Over a year ago is when I originally left this review on this site and magically my review that skewered this company has been deleted!*Not only that but go reread (on indeed) the 2-3 reviews that have 5 stars...those are completely fake reviews to make the company look good and boost the overall rating.Where do I begin...The management is the obvious place. Micro management is rampant...While I was there they constantly over three years would hire completely inexperienced people (often women...) who had NO CLUE what they were doing...NO CLUE. And they were suddenly “Project managers”....who were nice people but totally clueless as to how things work or are assembled or are scheduled. I was NEVER once asked or talked to about advancement EVER. In fact I worked in the sweat shop environment for 2 years before I was ever “allowed” to work off site. They keep favored employees close and give themthe travel gigs and never hired from within.Turn over is extremely high, so these new project managers were a common sight.I have several years of forklift experience YET for some reason, I wasn’t allowed to touch the forklifts for until almost my 3rd year....AFTER I was hired they made it ‘mandatory’ to take a 3 hour safety class which they never told me about and refused to allow me to take for 2.5 years........( EVEN thou 85% of my work and job duties involved the need for a forklift!!) FACT!The insanity will drive you to insanity. For the first 14 months I never declined overtime...NEVER. I thought it would help me advance plus it was extra money. Well even thou I was ALWAYS the first to volunteer to work OT it never helped me in any way advance within the company. Not one bit

Offered me a job interview on short notice knowing I lived in KY. I scheduled a flight right away and was there two days later for the interview. The interview went very well on my part, not so much on theres. They mentioned some weird things about arguing over parking spaces and their frustration with losing clients... and the guys who interviewed me were production managers, not HR reps... it was odd. But first impressions are not everything. And I was a very strong candidate. They told me they would be following up with me. I sent them a very nice follow up email an hour or so afterwords. A week later and I sent them another follow up email (CCed the HR department) and still have not had a response. None what so ever. Unprofessional to say the least. Its not hard to say no thank you. Especially when you say youre looking for candidates from across the country, and when one shows flies in on short notice to interview you wont even send a message back to them 3 weeks later.Id be very very afraid to do business with these guys. Look else where.*EDIT: I got a nice email back from the company the morning after I posted this review saying thank you for traveling to interview with us and giving me some feedback. I appreciated the fact that they actually did this. So clearly they are willing to try to make things right if you really let them know. Thats worth something for sure.
