Super awesome the only bathroom is at the start though. I loved the sharks and the otters. I wish the starfish had been closer to touch in the touch room. The chinchillas were sooo cute. I LOVE THE FISH TUNNEL. The jelly fish are always cool. Its a little pricy but its 10 times better than the Monterey aquarium. No sharks there. I definitely recommend this aquarium when touring CA.

Called for assistance in building a custom tank of my own design, after telling them I was a student and without giving any details about my design, I was told that they are too high end to work with me. Rude.

I just called to find out about the services if they make just tanks or do they make the decorations for the tank as well. I wanted to know if my tank maker is just going to build me an acrylic box or are they going to decorate it and the unprofessional rude female that answered the phone that could not understand the concept of decoration deserves to be fired at least she made it easy... one place that won’t be doing my tank

The team from Okeanos are simply the best in the business! I engaged Okeanos to design and build a truly custom and unique tank to fit into a lobby space of a new Aged Care building in Brisbane, Australia. The whole process from start to finish was excellent - from design, to construction and finally installation (on the other side of the world) was truly a smooth experience. Their communication along the way was also outstanding. The time difference did not cause any difficulties - the team work around me and the project here in Australia.
