One of the best Casinos in North America.However if you are a gambler, and in terms of casino rewards...their reward system is a 0/5 stars. I will never forget after a very long session of table games ( while I was a platinum member ) they would not give me a room to sleep in.Platinum multiple times here and it means nothing to them. They only take care of the whales.Other than that. Great casino resort.

Honestly, the food was freshly cooked, right in front of you. Each buffet stations were uniquely set up with different countries representation. The people preparing the food were friendly. If you are not a big eater, then you are simply wasting your money.The slots were clean. Its not as congested as some other casinos and you actually have room to sit at the slots and not feel like you are on an airplane or invading someones privacy. The machines are fairly updated. Quite a large selections to choose from. The 4/5 rating is largely due in part to the parking issues and having a hotel room with a poor view of the falls. I was basically looking out at the top of a roof and an adjacent building structure that simply block all potential views.

Every trip to the Fallsview Casino Resort is truly a treat. There’s plenty to do and keep busy at this hotel and the cleanliness and friendly staff make it quite inviting. If you choose to explore I recommend choosing the summer for an adventure through the town and shops. You’ll find plenty of shops are closed for the winter. It’s quite charming and quaint with the peacefulness the quietness brings.When booking the hotel room make sure to specify a falls view if you’re expecting one as they only have so many to give. All in all this property is a great place and a lot of fun.

We came all the way from East Texas for our honeymoon, and had so much fun here. Great food, huge casino, lively atmosphere. I still show friends the video I made of that amazing, captivating fountain in the lobby. I love the smoke-free casino. Dont have of those, locally. (Bossier City, La.) Got front row tickets for Sammy Hagar. Well be back!

Their hotel has the best view of Niagara Falls. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the hotel room can only be booked through the phone call. I guess their business is too good.

Great place to visit for a tourist destination or just to gamble away a bit of cash, however the selection of tables is not very large and very crowded during high holidays. There is a great selection of slot machines with a veriety of denominations. High roller tables are also available and have a good selection of games. Casino is connected to a small mall with lots of 3 to 4 star restaurants to choose from and a typical food court. There is a wine store with many other businesses within this small mall for quick shopping.

Fallsview Casino Resort - must go while you are in Niagara Fall area. There are some highend / upscale shop , as well as lots of restaurant. The Grand Buffet in the casino supper cost thirty dollars and you get five dollars discount with the casino card and free parking. Noodle Bar offering $10 noodle soup menu. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Definitely has a mini Vegas vibe! The casino itself is beautiful and bustling. With the exception of poker tables, which you’ll find at the other casino down the road, they have every other table game and a wide range of slots. The lobby has many different stores and boutiques. There’s good selection of restaurants in the hotel, including a 24h diner. Solid food court as well.

This is an amazing casino that has something for everyone. From their table games, to slot machines and everything in the middle, this place is guaranteed to keep everyone entertained. The machines and tables are kept super clean, the staff is amazing, security definitely makes their presence known which is always a good thing.Their bars are fully stocked and bartenders know what theyre doing, never had to repeat an order or get it mixed up, always a good experience.If youre looking for a good time for a few hours or even a day or two, Id highly recommend this place. Doesnt matter if youre there by yourself, with your significant other, or a group, you wont be disappointed.

When I arrived at 2:45pm to check-in, there were 5 staff working the desk and the line had 30 plus customers. To my surprise, the line moved quickly. I was staying on the 41st floor and the view was awesome. My room was clean, full of all the amenities I needed. I strongly recommend Hilton.

Great place to chill on weekends. Staff is really nice, great arrangements as well. Good thing is that minimum bet for most of the table games is kept at $25. Also this place has lot many options for slot games.... The minimum bet for most of the slot games start from 1 cents, but one needs to start with $5 at least at any of the slot machines

I ate one of the best buffet meals I have ever had for the money at fallsview. I won some money at the slots that paid for the night at the 365 club. Good times. A place to stay in Niagara for sure.

Easy to go to the resort. The room not expensive if you have a coupon or discount. The buffet tastes good and the prices cheap. The views are beautiful. Also, you can go to the Casino try are you lucky person.

My first day trip to the modern Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls was in 2013 at the prompting of my sister. I continue to come here often.There are picturesque views of both the Canadian and American waterfalls from several areas in and outside this complex although I have not yet stayed in any of the hotel rooms.Plenty of parking but I’m not sure if it’s complimentary.Inside Fallsview Casino Resort is a casino, an indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness centre, along with a spa, a sauna, and a steam room.There’s also a shopping centre and more than a dozen dining options, a bar with DJs & live entertainment.Very safe, clean and well maintained.

It is a wonderful place to visit. If you go there during winter time, you cant do the boat ride under the Falls. If you are from Canada, its worth to have your passport with you that there is a walking path along the Falls on the Amerian side.

My fiance and I stayed here a few nights. The accommodations were nice and we had an amazing view from our room. The whole building is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and outgoing.We spent a lot of time exploring the shops and walking around outside the building. There was so much to do. They even had a little theater for concerts, which was neat, even though we didnt see anything.We also ate breakfast at the Famous restaurant there! The food is great. The vintage feel is pretty cool as well.Overall it was a really great stay.

I went here for the first time on a day trip and I enjoyed myself. Tried my hand at the casino and promptly lost my CA$20 However I explored the property. I enjoyed my view of the falls from the look out point and I created a lot of memories. I hope to revisit again. #JamaicanIslandGypsy

I haven’t been to the resort but their casino. The place is big and convenient with their shuttle bus. Unfortunately, it will take an hour more than driving myself since they have to stop a few places before hitting the high way. There is a food court on the same floor where the bus stops are. There is also buffet inside the casino. Usually there is a long line waiting for ordinary members . But those handicapped can line up with the VIP member . There are a lot of choices for the buffet and is worth for the price. Their buffet is the best among the rest of the casinos in Toronto. If you want to eat by the fall you have to tell the counter but you may have to wait a long time. There is a small spot near to the bus stop which enable you to see the fall. There are different show every month and hotel package promotion for members. I highly recommend to take the advantage of the $10 shuttle to come here . After all you will get back $10 if you gamble there.

Loved it here. Good service. Machines loose enough to at least be fun. Left there ahead. . Next morning went for the breakfast/brunch buffet...and passed. $30 with rewards card $35 without. Ended up going to a breakfast buffet around the corner $26 out the door for 2. Basic breakfast but thats all we wanted. Stayed at hilton across the street. Def go back.

This casino is very nice and clean, pretty and well designed. There is a lot of shopping and food if you are into that, unless your only her for gambling. It is a nice spot to hang out and gamble a bit, it is so close to the falls that you can easily take a walk in the outer court and see the falls! But this food here is good, I enjoyed the small snacks like Kernels and Presotea, also the buffet is very delicious too! Other than that, it is just a standard casino where you make some extra bucks if you can!

It was busy at the Fallsview Casino Resort this Thursday morning. More people were inside the resort than normal, line-up at the casino entrance, food court was eighty-percent occupied.Inside the casino, slots machine were occupied than normal. Retirees, visitors, and locals trying their luck to beat the jackpot. Other table games were normal than usual in the morning. Craps table was busy, bettors stood shoulder to shoulder, placing their bets on inside numbers - 5,6,8 & 9, or their favourite numbers. A hit on a number 6, a young fellow hollered in excitement. As his number gets hit, his excitement gets more intense. It was nice to see a bettor all pump-up, providing lively gambling and excitement at the craps table.

If you can control yourself, this is an entertainment place; nice people, good food, good shows, nice view, lots of varieties..... but you have to be able to control yourself!!!

Hotel by Niagara falls excellent view of the area from the hotel room. My aunt is a serious gambler as she gets a comp room every now and then. I was lucky enough to be visiting and was able to check it out! I would recommend visiting this area at least once, its very beautiful.

Very nice casino with many shops and places to eat. High dining or just Tim Hortons, the choice is yours, Many of the people there come in on bus tours. It is just across the street from the falls so if you have time you can walk across and see one of the worlds famous attractions.

The fountain design is always a visual treat. The stores and restaurants are pricey, but expected considering youre in a casino. Facility is always clean and we always have a good time here.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the hotel. Our room is falls view so we could see the color changing falls all night long and the fireworks too. We were too tired to get our of the room for dinner after a full day of shopping so we ordered room service instead. The food was awesome and came in very large portion! We ordered a Greek salad, a clam chowder, a calamari and a seafood fettuccine. They used a super large bowl for the clam chowder that could feed a football team. The calamari was a lot too. The seafood fettuccine was like fresh from the ocean and in perfect taste. I really did not expect such a good quality of food from room service.

The staff were extremely helpful. The entire place was clean, the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the towels were fluffy. My son said it was the best day ever. Thank you for the lovely visit.

Like the shows, buffet is good with many selections. We come here almost every other weekend, I found that the choices on the buffet menu is always the same. Got boring after a while.Like the shops. Casino always full sometimes crowded. Have to wait for favorite slot machine because it is popular and many people likes it.Enjoys the view of the falls. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating especially at check in desk. We always get the room with falls view.

A great casino. Lots of games and slots. Lovely bar and really nice staff at the bars. Loved walking around and just watching everyone and finally playing some slots! We even won a few hundred dollars! The entertainment advertised looks brilliant as well. Would definatley go back.

I didnt stay at the hotel, but I did spend an evening at the casino and ate at one of the nicer restaurants. The casino and restaurants were a little upscale. They had everything you would expect to find in a Vegas casino.

Its about 10 minutes away from the hotles closer to the falls due to traffic. Its the largest casino Ive been in. Its really nice from the entrance to the restroom washrooms they called them there. The staff was helpful but seen tense, comparing to other casinos Ive been in. I plan on staying at the hotel attached to the casino next time I visit. I believe its the Hilton hotel!

The casino is good. Its clean and friendly staff. You can actually win something here. After playing, we went to the Grand Buffet and all I gotta say its worth the price. Theres all kinds of food. Italian, Asian, seafood, and Canadian food (which I had cuz I have a shrimp allergy, so I was a bit scared to touch the Asian and Italian sections.) its worth going

Casino was good, room was okay but no heat control. Room never went below 23c and could not be turned down. It was a sauna. Not enough staff at front desk. Glad I wasnt checking in on Sunday morning, the lineup was huge. Valet parking service is convenient but for a multi night stay there should be some sort of discount. $50 per night is pretty steep. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Equivalent to an all inclusive resort but it is not included in price of room. It was $25 per person. Youd be better off going to Ihop or Sunset Grill. I understand that being a tourist destination the prices are going to be higher but some things are bordering on gouging. I would visit the casino again, that was fun, but wont stay at the hotel.

The casino is very nice. All the staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. The bar area had live music for the holidays and the band was also extremely great. Just be aware that the ATMs there charge extra 5$ on top of your withdrawal and parking may not be free just because you have a membership card. You need to have played a certain amount of money to qualify for free parking.

Stayed at this hotel a few times - always ask for a view of the falls!! Rooms are spacious, resort is easy to navigate. Food at the Grand Buffet is good and varied. Casino cab be very busy at times, but we generally dont spend much time there. We come for the wineries in the area!!

Its hard to enjoy Niagara durinf winter especially when its windy! But if you really want to go and still enjoy the view, go to Fallsview Casino Resort. You can still have a decent view of the majestic falls while indoors. They have food and beverage everywhere, some boutique shops, plus Casino for your entertainment!

Fallsview Casino is an excellent place to meet with friends for some fun and dinner. The food is excellent in the Grand Buffet very very friendly staff. You can get a seat by the window and have an amazing view of the falls.

Everything we have done and people we have dealt with have been awesome. We stayed in the hotel 2 days and everyone was willing to help. We are twice at the 21 steakhouse inside the casino. A little difficult to find but both nights we had great waiter/ waitresses. The waitress the 2nd time was absolutely fantastic. We lived her. There was a young lady Channel in the guest services that really went out of her way. But everyone in guest services was awesome. Never a long wait. The cashiers were very friendly also. Overall, we had a great time.

It was a place full of fun. I got all the money back, i had put in the game. The place and my friends had been lucky for me. Also, the food was good and with a variety of drinks.

Wonderful staff. I dropped a credit card and housekeeping brought it where it needed to go. We call in two days later and it was very easy to talk to someone and they even mailed it back. Very thoughtful and helpful people

I will admit that this is a beautiful casino. You can tell they put forth a lot of effort to try and make it as nice as a Vegas casino. My problem is I have never been able to win even a little bit of money on their slots. You don’t even win a little to keep playing. And paying for parking, crazy!

Kind of seen its day. No comparison to American casinos. Little effort on festive occasions or anything outside the actual casino. In years past there were performers at the fountain and the fountain had Valentines floating in the water or Shamrocks etc. They used to decorate for occasions. There used to be costumed performers and the light shows etc from the fountain.. The service inside the casino is better than last year and we actually accumulated free parking this time. Last year we played for two hours and still got stuck paying parking with PAC card. The beverage servers and slot attendants were fantastic. Overall it feels very lackluster and like the casino doesnt care to put in any effort outside of the actual Casino games and things that are going to grab money. No real entertainment or decorations outside the casino.

Hotel is beautiful but view from our king room was the roof of the adjacent building. Room service is fast and delicious!

Ladies who do not have an interest in gambling- There is a great lounge with live music at the back. It is a great time whether youre into dancing or just watching! Bartenders are fast and music is great!

They offer great hotels and have very polite staff. The food court is not the best, but you should definitely try the restaurants, the casino deli & buffet.

A top choice Hotel Suite if you are in Niagara Falls area, especially if you can book a suite with views of both Falls on a sunny day. Evening views are also splendid if not spectacular! Early prebooking for these suites are absolutely necessary if you dont want to be disappointed!

What a room and the view cant be beat....spectacular! Mohegan Sun has a beautiful property here. So much to do on the premises - shopping, gaming and fine dining. Service has been excellent as well.

It is mainly a poorly designed slot machine parlour. Minimum number of table games. Most closed. They need more $5 tables. I didnt even see one when I was there last time. The one $10 table I saw was packed with people waiting. They would make more business if they had more tables at the lower. Most of the higher end tables were empty. Its one of the worst casinos Ive seen.

Love the buffet, attention to detail, bunch of flavors. I found the rice pudding and taste just like home made. Delicious.

Visited here while on vacation, but did not stay in the hotel. Its like any other casino that you may have visited in Las Vegas. There is a wide variety of slot machines and table games. The best part is its a smoke free facility so you can enjoy your gambling time without smelling like smoke and ash. It has a buffet, which I did not try but it looked nice. It also has a sandwich shop which is open well into the early morning hours so you can get that late night snack if you have the craving. I did try the sandwich shop and the food was good but you while pay casino prices which is slightly higher than a normal restaurant. This casino also has a shopping gallery with a food court and other sit down restaurants. This casino is worth a visit. Check it out if youre ever in the neighborhood.

Great casino for a night out and has lots of stores within fallsview. Alcohol is expensive but where is it not? Lol. The Avalon Ballroom concert venue is awesome seen a couple concerts here which was great. I love that it is a smaller venue and can get up to the stage. Overall recomend if you have money to blow.

Stayed at the Hilton and was able to use the indoor crosswalk to the casino resort. Had a wonderful dinner and even made money at the casino!

Myself and a few other family Mama-Bears chose Fallsview Casino for our annual Mothers Day Celebrations, instead of Flamborough this year! We enjoyed a wonderful show, and Buffet. Downside was that the Buffet line up was ridiculously long... A 45min long line up before we reached the cashier to pay and then 10 more mins before we were seated!! But ultimately worth it, as soon as we saw the amazing variety...

Fallsview is by far one of the cleanest and well maintained casino/hotel I have been too. Buffet is decent and casino has a great variety of slots, card tables and other table games. The restaurant surround the area are amazing and if i could recommend try 21 CLUB seafood and steakhouse!!!

Best place to park your car at Niagra falls. The hotel we stayed at would have charged us $70 per night. We were effectively paid $40 to park there. Our hotel came with $50 worth of casino vouchers, which we spent on the slots. We cashed out $65, and were charged a total of $25 for parking. The slots were fun, cant speak for the food.
