Went here for the first time the other day on a date night, and loved it. Such nice staff that were willing to help every step of the way! I had so much fun playing the games, and my only complaint is that I wish I would have purchased more play time!Will 100% be back to play!

We went on a Wednesday evening for date night and were surprised to know we were the only ones there. The staff took great care of us and gave us instructions before our time began. Of course, we wish we had booked more than 30 minutes once the time was up because we had just started to get the handle of it, but we will be back soon. They have a variety of options for VR, likely something for everyone. The space is clean and there was parking around back. This is a very unique and fun experience for all levels.

I have been 2 times. I had no experience with VR. The first time I went to a friends bday party there and had so much fun I took my niece - an experienced gamer- 2 weeks later. We all had a blast. The people who work there are very good at helping you figure out how to maneuver in a different reality!

My girls (9 and 12 years old) love it here!!! Weve been here several times, and the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is always clean every time weve been here. Its a nice, chill atmosphere in here. I like chilling on the couch watching my daughters play while I play on my phone

Honestly, one of the best ways to spend money in Nashville. Come, meet the friendly staff, clean - SQUEAKY clean space and equipment, reasonably priced refreshments, and did I mention an enormous amount of games to play? Yes, if you have seen it in VR, they probably have it. Honestly, book double the time you were expecting becase trust me - once you get the hang of it...you wont want to go home. Expect to enjoy yourself thoroughly and be prepared for the best time ever.

Mitchell was SO helpful. I am not a gamer but it was interactive and experience oriented!! Such an inviting space!! Also, we are just visiting for a few days and Mitchell helped us plan our whole day, he had such great recommendations!!!

I chose to throw my companies team event at Rabbit Hole VR today. Let me tell you it was a BLAST! My entire team had an awesome time playing all the multiple player VR games. The staff including Jennifer at the Franklin location were 100% awesome to work with. She made everyone feel welcome and got us all hooked up and playing quickly! We will definitely be booking this private event again in the future! Thanks to Jennifer and Rabbit Hole VR for helping kick off this Christmas holiday with a great time today!

Ive been back to The Rabbit Hole multiple times since my first visit 7 months ago and each time Ive had a blast. We even took my In-laws, who I never thought would enjoy a virtual reality experience, and they had a great time too! The Rabbit Hole staff are all very friendly, and never, ever make you feel incompetent or judged if you have no VR experience. Its a great experience for ALL ages. HIGHLY recommend taking a chance and visiting The Rabbit Hole...I promise you wont regret it!

A tip for (red/green) colorblind people like my husband: the headsets have safety red lines and boxes to make sure you know where to stand and move so you dont run into another player or a wall. My husband could not see the red boxes and we mentioned it to them and they were happy to change them to a color he could see. Please dont be afraid to speak up if you cannot see the red safety lines, as they are for your safety, as well as the others around you, and the equipment!!!We had so much fun here!!! This was our first time trying a VR Arcade (we actually live 2 and 1/2 hours away in Chattanooga and came up for some birthday fun) and it was even more fun than I thought it would be (and I thought it was gonna be really fun!)! The equipment is top quality and the staff is so friendly and helpful in showing you what to do and how to play the games. We had so much fun playing all sorts of games and cannot wait to go back! There were easy, medium, and hard games for all ages! It was also great to watch them sanitize all the equipment before we used them, especially after I noticed how sweaty I was after! This is definitely an experience you should try at least once!

This place was absolutely AMAZING! My cousins and I went here once for a 2 hour session and it felt like 30 minutes it was so fun. They have 30+ VR games on Steam you can choose from, like Beat Saber, Job Simulator, Google Earth VR, etc. You must be 8 years and older to play and will have to fill out a waiver. They also have a VR escape game, but they just recently added it and I don’t know a lot about it.

Awesome experience! My fiancé (a gamer) and I (NOT a gamer at all) both went last weekend and had a great time. The VR itself was amazing, but I was super impressed with how informative and helpful the staff was. I needed help and redirection several times and they were very courteous. Even if you’re not a gamer, there’s some pretty awesome VR options (underwater whale watching and Google Maps!). There’s really something for everyone. If it’s your first time, I would recommend going with a one hour session.

This was my first experience with Virtual Reality, it was awesome. The technology was cutting edge and completely immersed you into the game of adventure and discovery of clues to escape the pyramid with the artifact. This was much better than the escape room experience on the east coast. I would highly recommend the experience.

This was so much fun! Ive never done the whole virtual reality thing and we actually went to play the VR escape game. It was truly an experience. The staff was so nice and helpful. They were involved as much as we were as it related to making sure we had everything we needed and giving instructions. Perfect place for a unique date night or night out with friends.

Love this place, decent place, not great for parking( there no parking lot) you can find parking on the side of the road. But it hard to find one when it weekend. Recommended if you never have been experienced vr before!

This was my first VR experience and I had a really great time. My friend and I played both of the 2-person escape games and while I wouldnt call them especially challenging, they were both a lot of fun and included unique challenges you can really only experience in VR. It was pretty expensive for the amount of time spent in the room, but for a still relatively new technology, thats to be expected.

Went there with my brother and it was such a blast. We were expecting this cheesy cash grab but that was not the case. It was well worth the money and I recommend it to everyone.

Took my 8 year old son to play and he had a blast! The staff was WONDERFUL. Watched and helped him, gave him pointers, super friendly and sweet.

My nephew was in town for his 10th birthday and he choose to do this for a gift.Not only is this a cool idea, but the place is clean and very well run. I have never been to virtual reality arcade, but he came alone and the guys here were amazing! It was his first time and they couldn’t have been better with him.They stood and helped him when it seemed like he was stuck or helped him to understand the game.Thank you guys for making this a great experience for his birthday!

This Place is AWESOME! If you have kids or just a kid at heart you have to come play here. This was my first experience with the full VR gear and I had a blast. I would have stayed all day. I will be back for sure!

We had a great time in the VR escape room with our 14 and 16 year old boys! They are better at video games than Mom and Dad, so we escaped with just a few minutes to spare! . Fun family outing!

Lots of fun, walked in at opening on a Sunday wanting to play for an hour (MAKE RESERVATION) we were able to get 45 mins and LOVED every minute of it! Im 50 and played coop games with my 14 yr old we HAD A BLAST!!!...talked about it all the way home (450 miles)

Super fun and one of the only VR arcades in the South. Only issue is that it echoes pretty significantly, so if there are a couple of groups getting instructions at once, it can be difficult to hear.

So cool and funl!! We had never done VR and they were so attentive and helpful for my boyfriend and I! I had issues booking online for an hour only because I had booked the last hour available when I was trying to purchase 2. I called them and they changed it to 2 30 minute sessions for us with no issues at all. And when we arrived they even informed us that it would still be possible for us to go for an hour like we wanted. What a great place!!

WOW! Our son was visiting from college and we wanted to try something new and different. The employees were awesome, very knowledgeable, explained everything step by step. The experience was great. We did the VR Assasians Creed Pyramid and it was awesome! Doesnt matter your age, you will enjoy yourself.Communication*during the game is key ;*)We will return!

So Much Fun!My first experience with a VR Arcade and it was a blast. I thought it was a little pricey at first but afterward, I felt it was well worth it. They take plenty of time to explain the equipment and make sure you’re familiar with it before you start. You then take a tutorial at your leisure and your time limit doesn’t start until after you’ve completed the tutorial.The owners were really available and were very good about keeping an eye on you while playing and offering suggestions whenever you were stuck in a game so that you make efficient use of your time.I would highly recommend them and can’t wait to come back.

I took my 13 year old son and a few friends to the Rabbit Hole and had a wonderful experience. The boys thought it was the coolest thing theyd ever done. The owners are wonderful and were engaged with the kids the whole time they were playing. They suggested the perfect games for the boys and helped them navigate the system. It was a fantastic experience!

For a man that is 51, I didnt think it was for me. I didnt think Id enjoy it. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE.

Kids loved it and said the experience seemed high quality. They had a lot of fun with the VR arcade game selection.

Completely mind blowing! Went with a small group of coworkers, none of whom had any VR experience, and the response was a resounding Best team outing ever!!. Staff was great - super helpful and friendly and the equipment was top notch. Nashville has lots to offer in terms of downtown activities, but this beats them all hands down, IMHO. When I go again, Ill do the following: 1) reserve in advance. 2) go with at least a 45 min session - it really becomes immersive when you give yourself the time. Favorite game was the immersive Google Earth experience.

We brought our nieces here (9 and 13) and they loved it! Its a little too pricey to do all the time, but well definitely be coming back next occasion.

Awesome VR experience here with the whole family. Even Grandma joined in and had a great time with the wonderful setup that The Rabbit Hole has here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that stays on top of everything to make sure that you get the most of your experience. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, its easy to go into and out of vr. If you dont play the actual games, there are couches and charging stations and other games to play while you wait. Over all a very nice place, I recommend.

Brought a group of my students during our college tour and they had a BLAST. The highlight of the tour. The owners even let us visit on their day off (Monday). Much appreciated!!

This place is fantastic. My wife and I and another friend were in Nashville for the weekend for her birthday and booked a half hour in the VR arcade. We ended up staying for a full hour. Super fun. Super worth it. Super friendly staff. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Great experience, but, if you have is psvr, Oculus Rift, or HTC Hive at home, you might want to have the party at your house. The staff are great and courteous. If you havent experienced high-end vr then I would recommend you try it.

Man. Today was so much fun. My wife and I played the quiver game, shoot at monsters as they are coming to your base. Defend your base style game. Then played a galaxy invaders style game. Also lately played an audio dance dance revolution style game only you are using your hands instead of your feet. So much fun. Ill definitely be back!

While visiting my 19 year old son at the University, we wanted to do something fun for all of us. We had an absolute great time. We were four in total and all four walked out talking about our experience. Highly recommend it!

Took my brother here last minute at 9:15pm on a Saturday night. Mitchell was kind enough to stay past closing to make sure we had a full hour experience. It was my first time in VR but with the help of the staff, I got the hang of controls quickly and was shooting zombies and slicing fruit in no time. Thanks for bringing a VR arcade to Nashville.
