We came here last year and it was the best and enjoyable experience we had. This may be small, but it was a very comfortable cinema. The plush comfy seats made me feel like I seeing a film in a private screening. The air-conditioned was cold but bearable. The prices and food at their snack bar were very affordable, too. We will be back again when a new movie releases. Thanks!

The theatre looks nice and comfortable, but the chairs do not recline, which most other theaters have. The staff was nice and friendly. I enjoyed my experience here.

I went to see a movie at Saturday afternoon. Had a good experience there. Its a pretty nice cinema. Staff was friendly. One adult ticket is $17.___Went there a second time and it was the opposite. I waited 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me just to get popcorn. I wanted sweet, they gave me salted. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager to get my money back because that’s not what I wanted. By the time I went to the theatre it was so full I had to take a seat in the first row. My eyes hurt from minute 5 on. It was a total disaster! I’ve never had such a bad experience in a cinema.

I just watched Just Mercy. An awesome movie. Emotional but very informative. Our church family loved it. The place was clean. The concession area moved quickly. It was not over crowded. I definitely would go back

The employees were great. Unfortunately,they did not have hot dogs ready before opening. Once they put them on the grill,they only put 4 so I had to wait for mine, and when I finally got it,it was cold on the inside. They must be careful with that. Otherwise, everything else was good.

I used to love this theatre, but some of the changes made arent cool. The very nice new lounge seating is manual- no electric push button adjustment- and barely reclines like it used to, no foot rest. The seats arent that soft either. Maybe its sour grapes but Ive had better experiences at Battery Park and 3rd Avenue. Im sure Ill be back as ticket prices here are $1-$2 less that the other places, but maybe bring a pillow for comfort.

4 of us went to see “1917” and it was late, we left the theater after 1 am when it was closing. This place is the bomb. We don’t have theaters like this in FL. They had a security guard that was very helpful. There was some construction going on but it was walled off and it was neat and clean. The seats were very comfortable but not reclining, the concession area was well stocked too. The theater itself was clean and quiet. I would definitely go here again. :)

Going to see 4dx? Its under construction! Bathrooms and concessions are only available one floor up.Some of the seats dont move.The theater is small and so is the screen.Another quick money 21st century money grab.

Currently as of this post, this site is under construction. The new seating is very comfortable. Sound is great as well. The staff is super friendly and the food isnt bad as well.

Definitely think twice before going to this movie theater. Its a giant mess of construction, not fit for anyone to be inside, and yet they are selling tickets. The staff directed us to the wrong movie (the theaters do not have numbers or postings outside of them), so we had to see a later showing of the correct movie and the staff did nothing to compensate. BEWARE!

There are nice and cosey chairs but only down side is more people should come to movie hall but besides that every thing is very nice in the vovie hall.

Staff not friendly but....I love this movie theater. Fantastic air conditioning. Old fashioned seats but they move. Smaller theater with good picture and sound. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Not too many children or obnoxious teenagers. Expensive but worth it.

Nice cinema in a lovely neighborhood in Manhattan. The tickets are a bit pricey but that’s kind of logical in such location.The have several movie theaters and plenty of food options.

They renovated and its all cool looking upstairs now and when you go up the first escalator there is a very... nice. picture of spiderman

I loved this theatre. Its one of the larger theatres Ive visited. Seats are comfortable, latest mainstream movies and they had everything I wanted in the concession stand.I will definetly see a movie there again if I happen to be in that area.

Im pretty much giving the Joker movie 5 stars not really regal. regal is cool though. Yet that Joker movie was something else. It wont be another movie like that for a long long time. it was simply amazing

One of the worst movie theaters I’ve been to. The staff is extremely rude and not accommodating. The guy behind me had to get a refund for his ticket because they wouldn’t let him bring his skateboard in. The tickets cost $17 a ticket for crappy seats and screens that are average size; definitely not worth it. I had a really bad experience here and will go to another movie theater in the future.

One of my favorite theaters - comfy seating and believe it or not, good food at the concessions. I love their pizza, though you need to come early as it takes 7 minutes to prepare it - also love the corn dog bites. I also like the photos on the walls of iconic NYC spots in famous films.

You get what you pay for. Not bad at all. Nice size seats and screens.

You have a different experience in each theater setup. Clean, floors werent sticky. Its under construction but still has the ambiance a theater should. The workers were knowledgeable and I was greeted with smiles.

The theater is clean, I’ll give them that. But wow did anyone actually give these new chairs a test sit before approving them? If you are short and/or weigh less than 180 pounds, you must use muscular effort to keep your chair reclined. A 2.5 hour movie as a lower back workout was probably not the intention, but that’s what it was.

This is a very nice movie theater. I really enjoy watching movies here especially since you are able to select your seating. Im always coming here with my friends and its a great place to take a date.

My family had a wonderful time enjoining the movie on 4X. Place is clean and cozy.

I have to say I was hesitant on going to see a 4D movie, but it was actually really fun all the rumble and water was perfectly timed. Although the smell was the same for every scene I still say that people should give 4D a chance.

Wanted to see Joker in 4DX, but I dont think they made the film available to watch in that option. Yet it was still great movie experience. Regal is my come to spot to watch all the new films that comes out. Im a huge fan of this location set up.

Mostly clean- bathroom needed a little tending to. Seat backs move back Slightly and have a headrest (a plus! ), but the seat feels like its pushing you forward a bit if you dont lean back, probably because of the headrest (a minus). Didnt get snacks or drinks this time, so no input there.

Really enjoyed 4D, they kept me on the edge of my seat all the time. Really cool

The place is a mess due to construction. The theater was way too cold. The viewing angle in the lower seats is such that you have to bend your head backwards to watch the movie. Seats on the lower level (theaters 1- 9) are still original from 1998, 21 years old). Other than that its perfect!

Saw Jojo Rabbit over the weekend and it was hilarious. I usually would have to come to Regal, since it seems like they actually have the best tasting popcorn. Just this place get super packed certain nights.

They are selling tickets to 4dx experience with construction going on, almost in the same area! More real experience is difficult! At least they could have warned the clients when they buy the tickets.

This location is convenient to public transportation. Its staff is friendly & courteous. The theater is kept clean & so are the restrooms. Depending on the time you sometimes there is a little bit of a wait at concession stand because there is only one person taking orders. So if you are getting snacks should try to get there earlier before your Showtime.

First time here.Theater is huge ,very clean, friendly people all over.Tempeture inside wasnt very cold as many but nice and comfortable. I purchased food and water I even try the hotdogs and nachos ,both very good. I also requested to see the naneger who came immediately. HE was very helpful with my regal card issue.I was very impress.Will have to comback again. Theres also 2 AMC few min.walking distance but I really enjoy this Regal theather.

4DX was good, but the sound was lacking, thus dulling the otherwise immersive experience. Luckily I saw the movie before, because there were parts where I couldnt make out what the actors were saying. Also, the bass was very low. Having the seats move is cool, but with effects like air blowing and water mist sprays, it was poorly synced. The split second delay was noticeable. The effects system is also very loud. Paired with insufficient volume, every gust of air is louder than the gunshot if follows in the movie. Some effects also seemed inconsistent and triggered at odd times. Some punches in Black Panther were accompanied with short, loud, bursts of air, while others didnt. Aside from effects sync issues and low volume, the 3D viewing experience was great. To my eye, Id say its twice as good of a screen than the non-3D RPX screen. Overall, I highly recommend it as its almost worth the $30 ticket price.

Clean and well run by movie theater standards. Very good service at the snack counters, and clean theaters always. Ive been to this theater dozens of times and never had a bad experience with the staff.The *only* possible negative aspect about this theater is that because its so popular and centrally-located, it tends to attract people who dont love movie culture quite so much, those who maybe dont turn their phones off, or talk during the movie. But thats Regals fault, so its still a great theater.

Found bedbugs on our seats even after moving 3 times. This was in theater 4 and after talking to the manager he simply told us that they hadn’t gotten any complaints in a year; essentially trying to dismiss the issue at hand. Will not be coming back.

I bought tickets to see the bumblebee movie I was really looking forward to seeing this movie I had a easy time buying popcorn and a Drink(there was no line) when I got into the theater it was empty which is a score in my book but I noticed there was a funky smell but that’s not what sent me out the door.... as I was sitting down eating popcorn waiting for the movie to start I saw mice running down the aisle then I saw one crawling up the wall I went and told the manager he didnt seem apologetic at all just gave me a refund and said have a good day I guess this is a norm for this theater ... I’m still waiting to see the money come back to my account but that’s a shame ....

Tickets pick up and entry is very smooth, the 3D theater experience is however, terrible. The tech is out so many years, and they still can’t make it bright. When you put the goggles on, it’s like watching a film in a dark theater with sun glasses on. You can hardly see things. That kinda ruins the film experience for me.

Not my favorite movie theatre. If you want a more relaxing experience, with reclinable seats, go to the Regal theatre at Times Square. I believe it’s the same price and only 2 stops on the Q (and N during the weekday). The food is overpriced as well, so perhaps bring your own snack if you find are on a budget. There’s a Duane Reade near-bye and a Whole Foods as well.As for the theatre, the screen size is okay. For someone with long legs, it might not be very comfortable. Though, you can reserve seats in advanced, which is a plus of Regal.Again, the Regal at Times Square is more comfortable. Given the price of tickets, you might expect more.

Close to most train stations at 14 St.Union Square very comfortably. I have been coming here for years and its still good.

When the screens are nice the theater itself is lacking the modern amenities that other theaters in the area offer like recliner seats.

This is a better theater experience than AMC.

Movie time is 1330, starts at 1355. U cant have 20-25 minutes of trailer. Popcorn caramel for almost 8 $, loot I have to say. Staff is nice n helpful. Need more posters of each movie being played so impulse watcher doesnt have to go online to see movie.

Overall its fine. Fold down chairs are a little uncomfortable and rows are close together so when people get up you feel it. Screens and sound are fine :)
