I have been to flight many times before and haven’t had the best experiences in customer service. Previous years it seems as though workers have Been very rude and not involved within customers and their quality of time. However I have recently noticed the increase in the quality of customer service while recently visiting flight. While recently visiting I had a great time and a great interaction with a worker named “ Ryan”. He was first to greet us with a large smile and welcoming presence as we entered the park. He seemed to be on top of things as he was making sure everyone was having fun while being safe. He interacted with us while jumping, showing us tricks as we jumped making our experience much more fun. He even showed some of us cool flips and ways to make our experience better. He was very nice and made sure that we were all set while we were jumping but also as we were leaving making sure we didn’t need anything else before we left. I think that these workers have improved greatly and I loved the time spent at flight while I was there. Thank you to Ryan and to flight for allowing my time to be a great one. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely want to visit again.

This place is nice, they have good organization, good service and I brought 2 girls around 8 years and they enjoyed a lot. The price is normal and you can spend around a hour or more there. You pay for 30 min or 1 hour or more, also if you have a kids party they will love this place.

Amazing costumer service as well, but one employee really impacted our time at flight,Great Job”Ryan” You made us enjoy our stay. I want to say that I haven’t got to flight in years due to customer service. When I returned to flight this month for a friends party we were all greeted politely by an employee named “Ryan”. He greeted us all with a huge smile and asked up how he would be of assistance. While going through the waiver process Ryan was of great assistance. We later saw Ryan on the trampolines and he approached us asking if there was anything else he could do to make our experience greater. We asked him if he could help some of our friend learn to do a front and back flip and by the end of the night he did. It was such a shocker to me to see an employee that loves and cares for his job. His body language and the way he communicated really made us feel as if he was one of our friends. Big thank you to Ryan and flight for their new worker, he is a great asset to the company. I will for sure be recommending friends and family to go to flight in new Britain and ask for Ryan.

Came here to have my nieces 12th birthday party. Kids had a lot of fun. Bounced their brains out. A private dodge ball game. Pizza and soda. There is a lot of trampolines here. Imagine that. It was a perfect night to choose. Was not too busy. Clean and fun. Kyle was our party coordinator. He was great from start to finish. I give them as well as 5 .

Very pleased with my overall experience here. A girl named Ally was extremely helpful, I had 3 foster children with me, one with autism. She not only helped us feel comfortable and safe she was extremely pleasant and great with the kids. Highly recommend. Forget 5/5 I give her a 10/10 Thank you Ally, and thank you flight for the best experience in our neighborhood.

Kids loved it, but this establishment could really use stronger customer service skills, perhaps training in efficiency and organization at the front desk. The staffing out on the floor, especially the young dark haired girl, VERY polite and attentive!!! Thank you

Okay so first off I want to say how great the service was there, I got the pleasure of talking with one of there employees “Ryan” and I love to say it but he has been the best customer support I had in years, it really opened my eyes on how nice people could be. The process of signing up was a made a breeze from the help of staff member Ryan. And after we started jumping we saw Ryan another time and he helped my kid out who was scared to jump and it was amazing. I really want to say thank you to Ryan because even though what he did might have not been huge it impacted my life immensely and I’m great-full for it. So thank you Ryan & flight.

Way way down hill. Aside from the obvious branding issues after being re-designed , it’s staff is much different than when it was “jumpOff” and now it’s falling apart. Would definitely benefit from actively participating staff to help make sure all fun areas are equally shared . Ripped seams, dirty, worn and exposed parts and pieces are everywhere. I clearly it could even fit from more than whatever tape they use on everything and a paint job . Would never go here again unless with an extreme Groupon - go to the other places throughout Trumbull and Milford.

Ive recently have been to Flight fit N Fun after years and I had such an amazing experience ! Ive met an employee name Ryan and he is very polite and is a funny guy. Ive noticed Ryan had greeted other customers with a kind smile. The customer service is really great due to last time I have been there. I would highly recommend going there again ! If you ever need any questions or help ask the employee Ryan.

I came into flight fit n fun. The cashier that was helping me was “Ryan”. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Once he had helped me, I went into the trampoline part. Ryan also came to the to the trampoline part. There was a child that had jumped “incorrectly” to the say the least and Ryan came to the rescue and had helped the child. He has grabbed him an ice pack and also a water while he called for a manager. The kid had recovered and was able to continue on jumping. Thank you to Ryan for being such an amazing person.

My 5 yr old daughter didnt like it. Way too easy to get hurt, as they have agree to 10 plus legal agreements. The jump zone socks wouldnt stay on her feet, one came off during a climb, on the slide down received a friction burn. Ambulance/Emts carting away an injured child during our visit. The 0 to 6 area is probably fun enough for 0 to 3, but 4 to 6 maybe not so much. May be more oriented for older children. A similar bounce business in Orange CT has a better younger child area in my opinion.

Stinks like a roller rink or bowling place or ice skating rink. Guess anywhere people are expected to open their shoes. But kids have a lot of fun in these places.Kids have separate area with not just the trampoline but also other fun items.

I went to flight a couple weeks ago and I just want to recognize one of your employees named “Ryan” for making my time there very enjoyable and he even took the time to teach me a flip and to put a smile on my face the whole time I was there!!!

Overall not too bad but they forgot to put our pizza order in for my daughters birthday party. Then they told us they can place the order but that we would have no place to eat it because they had another party coming in.

Great place for family-friendly activities. Kids get good exercise and are ready for a nap after. Win-win. I love that they do a time period for kids six and younger only.

PLEASE PURCHASE A LOCKER for your cell phones and other personal items. This is not a bad review about this business but SOME of the people that go there are not great. We had 4 phones stolen last night that were placed in the cubbyholes. SPEND THE MONEY AND BUY A LOCKER TO PROTECT YOURSELF. Otherwise this place is a bunch of fun.

My kids love this place. The staff is very friendly and professional and the facilities are great. the food is also very nice and kids loved it. def. going to visit again.

My kids have been coming here for a number of years, and have always enjoyed it. This is entertaining enough place that they can go themselves, or bring friends and will have a good time either way. There is a smaller section for younger kids, 6 and under, so they dont get jumped on by the older kids.The staff is reasonably attentive in the jumping area, and everybody always seems to have a good time. Parents can jump too, but its mostly focused on the kids. There is a very small, basic snack area in the back.Dont forget to pre sign your waivers before hand, to save some time.

My kids love it here! The only thing I would suggest is expanding open hours of operation. Besides that it was great for everyone.

I was there with my kiddos for a party. Staff was very friendly and place was very clean. Met the Manager Todd and he was excellent extremely knowledgeable and more than friendly and helpful. Food was also great we will definitely be back kids had a great time.

Great experience. Rented the place out with around 50+ people and everything from checking in leaving was smooth and fun. The staff was good and jamJa especially stood out as a good worker. Helping many people on whatever they were trying to do. Happy me and my group were.

Are usually come here and they are usually not booked except for once, i usually call a head but I came here tonight and supposedly it’s closed for an hour because it’s booked up and there’s literally four cars in the parking lot and a handful of kids bouncing . I talked to the manager Jon Carbala, and asked if we could go to the kitty bounce area which is under six because it is not being used, only the other side is booked and they still said no because it was supposedly rented out they’re “not allowed to let anybody in” even if no one’s using the kitty area .So four cars are causing them to lose business doesn’t make sense to me. Especially if none of the kids that are renting the facility out r in the kitty area!

I gave it one star because although it is fun, my daughter contracted lice from the foam pit on 1/21... I called to let them know, and the manager was very defensive and rude about it and unapologetic, and .... he informed me that the pit is cleaned once a month and seemed proud of that!! Gross!!! It should be cleaned at the very minimum once a week... all it takes is one Ill child to go in there and then you have an epidemic!! I will never go there again... 1 hour of fun cost a week of hell, $100. on cleaning products and a week of missed school!!!

I use to love going here but workers here don’t care about their job and look miserable my experience here was quite recent and the management is extremely rude to their workers ( no wonder they are miserable) including customers and mistreated me and didn’t take my report that I made their seriously and never emailed me back about a problem I had their. I have never had a problem with them and always turned the other cheek but you want to spend your money here they don’t take care of their customers and you won’t have fun. They make the environment uncomfortable for you and miserable and again treated me poorly in all my visits.

Kids had so much fun. Went to the kids flight Saturday morning and was so much fun.

My 12 year old son and I always have a blast here. The staff is fun but they do their job at keeping the place safe. Highly recommended for rainy days with kids of all ages!

I’ve come here many times and love watching my kid at play but it’s gotten a lot stricter and no matter what it seems like I have to keep filling out the waiver (even though it’s been done)every time. When I started coming here 4 yrs ago it was amazing but it just seems like it’s not the same and the staff are now the bouncers etc. it’s just different

Theres too many workers, it feels like youre in a prison!! They have so many rules but fail to tell everyone them when they are paying to jump there. The customer service there is below a one-star rating and the way the manager handled the situation was very unprofessional as I went up to her with the complaints that I had and she told me she had to ask the employees about it before she could accommodate me. I will let everyone know about my experience. I used to go to this place two times a week in the summer because it is something nice and cool for me and my kids to enjoy but this summer we will not be giving our money to this place

This place was ok. I had a problem with Bosco a staff member with long blonde hair. He was very rude towards my kids. Telling them he didn’t want to play with them but another understand staff member Kia was very helpful in making me feel more comfortable and making my kids feel welcomed. She played with them the whole time But was also making sure everyone else was safe. Thank you!

I go here frequently with my son in the morning. Its always a lot of fun and it gives my son a chance to interact with other kids. On the weekends they have face painting and they have availability for birthday parties. Tons of fun!

Amazing. I hate skyzone because at night they play song with no swears and there is no flipping aloud. At flight they monitor u but u also have a lot of freedom and its just amazing. Best trampoline park by far.

The place is not too big but it was very nice! Lots of activities the staff do to amuse the kids ,they even have face painting! Recommend!

I take my 2yrold there every 2 weeks to blow off some energy. Good number of kids his age and bigger kids generally stay on there side. Good place for family fun and all ages.

I definitely enjoyed my experience a flight thanks to Brandon Shaw! One of my football players mom & dad threw a birthday party for her son and they invited us. Now Im considering about throwing my sons birthday party there as well great atmosphere and Brendon definitely help with that!! #moneywellspent

Best trampoline park if you have children under the age of 6!!!

[edited] I loved to be there with my toddlers but not any more. They dont clean the mat between trampolines which looks like a concerntration of germs. They said(I asked young Male manager without uniform) its a residue of their cleaning aid but no, its human fluid. Specially at the kids section, you can see a lot of the residue almost everywhere on the green mats.Disappointed but wish they maintain it better so I dont need to try other parks.

Couldnt even get in the door!!! Ive been here a few times and yes its a great trampoline park but whats the point if its standing room only?! Sky zone in Hartford is a much better experience for the price.

Hartford’s Launch is much more fun. Came here for a bday party w my eight year old, but the set up of the trampolines is less bouncy, and the space less interesting. Plus they claim their number one rule is no running. How do you get around in a trampoline park without running? Finally, their mandatory waiver form requires you to authorize them to take pictures of you and your child that can be used in advertising and promotions. I get the liability waiver (even if they are legally void) but how can they demand the right to publicize your picture for the privilege of bouncing there?!! Particularly bc once you find out about it you’re already there, and it’s too late to back out.

.very fun place my kids love coming here the employees were very friendly the gm was there today and he didnt seem as friendly as all the regular employees he really seemed like he was on a mission there. I couldnt tell if he was just a D!@% or if he was just in a mood not a very outgoing guy. but the place is clean friendly staff helpfull staff and a great time all the regular employees I encountered were great. If you have a coupon its not bad at all. We will definitely go back. Hopefully the gm gets whatever he was there for and goes on to the next flight as for new Britain the place is great. Nice and maintained and the attendants keep a very close eye on the kids as well as adults early morning group is good for the toddlers but they dont have a snack bar set up at that time and you do need to keep an eye on the little ones even though the attendance will catch things it is a nice deal though because for Toddler Time you only have to pay for the toddler and you can choose to jump or not

This place seems poorly managed. I arrived at 6pm and did not get through the line (of 4-5 families) until 6:30pm because there was only one person on the register. The checking-in staff was lackadaisical and after waiting All that time, I learned from another patron that you must purchase their socks to jump- this required me to return to the stagnant line because unfortunately this pertinent information was not shared at check-in. If I hadn’t already paid & drove a 1/2hr to get there, I definitely would have left. Will avoid this establishment, or at least this location in the future to save myself the costly headache!

Great when not too busy. However when busy the staff does not enforce the safety rules. They let little kids run around and go from one trampoline to another already in use. (Where the parents of these little kids are, who knows). My man- sized 15 yr old almost landed on a little tot who jumped onto his trampoline when my son was in mid jump. Staff readily enforces the flight-brand only sock rule so I know they could pay better attention to the safety rules that really matter. (I have raised this issue with the staff in the past, but they never improve). We will not go back during busy times, if ever. My kids say the staff at Sky zone enforce safety rules much more stringently. We will be going there next time.

Their prices are higher than they should be for such a short amount of time in the park. However, its worth every bit because my kids had a really good time here! The staff are very professional and helpful and I feel like this place has improved a lot in recent months.

The workers are very nice and helpful. The big fans help when you get sweaty and it is always fun there. If you ask for help on something the workers are always ready to help you. Great place.

A fun place for the most part. esp if you have older kids. The kids section is for 6 and under and my kids are 5 and 6 and always want to go to the big kids section because they find the kids section too small and boring.

Had a really good time with my (almost) 5 and 8 year olds and their 10 year old cousin! I jumped and enjoyed as well!

The kids have a ball but I experienced 2 jumpers not be able to because of a 2 year age difference at my sons 7th B-Day. I saw several adults jumping however. I would have paid more or watched them one on one. I did most of the work in the party room while there is an assigned staff member that didnt do much. We also had other people from other parties coming in and out. When I told staff about a spill I was given napkins. It was work for someone who should be enjoying. Ill say again though.. The kids had a ball. Just know this going in.

The kids enjoy it and expend a lot of energy. There is plenty of staff keeping on eure on everyone. The check in process is slow. Overall my kids between 11 and 16 love this place.

Its a fun place to get excersise and hang out with friends. Staff is a mess. The employees were bringing theirs friends into the back as they came in and gave them uniforms. they were all hanging out in one corner and seemed less concerned about safety and more concerned about people in the foam pits.

My children love this place! A little chaotic in the lobby, but was helped quickly. Kids were good and tired on the ride home, mission accomplished!

It is not up to code, while jumping I noticed that there was hair stuck in the springs. I went to remove it and what I saw underneath the trampolines was horrible. A huge collection of dust and hair. When I inquired about it they told me I should go somewhere else if I dont feel safe. I am going to have my husband talk to the fire department about these safety hazards!

I love Flight because you can jump with the kids and also not feel constantly watched. It has a great atmosphere! !

Honestly. I feel as if your staff is way too young to manage or monitor kids to adults. Swinging keys and whistles around when kids are jumping and or running round isnt a good look. I almost got smacked in the face with whistle and keys . And as for employees running on the trampoline with their shoes on. I dont know where their shoes have been. Would be good practice for them to wear flight socks and even promote the item. Other than that the trampolines and activities were enjoyable. Just work on your staff so everyone can actually be safe and not young teenagers blowing whistles cause they have the authority too. While there was other things i noticed better left unsaid im not trying to hurt your business. Thanks.

The Kid Flight is one of our favorite weekend activities. My 3-year-old loves it, and I have just as much fun as she does. One parent jumps for free with a paid child ticket. They play Disney music and its a blast!

We came here at on 10/11 around 1 pm dodgeball was closed off and no one wanted to do the machine that spins for the kids to jump. After a while it’s gets boring just jumping. I wish there was more activities to do with jumping, and having the activities with jumping open . We rarly come here anymore because of that, and choose other places to go.

Had a birthday party here and all the kids (and the adults) loved it. The young man who assisted the party made sure everything was taken care of for us.

I always have a good time at flight. Me and my buddys learn something new every time with the help of the flight staff. Big thanks to Justin as he helped me learn things I would never attempt by my self.

Honestly I was really disappointed with the experience. I used Groupon and when me and my SO went to the counter for them to put it in, one of the staff tried charging us full price after showing him and telling him we had already paid with Groupon. Another staff member had to do it for him. Waisted about 10 minutes of our jumping time. Then we go in( this is the last hour before the place closes) and both the foam pit and the area with the spinning machine were closed. Luckily I used Groupon so I didn’t have to pay full price but really? I paid to not even be able to enjoy the full experience because staff members couldn’t wait to close it down for the night. Didn’t even stay the whole time it was a waste of money.

It is the most fun Ive ever had and was something I want to do for the longest time
