This place is fun and My children enjoyed themselves and there was plenty of activities. However, MANY children, teens and adults were walking around without masks on. Please be aware that this area is a red zone for transmission of COVID-19. The workers do not enforce wearing masks throughout the building and this is extremely dangerous. Please be aware of this, if you bring your children here.

Perfect for all kids between the ages of 3 and 14. My son 11, daughter 6, and their friends age 5,12, and 14 all had a blast. Plenty of things to do. I went on a Saturday afternoon. I dont recommend it for teenagers because of the amount of younger kids running around. Im 59 and some of the equipment seems too small for someone my height.

This place was fun. It was very fun and clean. Highly recommend for a place to visit during this pandemic.

Stopped here with my nephews last week. They had a fantastic time and didnt want to leave. Staff was friendly and price was reasonable.

FUN SAFE AND VERY CLEAN. Took kids aged 5 and 2 out for an hr jump time. They had a blast. We did as well. Plenty to do. Very clean, staff was seen cleaning and disinfecting throughout our time there. Plenty of hand sanitizers visible. Reasonably priced. Have the kids check out the secret swings in the back. My family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Save time and complete the waivers and order online. Will be back.

Brought both of my nieces here yesterday and they loved it! Place is super clean, the lark itself is really spacious, and the staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable too, I definitely recommend!!!

I drove an hour out to the park just to find out that it was closed after finally finding a park that looked good and was open. The park looks like it would be fun but the website should have been updated so that people dont have the same issue I had.

I slipped on a ball but it was a good experience cause now im paralyzed from the neck down....................jk lmao

I love this place, staff is friendly, and it is full with activities! My kids had a Blast! Prices were very affordable & I found out they do birthday parties too!! Will be back next weekend. Highly recommend if you are trying to get you energy out of your kids!

Had a really great experience with my 1 year old. She absolutely love it a lot better than the other trampoline park we have in new Britain. She was able to go anywhere at anytime with any problem. The ball pit and the huge slides are her absolute favorite. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking to have a great time with the little ones. And very affordable pricing. Can’t wait to go again.

The place just opened so theres some room for improvement but theyre off to a great start. There is lots of room and plenty to do for kids of all ages. We brought a 1.5 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old. they all had plenty to do and had a blast. It was well staffed and they were very vigilant making sure everyone was staying safe.Since they just opened, there is still some picking up and cleaning they need to do in the back by the little kids area, they need more garbage/recycling cans around, the water fountains should be turned on, and they could use a second ramp in the back instead of just one in the front.

I had a good time with my 1 year old daughter!! There’s so much for her to do and no age restrictions makes it even better. It’s very clean and management/staff were very nice and are doing excellent for just opening. Would definitely come back!!

I brought my 3 kids and my nephew the day it opened. They had a blast. Cant wait for the last section to open up. It was clean and the staff were attentive and helpful. The ball pit my 6 year old loved!

So much to do! The kids loved it. It was super affordable and you don’t have to wear their socks. You can wear socks from another park as long as they’re gripped. Definitely our new favorite spot’

They shut down the public parking without the mayors permission, but have the sheriff out there being a capitalist watchdog. how dare you take away parking from to Churchs so the elderly have to walk longer to get to their place of worship. Businesses have no place in a community that they dont have any respect for!

What a wonderful experience! All staff was extremely curtious and patient! My children LOVED it. Great way to keep kids occupied in a safe and fun environment! And on top of that the facility was extremely clean. I highly recommend FunCity!

Great place to be. I’ve never been to anywhere like Funcity. People working at the front were friendly and although the store just opened, it seemed like everyone knew what they were doing.

I’ve been to a few other places like this and this is my favorite. Clean big and tons of things to do my toddler did not want to leave.

Took my girls on the openning day and they really enjoyed them selves to the T.. My lil one was full of life because it was one of the first places she could actually be a lil one with out getting hurt. There are flaws like making sure big kids stay out of the toddler zone but I must say the big kids were very careful of the lil ones and like all companys they learn as they grow... Plus the price is to my liking unlike the other jump places around ct. Will be bringing my kids back and already recommended it to friends and family. Thank you for coming to CT funcity

I wouldnt go there on the weekends. Way too much people. And that red slide in the toddler area isnt safe. Someone will get hurt.
