets online, the process is totally different, once you have the confirmation you have to show that at the ticket counter, then they activate or something, then you get a confirmation text - that could be for same day or next day based on availability, but the person we saw didnt even get the text. They were trying to cancel it as they had to head back home. Tickets are hard part. After that, if u have ticket then, you crossed the huddle and fun starts. They take you down to the boat in a lift. 50 people per ride. Its like storm in the ocean - if you are a movie fan, you can link to Pirates of the Caribbean. We really enjoyed alot.

Great experience overall. Let me start with the cons.. parking can be an issue especially during holidays as well as housing, hotels, rentals, etc. So if you want to visit, I would advise off peak period meaning not holiday period because you will get the same experience but at a cheaper rate. There is alot of people so be ready for that even in this pandemic period. Now to the pros: the environment is lively, alot to see and experience,, there are maps to help you locate areas easily; there is food and other side attractions. Now about the adventure, there are guided tours where you will get a great experience and I would recommend that because its an all inclusive offer. For a more detailed information, you can visit the Niagra falls website. It has all you need. This place is highly recommended and would be a life time experience

Between the falls and the Three Sister Islands, Niagara Falls State Park is absolutely beautiful. Be sure to check out the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the winds (bring water shoes), and all the view points around the park. There are several lots to park in, and a parking ticket to one gets you into the rest. Theres also a shuttle that goes around the park between the lots (ticket required).Very much worth the visit, for individuals and families.

In the times of covid, season passes were removed (not great for family savings & budgets) and theres very limited spaces for boarding, so GET THERE EARLY. Both the caves and boat ride are always sold out... Even the helicopter ride. Great for dogs to walk, Amazing breeze and views. The border is closed (only open to essential folks) so plan a quick weekend visit... overall, still a magical place and wonder to see.

Absolute wonder !! This is an amazing place and deserve at least a visit especially during summer. You can see the this fall as an intersection between two neighbouring countries and connected through a bridge. Do not cross unless you have proper documentation. Each of the sides of the Niagra Falls are beautiful be it Canada or the US. I would spend a nice two to three trips with family as there is plenty of sites and activities around this place. Took the whole family to see Niagara Falls and explore the state park just the other day and I have to say even with the blazing hot temperatures it was an enjoyable experience overall. Everywhere we were around people we were sure to use our masks and we worked hard to stay 6 ft apart from everybody wherever we could. We were able to enjoy a nice picnic lunch in the park, while also taking a trip on the Maid of the Mist, and a walk along the falls. All the park employees did a great job trying to get everyone to socially distance and wear their masks. Id like to say that all of the people cooperated but I will say the vast majority did. Absolutely an amazing place to visit. I parked by the Rapids area (free) and walked all through the park from the Maid of the Mist to The Horseshoe (Canadian) Falls, but there is parking at each major location if you are not into walking. I would get there early since even during the Coronavirus things got pretty busy. The trails are not difficult and all paved. There are fantastic views and great moments to just enjoy the beauty of nature. Give yourself a good half day at least to take in everything the park has to offer. The park was extremely clean, and free of litter (just watch out for goose droppings). The falls were stunning, and I highly recommend checking out the horseshoe falls, they are breathtaking. Awesome as usual. Spring, summer, winter, fall -- its always a natural phenomenon at the Horseshoe Falls. The height, rim length and 100,000s gallons per second spill rate statistics are appropriately amazing descriptors of a sight that is hard to mentally and visually take in. This is a very well appointmented State Park -- really high on the amenities and services as well as grounds keeping. Paved walkways go around the whole island. At about the islands midway point length-wise are two bridges that extend towards Canada, leading to two smaller islands (the smallest being Three Sisters Island) and are very worth the short level stroll from the ever popular Terrapin Point overlooks. Going to the Bridal Veil falls at night was an adventure too because the last section of trail, at the viewing area, is pretty much unlit, making for a simultaneously romantic and slightly adventurous viewing of the intense rich-colored lighting put onto the American Falls.

You have to go early and prepare to spend a whole day because some lines are too long, especially on the maid of the mist boat tour but not so long for the hurricane deck experience. If you’re not up to walking, you can just buy a trolley ticket then hop on and off to where you want to go. By early afternoon, the trolley tickets were sold out so get it early. Find a rock and soak up the positive ions while you sit.Back on Goat Island head left towards the falls. (Across the road is a picnic area and bathrooms.)At the fork in the path stay left (closest to the water) to get to the US side of the Horseshoe Falls. (The spot from which Nik Wallanda started his tightrope walk over the falls and back in 2012.)From here follow the path and stairs north along the brink and gorge to see the Bridal Fall and US falls and go out on another island at the brink of the US falls. When you are done on this little island stay on the Northernmost path along the river. There is another bridge on the left that takes you to the other side of the (Northernmost side) of the US falls and the tourist trap area.Continue east along the river (or if you come back across the bridge turn left) towards Parking Area #3.Now you are back where you started. You have walked the outmost walking path on Goat Island while visiting two smaller islands.Takes 4-5 hours to see everything in this state park.No gate fee to enter the park.No parking fee ONLY in Parking Area #3 & ONLY Monday thru Thursday.

Lovely place to visit. The falls are right there, no need to take the boat tour, only if you want to do it for the experience. But the boat tours lines are super crazy long, like a blackfriday line in a department store, so good luck. The prices are $22.90 for adults and children prices are $12 something, cant remember. But overall, just walk and explore the the park, its very beautiful, just walk with a bottle of water and eat before you go.

This park offers good comfort and convenience to people visiting Niagara falls, NY, with its beautiful and large trees offering shade, sitting places and restrooms. and parking places. Use BRIDGE at 1st Street, abutting Official Visitor Centre near Centennial Circle and go directly to GOAT ISLAND and reach Observation point of Niagara Falls. parking fee of $10, can be used for parking here and other places.

Niagara Falls is amazing. We spent about half the day there and did the Cave of the Winds. Wow. Views were just breathtaking. Alot of walking though, and some areas you are in direct sunlight. So just make sure you pack enough water and sunscreen. We live only about 30 min from the falls, so we talked about maybe taking bikes next time.
