I cant say enough good things about this casino resort. The staff that work here are very professional very courteous and very friendly. They make your customer experience here over the top. The casino is always clean neat and tidy. Their restaurant has one of the best alicart menus Ive seen. This is a terrific place to visit when youre in Niagara Falls my hats off to Casino Niagara

A very nice Galeria area with many stores. The decide is amazing and very well thought. place is accessible to wheelchairs and is connected to a 10 storey parking garage with ample space. The parking cost can vary from season to season but can be the cheaper option in the Falls area. There is a food court in the lower concourse. There is access to the outside overlooking the American and Canadian falls. Theain drawback is lack of seating so I guess you have to be a paying customer. The variety of food vendors in the concourse area is somewhat limited but sufficient. Overall 4 stars.

Very large casino. Been here many times.Most casinos are geared to slot machines but here they offer many table games and have a great poker room. Food here was great enjoyed a great Reuben sandwich at one of the the bars.

Its a casino, so of you like casinos its for you. 5 stars because has sports betting, lower limit tables, and a digital roulette table. The table in 1 dollar minimum so get the exciting game without breaking the bank. Plenty of food options and conveniently connected to 2 hotels. Free transport to 2 locations.

We have visited many Casinos and this was one of the best. Its not as expansive as the ones in Vegas, but its very well kept and modern. Its mostly steered towards slot machines, but there are table games too.Whilst all the gaming is in Canadian money, the bill breakers will convert US$ into Canadian currency.We had good luck here! Hope you do too.

Nice casino within a block of Clifton Victorian Inn..right in the heart. I lost money but still had fun. Love entertainment some nights.

Its not the nicest or fanciest casino but its decent and has what you need. They have a poker room at this location. Smallest denomination is $1CAD/$3CAD. No free drinks like on the American side but also, no smoking inside so thats a plus. Be sure to get a players card so you can get free parking. The bar with food has huge portions! The appetizers are more like meals! They seem a little expensive until they arrive at your table and you realize how much food there is.I won $335 in an hour and a half in the poker room so I am happy LOL

Everything in this building is priced for people at the casino. I ate at the hard rock Cafe and 9oz steak was in the 40$ range. You cannot get Pepsi in this area, coke is your only option. Theres a small KFC in the building as well, picture down below. The entire area is beautiful, was a wonderful experience. But youll pay for it, Hence 4 stars.

We have been coming to this casino for almost 20 years and we are almost to the point of not coming back. We used to hit enough jackpots that we felt at least entertained, we knew in the long run the casino would get it back, but now we dont hit hardly anything at all.I will say the buffet is much better than it used to be but thats about the only good thing. They have put in some kind of baccarat with 3 rows of seats but we didnt see anyone playing the 3 days we were there.

The casino is nice and clean, there are lots of old and new slot machines to play. The restaurants are reasonably price and my husband really enjoyed their fish fry. So why am I giving them a 1 star? Well because for me they failed to deliver basic customer service. I dont go to a casino with the expectation of winning money, (my husband generally gives it all away) .... its really about the experience and having a good time. Perhaps the lack of service was due to the time of night and the employee was tired, Im not sure. What I do know is that there is NEVER a reason to be UNKIND to someone when they ask a question and to treat people without consideration.

Nice. Clean. Layout inside is a bit of a cluster. Easy to get lost. Machines were too tight. Didnt stay long. Parking cost 40 bucks for 2 hours. Crazy.

Be warned that you need to keep your players card in your machine the entire time you are there, or the parking will be $40 !! We had taken our cards out for part of our time there, and it was showing not enough play to get the free parking!! Never had this happen to us before and it wont happen again. Wont be back!!!

Seems smaller than the new casino. Definitely a bit dated, but nothing to concern yourself about. There could be more bars around the upper floors.Lots of slots and tables. Three rows of digital baccarat and blackjack.Overall, pretty standard and decent casino.

First time going and it was great, I mean it’s not the biggest casino I’ve been to but it’s a nice little town. Amazing places around and amazing view of the Niagara Falls.

The Fiancee and I love Indian food. During a trip to Niagara Falls, we decided to stop here and check out their food. Its a Northern Indian style restaurant. We are from Pittsburgh and have literally driven the 4 hours just to go have dinner here. The Garlic Naan is superb. Portions are a decent size for the price and are delicious. Weve had dinner/lunch here at least 4 times now and each time the service was great, the food was great, and the atmosphere was excellent.

Great casino with lots of machines. Washrooms are well kept. The buffet they have there is $27 per person if you have the Players Advantage Card. The food isnt the greatest quality though, I would leave the casino and try Rainforest Cafe or Hard Rock Cafe. One of the ladies who comes around with the beverage cart was particularly rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a bottle of water, so service gets a lower rating. Overall a decent casino. Parking outside was $10.

The buffet was good with a very good variety. My only problem is I very seldom win at the casino. It was a great night out with my wife

Enjoying time at Niagara Falls wouldn’t be complete without some fun at Casino. Grandiose, beautifully decorated space, colourful and bright, many slot machines to try luck. Nice ambiance and atmosphere. Lively place, many people are making/losing some money but you can easily find a spot to see are you (un)lucky. Even if lose a few bucks is fun to enjoy some time there. Staff is super nice, they provide excellent customer service. If we win gambling is not addiction. Casino Niagara is cool place, totally Vegas vibe.

Casino is not that much big but I would say if its your first visit then you will definitely feel good about it.By the way, only some of the gaming consoles are in working condition others are dead.

Love the proximity to my fave Shopping strip and garden.Small but best coming from to walk along Hershey area and Clifton street. Love their washroom with circular lighted mirrors.The slots have really good spaces between them but be careful using the machine sometimes download the credit and not play the amount.... non refundable.

First visit since the multi million dollar revitalization and it was money well spent. I hardly recognized Casino Niagara as it looked so different. They even now have table games.They have a world class poker room and alot of the slot machines have been replaced with much more modern ones.The restaurants and buffets have been refreshed along with the bar areas.Great upgrade! If you havent been there for awhile then its time for another visit when you are in the area.

The Old Casino or the New? Always the choice to be made when in Niagara. I still prefer the Old! Friendly and helpful staff. Still have a small smoking section if your a smoker.

I could easily spend a good 2-3 hours here. The buffet is what I normally come for because their food choices are always satisfying. Then after that I go and enjoy some slots. I generally like the digital roulette. You can make $10 last longer than 5 minutes! Always a great experience coming here!

Great spot. Not as busy as the other casino and I personally prefer this location better. Right at the bottom of Clifton Hill, perfect for walking around. Friendly staff. Lower limits on the table games which is nice.

The owner made a comment regarding the slots being tight and said they are under the regulations of the OGCA, which is true but I went to the OGCA website and searched and searched and searched for the %s they are required to hold or pay out and could not find it. It might be there but it would be helpful if there was a direct link. In Las Vegas for instance, the Nevada Gaming Act requires casinos (slot machines) to pay out 91%. In other words, for every $100 wagered into the slot machine, the casino would hold 9% or $9.00 per $100 over time.I would be shocked if the Ontario Gaming Act was anywhere near that number. They are probably closer to 50% than 10%. Just know that the Casino is nice, the staff is friendly but at the slot machines, you are fighting a massive losing battle. Go for fun and dont chase your losses and youll enjoy it. Have fun and think of it as entertainment dollars.

It is a nice place, clean where you can enjoy playing and they serve a nice buffet which is a little expensive. Parking fee are very expensive if you are not a gold member.

We had a great time and enjoyed our experience there. Also my sister lost her wallet in the casino which contained her driver licence, a dining card and a quantity of cash and the wallet was found by a patron And turned in to Security, in tack, absolutely nothing missing. It keeps my faith in humanity- there are still good honest people in this world

Add this place as a checkpoint. Its so laid back to you can come in, and gamble any amount; even use penny slots. Then leave without having to stress out. Otherwise its fun and addicting for the wild ones out there.

Whats not to like about Niagara area? Always a great time, yes it can be damp but dress for it. Excellant food at Carpaccio, awesome Italian cuisine and great time everywhere we went. We did some serious retail therapy at the wineries :)

A great casino near Niagara Falls. Just off Clifton Hill ... lots of slots and table games spread across a few floors. A sports bar was open with lots of big screen Tvs. Staff were friendly and helpful although the signing inside wasnt great so was tough to find washrooms and exits sometimes.

A wide variety of things to do!! Slot machines... War... Many different games of 21... Roulette... Poker room which is my favorite... pretty sure theres more things to do but my main focus was the poker room and what I seen on the way to it lol. For the poker room... The dealers are super nice and most players are really outgoing and just want to enjoy a decent game of poker. I had a really good time :) definitely worth 5 stars (even when you lose)

Dont pay enough to pay the gas to get there. Years ago was a good place to have some fun for a few hrs, Now Kiss your cash good by at the door.

Payouts are absolutely horrible. Every machine just takes and takes. When you finally do have a winning line or hit a bonus youre lucky to make half your bet back. Machines are old, nothing like the new ones youd find in Vegas. It is clean and the bars and free soda were easy to get. For me another con was having to go outside to smoke.

So much fun!! Too bad we have to pay for drinks....drink free across the border at Seneca! Both casinos pay out well.

Pay for parking? You want to take more of my money? Most other casinos in Ontario have complimentary parking, they cant say they dont make enough money. Go to any other casino and you will feel more welcome.

My wife and l played over 300 dollars that night l no its not a whole lot we also booked a hotel for the night eat dinner had a few dtinks. But to find out they wanted 25 dollars for parking.That was nuts so l did argued and l was sent back to talk to some one at the players card area after arguing again they did nothing l was so disappointed at the whole thing l spent 666 dollars for hotels that night as well. Needed to get this of my chest feel better now

This is the older of the 2 casinos in the area and i was quite disappointed they didnt offer the table game baccarat. i went during the weekend and the atmosphere was great and the dealers are friendly and very easy to talk to. security was pleasant and showed me the directions to the newer casino down the street. i would go again to play blackjack switch! sports betting is available on the lower floor which i was a fan of!

This casino located little bit away from falls. Less crowded than Fallsview Casino. Very friendly service staff compared to fallsview casino.

Lots of fun things to do and see. Just always be aware of your surroundings. I have been robbed at the Best Western and we didnt stay the night because of it , they still charged us for the room and they didnt care at all.
