Food here is um gordan Ramsey um level and like everything is chill it’s like who made idea of like basically, arcade and bar. My one critique would probably be the kids, like adults come here to get wasted basically you shouldn’t come here with kid basically. So yeah. My bro also said food here was very good high quality level. Everything is about the levels here bro get higher levels son .

The food was good.Good environment.My only thing is the staff ....The kids were all excited because of the arcade my son had left his sweater on the table ... we completely forgot about it because of the arcade. When we were on our way to the parking lot, I realized about the Saint Sweater he left on the table I went to the lost and found, front deskNo one had seen my sons sweater... I finally found our waitress... she was a little busy I had to wait around 10- 15 minutes before she helped me out ... I had asked her twice and finally she brought it out... my sons sweater was in the kitchen...

So fun! Great to bring kids or super fun for a date! A little pricey, and I personally dont like the menu (its extensive but not exactly healthy) or sweet cocktails and punches which is what most of the drinks are. If youre into that though, youll love the kitchen and bar. I just ordered whiskey, so I was satisfied with that, and I cant understate how fun it is to have a few drinks and run around playing games!! Its expensive to play, and it really adds up, so go ahead and spring for one of the deals. My friend and I found a Groupon for unlimited play that was a decent savings.

Always a fun place to go. The food is really delicious and they always have neat things to try. Most of the time the wait is quite long because you seat yourself and have to wait to be noticed. Aside from that you have plenty of game choices to entertain the family for hours. I could spend all day playing the games but it can be rather pricey and adds up quickly. Definitely recommend for some good food and good fun.

1st time visit to D&B New Orleans...11/30 Saturday afternoon at 12noon...we got our food around 1:30/2pm. Everything was tasteless. Yes, we expect a wait due to the special event but not poor customer service. This event takes place every year, there’s no excuse for poor customer service or not being fully staffed. Nothing was COMP and NO TIP was given. Waffles were cold and tater tots never came out with meal. Presentation of food was horrible. And the bathroom was very NASTY (water all on the floor)!This party of 6 will never return.

Has to be the worst place I’ve ever been to. I’ve never been to a restaurant that served worse food in my life. It’s actually hard to explain how bad it was.If I could give a recommendation, I wouldn’t go.It’s fun to play games, but eat before you go. I wish I had the photo of the nachos. Only about half of the ingredients were on it and the chicken was canned. The sliders were disgusting. Such a terrible place, what a mistake for the Saints game.

Walked here from our hotel. Stayed for 4 hours. We had a blast. They provide a law enforcement discount, which was great! Milkshakes were good. The burger got the job done but wasnt as flavorful as I had hoped. You must try the Virtual Reality ride. Who knew 2 adults could have so much fun at D&B.

Food was excellent!.. drinks need help... alittle pricey for family fun but we enjoyed it.

Enjoyed celebrating for a friends birthday at Dave & Busters. Loved the variety of options on the menu and the Thai chicken superfood chopped salad. Had lots of fun, though it was quite loud. $12 for 60 chips was just enough for me and didnt break the bank. I suggest taking a good look at all the prizes before making a decision; they have some nice gems for surprisingly not too many tickets. Hope to go again.

Great place to go for some fun and relaxation. It’s best to pay extra and park in the garage which will cost you an extra $10. This is a nice Dave & Buster’s but it’s not as large as others. It appeared that all the games worked and were well taken care of. The staff was friendly, the games were great, the place is well taken care of. The only knock on it is the parking and it’s not their biggest place, otherwise it’s a great place to have some fun.

The ribs were burnt so they covered it up with a plethora of bbq sauce. The waitress service was good at first then slowly tapered off towards the end. The bar drinks were spot on though. A few of the games were broken but for the most part we had fun. The D&B in Denver was much better.

Actually the experience was great. Despite the overwhelming crowd and flood of tourists that was using the restroom the cleanliness was up to part. Our food was served hot and arrived shortly after ordering. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I had the smash burgers and wings. We definitely come again!

Food was pretty good. My meal did not come with the green beans that I was expecting but Im guessing it maybe it was seasonal. The server was really busy She only checked on us one time period although it was not busy at the time that I was there I didnt see anyone. Game selection was pretty good so were the prizes I didnt get anything though as this is not my home location pretty straightforward Dave & Busters

Is there any greater sacrifice than taking your child to Dave and Busters? Were on holiday in New Orleans and have a 13 yo kid. She was getting a little bored with all the nature walks and museums we were making her go to so we took her here. My husband was grateful for beer and I was grateful for both gin and tonic.

First time going here, it was pretty awesome. Alot more kids than I expected but it was nice. Family friendly, helpful staff pretty amazing new arcade games as well as classics. Parking was convenient and price was surprisingly reasonable.

Great kids place. Great Event place. Great for families. Just go. Parking garage in the building, 6 floors. Tons of games, virtual reality. Recommend. I go for grand kids birthday

The service in the food area is some of the worst Ive ever seen. We waited almost two hours. Every time we checked in with the hostess there were two tables ahead of us. Eventually the hostess just hid from the crowd gathering around her booth. We eventually found some open seats at the bar instead. The long haired guy behind the bar is the only one who would give us the time of day. He actually gave us great service but not enough to make up for the rest of the serving staff unfortunately. We sat at the bar for an hour and watched as tables emptied and STILL never got a text that our table was ready. Terrible place. Dont waste your time here.

First visit here. Dave & Buster’s was extremely full. I was barely able to get a seat at the bar and dining area-which means business is great. I sat at the bar which was extremely, extremely short staffed. But the bartenders were calm regardless. It appeared that a manager was there to assist the staff, which was awesome! The manager is who mixed my drink. I ordered vodka and lemonade which was terrible. I’m not sure what happened with my simple mix.I received my food quicker than expected in reference to how crowded it was here.Why 4 stars: I ordered the nachos which came in a massive portion. But sadly, there was no “ seasoned beef” as the menu stated. It was made with canned chili which was horrible. Additionally, the nachos were barely room temperature which means they were made and sitting out for a bit. I wouldn’t order it again.I will return and would eat here again.

From the last time I came to Dave and Busters, it has gotten better. The last time had a sweaty or musty smell. I am not sure if it was the ventilation but it was very unpleasant. The games were pretty fun because they had a choice for classic lovers, ticket games, and action games. Another plus there were no games that were out of service. The food was mediocre. However, this time I came back it was very nice. The smell was gone. They upgraded with more games which more choices or varieties. Also, the food taste a lot better. So, I enjoy it and its a great place for family and friends no matter what age to hangout together. Oh yes, the customer service was great everywhere we went from the in-store restaurant there, the on floor game employees, and the prizes employees were great. Very friendly, caring and patient.

This is my first time at Dave & Busters and I will not be returning after the service I received here and the way I was treated by management. After the $6/person virtual reality attraction malfunctioned, I waited in line for a manager for 23 minutes. The manager took 3 customers before me and refused to issue a refund, because it had already been taken off my card. She was also incredibly rude and insinuated that hadnt been waiting for her because she had been there for 15 minutes. I cant believe someone so incompetent and rude can be a manager of a national chain business.

I wish I could rate the service separately. Brandy was an AMAZING server!!! She was courteous to us as well as the other customers in our area. She checked on the quality of our food/drink, removed empty items from the table and even apologized that our drinks may be delayed because the bartender was alone. That’s good customer services. When I went to the women’s bathroom, where the toilets were not flushing properly, I opened servers stalls that were not flush before getting to one that had no waste in it. I tried to flush mine when I was done, I could not flush it! I waved my hand in front of the sensor many times and finally squeezed the button on the side. After holding it in, the toilet flushed. I signaled to another patron in the bathroom, who was complaining about the cleanliness, to use the one I had flushed. I went in two other stalls to push the buttons so that they could be used and it did not work. I informed a worker in the gaming area about the toilet, she shrugged her shoulders and asked me what I wanted her to do. I smiled and walked away. I mentioned the bathroom situation to Brandy and she informed her manager. See why I want to separate the services. The food Brandy recommended was yummy and her hospitality was well received. Thank you, all three stars are for Brandy ️️️!

It was fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. I dont know if it was because we were excited to play all the games but our play cards ran out of tokens pretty fast. The food was delicious.

This area has needed a family entertainment place like this for a long time! Lots of great games and fun to be had. I can see this place being a regular stop before Saints games!The food was pretty good even though it took a long time to get a table and even longer for the food to come out. There are obviously better places to get food in NOLA but it was pretty good stuff.My only complaint is that the food took so long to come out that I ended up spending 4 hours and 1 minute there. That extra minute is significant because they charge $10 for each 4 hours of parking so instead of $10, I owed $20.

This is an adult Chuck E Cheese. Games galore and lots of beer and great food! Parking is the only downside.

So much fun! Kids went to a birthday party there, they loved the food options. There was a good supply of games that they could play unlimited after they spent their tokens.

Dave & Busters us a great place to bring your kids but youll have to send a little penny for them to have a good time. I would suggest to use a groupon before going in. Also DOWNLOAD THE APP! You get some free tickets and it alerts you when credits run low and you can reload it from your phone. Very convenient. I had the shrimp pasta with the steak and it was so delicious that if it wasnt so expensive ($25 but I got a $20 play card with it), I would have ordered it again. They had a lot of people so waiter service was so slow, I couldnt get a refill on to drink. Overall, not bad, but go when you get paid.

I Had a great experience!I feel bad because I cant remember my server name but he was awesome(which means I probably shouldve remembered his name even more)Tonight was the first time my son came to D&B.Our server greeted us with a smile, got our drinks fast, and kicked it with my son as well. MOST IMPORTANT I DROPPED MY WALLET AND HE GAVE IT BACK!!!Needless to say the night couldve took a different turn if the worst happened, but it didnt. My son definitely enjoyed himself as well as me and my fiance! Food came out fast, service was excellent, and my family has fun. Cant ask for more. Thanks!!

Look- it’s a Dave and Busters and all that entails. So if you want a quiet evening with amazing food, you’re in the wrong place. But if you want decent food, plenty of TVs to watch games, and a party atmosphere you’ll love it. And among Dave & Busters, this one definitely has above average service.

We ordered the all you can eat wings and will you were served 2 sets. The service was so slow we decided not to eat there again. We make plain to management and nothing was son to help our complaint.

Service was very slow I had to ask several people for help just to get condiments... Food was average. the only thing the server was interested in was closing the ticket as soon as possible. The Manager came over to the table .. we told her about the service she tried to rectify the situation by giving us credits on our kids game card but when the kids tried to use the cards.. nothing was added. It is really sad, my wife and I like Dave and busters in other cities but the New Orleans Dave & Busters needs help.... better servers, servers need to stop talking about their personal business... .. more focus on customers please...!!!

You are a lot to do it to her about the way I feel you are not a good day and he doesnt know how to make me mad at me or anything but I dont know if you are not green but she doesnt want you in the world of the best thing you have in his life and she said that she was a good day twin brother who is that woman who was born with her own best friends a few years eve to be in a good friend sometimes because you are a good day twin and kayla they dont wanna do that with you and he is sorry to say anything but she doesnt have a lot to be a little bit too late for the loss and she said it is a lot of things you dont have.

My wife and I visited this location while on vacation in New Orleans this past week. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency which is right next door. The eating and bar area looks very nice. A lot of tv’s to view while sitting and eating. The problem was the food which was terrible. My wife described her burger as “ the worst burger she ever had”. I had the philly cheese steak sandwich which was dry and over cooked. We were also served old and browned guacamole dip in which we sent back. We are originally from Houston and often visit our neighborhood Dave & Busters and we’ve always enjoyed the food there. This location certainly needs to do something about the food they’re serving.

Ive been here before, but today by far was one of the best experience by far! Our waitress Makila had a wonderful smile and a great personality. It can get overwhelming in here, but today was definitely not one of those days.

Worse service ever. Expectations werent real high considering. But man oh man. What a joke. Sat down without menus or silverware/napkins. Had to ask after our food came out for the essentials. Beers stayed empty and food is a joke. Their sliders arent sliders. They are a thin party cut into 1/4s.

The only saving grace to give this place 2 stars is simply because one of the managers was really nice and apologetic and the game staff is awesome. We arrived after a concert, had to approach someone to get service at our table and then half of the beverages were out of stock. The food is mediocre at best, arrived to table lukewarm. The bathroom is what nightmares are made of!!! 1.. just 1 single stall wasnt clogged and it was filthy with no tp. The only reason Ill be going back is because we still have game play on our cards. What an unfortunate mess. Ive visited a D&B in both Boston and Philadelphia, and they were absolutely amazing.. this NOLA location needs some serious help!

I had a great experience here with my family. We had a lovely server, Rebecca. Customer service was great! The food was good but overall very, very salty. The area we were in was nice and clean. If youre looking for a quiet spot, this isnt it XD. There are lots of games for kids and adults alike to enjoy (please see my big win of 1k tickets ).

Want to thank the kitchen and wait staff. Did a good job with the food and service today. Cant say the same for the staff of the prize area. Seems you may want to train your employees better in that department. They have more excuses why not to honor signs that are right there. Then they cut their eyes at people and talk about things right in front of other customers.

Had a great time!! Drove from Baton Rouge to celebrate my sons 11th bday. People were nice. We ordered bar bites and had a few drinks. The bathrooms smelled like sewer problems. Other than that everything was fine.

Lazy severs, waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the table after asking a sever for help. Then, waited another 40 minutes for cold food. The place was not full went we got there. Then notice a family comes in and get service immediately, others waited when they were there for as long as me and my daughter. Travel there for the Pelicans and Lakers game. Left there without eating. Bad when you have to ask someone to do there job. My tip is do not wait your time at the New Orleans location. This is a Dave Bust!!!

I sat & ate at the bar! Service was good, bar includes 6 televisions right in front of you. They have happy hour during the week. Its located on the 6th floor. No problem with elevators. The Environment was Chill & food was pretty good!

We specifically came for the Pump it Up! arcade machine. Which we thought was a Prime 2017 but was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be 2018! Oddly enough it wasnt as crowded as Id expect for it to be game day for the Saints. Good service, clean facility and most of the machines were in top condition.

We always have a nice time in D&B. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the games are always broke not to mention the games cost way to many coins.

ILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Great place for all ages. But if youre going to watch the football game dont sit at the bar because there was only one bartender and we waited a long time for our order to be taken. other than that everything was fine. Food was yummy. Atmosphere was fun as always.

Kind of a smaller Dave & Busters, but all of the games seemed to be working properly, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly.We had some coupons for buy one get one free on $20 game play. Theyre on an app thats part of a coupon book fundraiser our daughters school is doing. I guess their coupons usually have barcodes to scan and these had some type of access code instead that the staff had never seen. After some talk they figured it out though and we were able to use them. Im glad they didnt just refuse to take it and put in the extra work.The bar staff was quick and nice. Id avoid the wine though. They dont sell much apparently and it had gone bad. They werent sure where another bottle was so they were going to ask a manager but my wife just switched her drink order so they wouldnt have to deal with that right then.We had a lot of fun and will go back whenever were around.

First time visiting and the family and I had a great time! We were celebrating my daughters birthday at her request at Dave & Busters. She truly loved it as well as everyone else. Will definitely be visiting again.

I’m honestly being generous with two stars.. the last three times I went the food was mediocre at best and the service was terrible. I was sat in a booth by the bar and a waitress REFUSED to serve us because we were “young” and he believed we wouldn’t tip her. We asked to talk to the manager and he barely did anything. Then when we finally got our food we were playing games and the busser THREW OUT OUR FOOD that we barely touched... I only go if I’m only playing games or have a gift card..

A little busy for my style. And the reciept paper was out. A little tough to write off as a business expense. Recommend going in the middle of the week. Friday and Saturday, stay away!

Food was pretty good, but the highlight was the starwberry margarita I enjoyed. I think its fun place to hang out with your friends and younger children will enjoy this place most.

Several issues....All of our food came out except for the food for our child who has a dairy allergy. They didnt even acknowledge it until we asked. Then, when they brought her food (which on their allergy menu was listed as safe for a dairy allergy) it was covered in cheese. The waitress said that it took so long because she was making sure it was safe! We pointed out that it had cheese on it & she just said, oh goodness, took it back & offered no apologies. By this time, everyones food was cold (approx 25 minutes). The manager came by as he was making his way around the restaurant & after we told him what was going on, we had her food in less than 5 minutes. On top of that, the bang bang chicken had no flavor other than some really strong pepper sprinkled on top. In addition, when the food came out for our dairy allergy child it was so spicy, she could not even eat it. Cayenne pepper for sure & who knows what else. We love spicy food, but it was super spicy for an adult, but it was supposedly a kids menu item. Will never be back. And, our other food was no better than burger king.

I’m usually not fond of leaving negative reviews for businesses, as many times the situations that lead to 1-star reviews are issues that are heightened by frustration and miscommunication. That being said, I felt the need to publicly dissuade anyone from ever eating or drinking from this specific D&B. The bartenders could not find enough time to even speak to me for 20 minutes, only to be told that they are busy and will be with me shortly. 10 minutes later, we give up and return to our party of 14, where only a few sodas have been ordered and brought out. We finally see our server again, only to have her struggle as she takes our order. The order was literally being written on a napkin, which explains how far south the situation goes. After 40 minutes our food arrives and we all enjoy the meal. 20-30 minutes after we have gotten the food, our server has yet to return to us. Most of us get antsy and start playing games near the bar, telling our friend who stayed behind that we plan to return in about 15 minutes to see if we received our checks. This results in our friend being greeted by our server and a security officer explaining that he must pay the $300 ticket and that they have his card on file to ensure he pays. Not once did she speak to him or any of us, who are still in the building, about the bill before bringing a security officer. Our friend hands his wallet and says they can keep that while he wrangles us all up so we can pay for our meals. We hurry to the server station to pay for the meal and sort the situation out, only for our server and her manager to struggle printing our tickets and properly separate each check. We individually list every single item we ordered and it still took 30 minutes to have the tickets properly printed. During this time the server SNATCHED server map tickets from people’s hands out of frustration. These were dramatic and aggressive gestures. No subtly and certainly not even close to professional. None of us wanted to argue with this server any more so we just let it slide and sat while her manager did damage control and the security officer stared us down. The manager explains she was FLOWN FROM DC to solve their poor kitchen and wait staff. The irony of this situation was lost on us, as we were so frustrated and confused. After paying for our tickets and sorting the orders our server took on a napkin food, we left. As a restaurant manager, I was appalled and confused for the entirety of this exchange. I have never experience such dysfunctional service, not have I ever seen such a ticket issue treated with such drama and confusion. Please stay away from the bar area of D&B at all costs

Its so good I went there on my birthday on December 6th 12:50 in the next day with my birthday but I loved it it was like a dream home

Worst service. Disrespectful. Wanted one drink. Too much to ask. Waited in line for table but got cut several times by MANAGER. Lazy bartenders that just flirt the whole time instead of make money. Didn’t get “seated” until TWO HOURS LATER FROM THE TEXT!!!Far better restaurants and bars in surrounding area and are CHEAPER (and friendlier)! Don’t waste your money.Do better, but never returning to this location!!

Service was horrible. We ordered the unlimited wings. We were given 5 wings with the first order. When a second order was placed, we wanted 30 minutes and didnt get it. So the waiter checked on us, we informed him that we hadnt received the second order. It was another 40 minutes before he checked on us and again we hadnt received the second order. We watched the Saints game and another NFL game til half-time and still hadnt received the second order. Not a place I will go to again

Awesome place to hangout with friends and have a bit of old school competition. All the games (Wich was hundreds) were in order and working. The staff was helpful when trying to figure out the most cost efficient way for my group of 10 to game. Best arcade is the south. Period.

This is a restaurant that happens to have arcade games. This is not a fun arcade that serves food and drinks. The food & drinks are reasonably priced which is great, but if you come here for arcade games you will be disappointed. A lot of the games which provide tickets do not award tickets as they should awared them to winners. There is limited variety of games. It is a fun place, reasonable if you can figure out the complicated deals, and enjoyable. The eating and drinking areas are dramatically larger than the gaming area. It seems that Dave and Busters forgot their business model when they built this site.

We ordered 4 drinks and 2 appetizers. After waiting about an hour, 1 appetizer finally came out, nachos loaded with cold cheese and chicken. About 10mons later our drinks came out. We waited and waited and waited and waited etc..... for the 2nd appetizer. The waitress came over 4 times reassuring us, that the appetizer was on its way. After over an hour wait, our drinks were empty and 1st appetizer was gone, I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor came, she never acknowledged nor apologized for the inconvenience. If I could give them no stars for their services, I would.

Was having fun until me and my family were ready to eat. We were directed to the open seating area which was full and the empty tables were dirty. The host told us we couldnt sit in the other areas because it was for larger tables. I asked of someone could clean the tables and she told me sorry there wasnt anything she could do. I would just have to keep walking around and wait. Next time well eat before we come.

I had heard good things about this particular Dave and Busters. My husband and I were extremely let down. Service was terrible - food was nothing special (I had burger, he had fish) - we were treated terribly in the gift shop ...etc.

The atmosphere was very laid back, the games were awesome for my 13, 11 and 7 yo. The food tasted fresh and tasted very good. Parking was super easy since in a parking garage. Its best to park on the 5th floor cause D&B is on the 6th floor.

Do your self a favor, eat somewhere else and just come for the games. The service in the food section is atrocious and theres no leadership to oversee it. We came on a Sat night (1/25) and had to wait 20 minutes to even get menus and be acknowledged, another 20 minutes to order (and only after we grabbed the attention of our waitress). We ordered two margaritas and they came AFTER our meal was done, and only upon prompting our waitress. My burger was rare and had to be sent back, we were only given cutlery after prompting, etc.The only swift part of the meal was the delivery of the check. BTW, the drink prices on the menu arent listed ($10/margarita) and the waitress tried to double charge us for the cheeseburger that we had to send back.I know that management is going to give a pat reply, sorry for your inconvenience, give us another shot, but honestly yall are gonna run this thing into the ground and go out of business if changes arent made.I will never try this establishment again.

Service is terrible. Visited here on a Wednesday evening and took 15+ minutes to get a drink order in at the bar and waited over 30 minutes at a table for food and no service. Asked multiple waitress and still no one. One waitress completely turned the other way when I went up and asked her about ordering. Spend your money elsewhere.

I want to say, your New Orleans location on Poydras and Loyola is by far the most disappointing, dissatisfying location I have ever visited. The service not only from the servers but also the managers is unacceptable. No empathy for the lack of courtesy, no empathy for the lack of service and urgency.We came here to watch the LSU game. Sat down at 5:45 put a drink order by 6:00pm didn’t get the drinks until 6:40pm followed by a server spilling our child’s drink and taking another 20 minutes to receive a replacement. Our server was asked for another round of drinks and the wrong drinks were delivered after waiting 30 minutes for them. We spoke with the manager 2x saying, hey not only are our drinks incorrect the server has no name tag except a tag that says hi im pretty. She avoided our table after asking to correct the mistake in the order. The manager said he would correct it as well and here we are 8:15pm from 5:45 expecting at least something to be done to properly get our order. Oh by the way the plates have been sitting on the center of our table for over 40 minutes waiting to be picked up. I’m not sure if you need new leadership to take over in order for the servers to give a bit of a damn in order for happier clientele but I can surely say I would never recommend this location. I expect better leadership and empathy for someone who is Sharing their negative experience in the UPMOST RESPECTFUL WAY. By now we just want the check and leave this horrible, extremely disappointing experience on Yelp and maybe something will be done about the leadership team to start with!

First time here. Sat at the understaffed bar. Could not understand bartender, never introduced himself. Had to ask for refills, good mediocre at best. Forgot to put in an order. Bartender was so busy trying to do easier drinks and other things there was no interaction with guests. For feel of the cooler. Not impressed.

I just want to say that demo is one of the best Ive ever met in my life when I lost my voice and I didnt get any service from anybody cause I couldnt really talk on a busy day demi made my night..she created a place for me to sit and enjoy my night with no voice. Yall have a diamond in your team just thought I let yall know

Slow service but really sweet waitress! Manager ended up comping one of our meals that never came out which was nice of him. Place was MOBBED and the layout is kind of poor with the slow elevators. Super snooty lady at the front when my dad had inquired about buying a game card. Drinks were okay, food was pretty good.

No receptionist, no body at the podium for dining, we sat down at a booth no wait staff came by. I walked down toward the kitchen where employees where all gathering and asked if they were open, they said yes and a waitress came to us. Ordered meals , one came back done not rare as we asked. Also ordered two game cards and a tea to go, waitress forgot, came back with game cards no tea. Employees need to focus on the customers, not employee social time in back of restaurant. We will go to the one in Orlando to use the cards.

We had a lot of fun here. Make sure you download the app. Token packages are 50%off bought through the app.We had the Cantina Nachos and a cool grape drink at the bar. Both were great.Make sure you throw in at least one VR game. It was a highlight.

Bathroom was disgusting, slow service. They need to hire more people. Never seen a bathroom that nasty. Drinks and food were decent.

I was having a great time but twice someone pulled the fire alarm which caused all the games to shut down. I would have given it 5 stars. Staff was great, food was good. I will return. I hope my credit on my card dont expire.

Over cooked steak and under cooked bacon. Bathroom was destroyed. But most of the games work.

Love this place! Awesome games, food and drinks! The only criticism I have is that when we went today, the bathrooms were in terrible shape. Toilet paper and urine left in and on the toilets of the ladies bathroom. I did let someone know and they said they would have someone take care of it.

Horrible. When we arrived, the hostess pointed at a booth for us to sit at. She did not walk us to the table and did not give us menus. We sat here for 20 minutes before a waitress comes with her purse on to tell us that she just got here. The table was dirty and it took her 15 minutes more to come clean it. I asked for the manager and it took 30 minutes for him to come. He was absolutely no help at all. The food took 20 minutes to come. The one saving grace of the entire experience is the bartender who actually treated us like he’d worked in a restaurant before. He was the one who took our order and if he hadn’t, I’d still be waiting. Kudos to Manny, the one reputable employee in this entire place. Maybe he should be the manager.

Great experience while in New Orleans for another event. The dine-and-play option seems to be a pretty good deal if you get there early enough to take advantage. The service was pretty slow but friendly. The food exceeded our expectations. The gaming area seems smaller than other locations Ive visited, but there was plenty to keep me and my 12yo busy.

I really enjoyed this place and it would have gotten 5 stars if the people working thier cared. Millennials thinking theyre too good to work there.

I loved coming here, it was a lot of fun. Its really hard to visit here on a budget. The waitstaff handled our large obnoxious group very well. Enough seating even on a Friday Night.

Went with my group on a Wednesday. We had an extremely fun time! They have the latest video games and lots of fun carnival games to earn tickets. The prizes you can earn are actually worth having.

Its not very often that im impressed with restaurants because someone always drop the ball....this was not the case. We came here just to kill time waiting on endymion parade and this establishment did not disappoint. The burger we ordered was the tripple bacon burger. This was seriously a great burger. It was a well seasoned patty, gouda cheese sauce, not overwhelming with lettuce but the cheese and bacon was perfectly effected....there was a seasoned bacon strip atop the burger and ive never had a better stip of bacon. I have no clue how they seassssoned thiss! bacon but i was in bacon heavsssspassen. The fries were piping hot! The food pssssdid not take long maybe 20 mins to arrive and our server was LaLa(i think) she was very polite, knowledgeable and when the tea i ordered wasnt ready she brought a drink to the table so i would have to go without until the tea was ready. The prices were very reasonable... we left happy..

I really love going here, but I think on game days they should enforce better rules for guests that want to actually come and play games with their family and eat. We had to wait over two hours for a table because everyone didn’t want to move because a game was on. I thought it was very inconsiderate since we couldn’t order until we were at a table

Horrible service and food at this location. Granted it was game day BUT we arrived at 12:30 p.m. and wasnt seated until 5:30 p.m. When the food came out it was cold and the orders were incomplete. We did get refills on drinks and my 5yrs old wanted ketchup. No waiter in sight I found some on an empty table in the billards area. We drove 3 hrs just to come to Dave and Buster only. After all that I still left a decent tip.

To be honest, I believe they need more wing sauce flavors on the unlimited wings. The family and I had fun on the games, If possible kore wing flavor and endless fries with the wings.

Impressive menu of food and drink. Great draft beer choices. Had a fantastic time playing games with the family.

I was at Dave and busters on November 26 at 2:00pm. Our server had the worst attitude and she over charged my credit card. When I made her aware of the over charge she snapped at me. Very rude. My first and last time at Dave and Busters. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that there was no way to wash hands in the ladies restroom.

We were here as a part of an award celebration for kids & was shocked they were so unprepared for us. Seems like an established business such as this would be better prepared for large groups especially when it was set up beforehand. We had a party room with a small buffet. We had to have more tables & chairs set up, which not only made our guest seem unimportant but was such a hassle. They constantly ran out of food & plates. Two buffet lines were set up on opposite sides of the room & one line had condiments while the other didnt. It was a bit of a sh*t show. They also had inappropriate content playing on the televisions to which we had to ask them to turn off. Out of the many venues in this town Im surprised this was chosen for the location. I hope the kids at least enjoyed it.

Great family oriented places. my kids enjoyed themselves. hot wings was amazing. Front desk girls Andrea&Cornthia was so polite and friendly
