Very nice relax walk. Restaurants are currently closed but the walk and many structured buildings, Bill boards and art. Its breath taking within the city. Restroom are accessible for handicapped and various purposes. While there I saw photographers taking pics of a bridal party and family pics it was beautiful. These are some of my views from the park.
Come for a quiet walk without any people around! Make a reservation on their website first. You can only go in one direction and later at night, the entire length of the walkway is not available. Bathrooms are available right above the stairs where you enter.
At the moment you have to book to walk the High Line, but it is well worth it to see with not such a big crowd as usual.
Love this place. I had a great time with my family.
A New York experience not to be missed. Art and architecture combined in a visual collage giving you a hundred different photo opportunities per step. In the city and above it all at the same time. Flowers and bees and a lot of friendly people milling around. Great use of the old structure.
One of my favorite parts of the High Line. Probably one of the few places to watch a good sunrise (remember there are tons of places to see a good sunset in NYC but because the sun sets on the opposite side if you find a good break in the buildings from this part of the High Line you can get an amazing sunrise). I love downtown chelsea views this location offers, seeing the samsung buildings and the other tech startups locations. Wish they had a few more places to descend.
Nice views and beautiful way to keep nature in NYC.
Great for all ages and seasons
Amazing walk on sunny days. A bit touristy and crowded but yet worth a visit.
Went from here to the end. Beautiful
