I was very disappointed with my experience speaking with Flawless NY. According to LinkedIn, their CEO reached out to me looking for business which I understand and respect.I told her that my business wasnt her ideal client, however we do business that we could refer clients and that we could assist with technology for their events if they ever needed it it. Was willing to learn more and help, but I immediately received an unsubscribe message.Their case studies and material looks nice but I would never work with someone so automated. Events and promotions is a service business and that was just so rude. Cant imagine working with them, and I hope that they read this an work on their process.
