Was a fun evening. They had a decent set up for covid being certain games were closed and to allow spacing but I didnt see any random employees doing cleaning the whole time we were there which is surprising with the amount of customer interactions with the games. Definitely bring your own hand sanitaizer if you are concerned.

I’ve come here on my last two visits to Nashville and really enjoyed this place! Let me tell you what I enjoy about it and let me tell you what I would love to see as an improvement.My first tip us to come on a Wednesday. The games are half price and you can actually get a bonus boost on your card. Obviously I’m bringing my children here for this. But you know that I’m playing games with him too! There are a ton of games that you can do to pay for tickets. Some of them you can win 1000 take her to an even 500 in one swipe. My kids really enjoy this part because at the end you can get some prices that are actually really a good deal.Next I really appreciate the variety of games that they have here. I have a 12-year-old all the way down to a five-year-old and there’s a great variety for them. They are games that my five-year-old can interact with and games that challenge my 12-year-old.The staff here is always been very friendly and supportive. We like to sit at a little table in the bar because you get quicker service and you’re closer to the game area. This time we went we had the nachos and I had the bacon burger. The bacon burger is epic seriously you need to get this one.The only improvement that I could see is right now during this pandemic, it would be great to have some more sanitizer wipes around. There were a couple times I thought to myself OK we’ve touched a lot of these games now. But the restrooms are really close and there were hand sanitizer stations. I would definitely give this place a try

Always awesome l!! I have never eaten at a Dave and Buster’s and had bad food or service. And let me say that if you go to this one at the Opry Mills Mall, ask for Kayla because gave amazing service!! If you go before 5 on a Saturday then you can get the play and eat combo. It comes with good food and a choice of game card. You will have to wait in line for a few games and the VR.

We go every time we come to Nashville, its always fun for us adults

We decided to go to D&B for my wifes birthday, and after we made the drive up to Nashville we figured wed be in for a treat, cause this wasnt our first time at D&B and always had a blast. First and foremost D&B games are always the highlight of the experience IMO, we zoned out in the play area and lost track of time as always. After using half of our game credits we decided to sit down for a meal, and this is where our experience took a nose dive, we ordered our food and when we got our food, our sliders were cold, the cheese had solidified and our sauces had what seemed like a film or skin on them. Our french fries were cold and it was just a bad experience as far as the food went. So after we decided to just pay for out food and go back to the games. After we left we talked about our experiences and decided to not go back to that particular location...

Good Wings Fun Setting Amazing Customer Service At The Front.

I went there with a friend to play some games. I got the $23 card, plus $3 fee, for a total of $26. This total was displayed on screen all the way through the end of the transaction, however when my card was ran the keypad changed the total to $59, and that is the charge showing up on my account currently. I did not select anything for that total, and I did not receive anything equivalent to that total. I spoke with a manager, who couldnt explain what happened. They had me email them the card number and the last 4 of my debit card with the totals, and said they would look into it tomorrow. Seems a little laissez-faire to put off a situation like this, but if Im given a $30 refund for the difference charged to my card I will change my review. If not Ill dispute it and file a complaint with the BBB.Anyone who sees this: keep an eye on your charges when you go here. Ive looked at other reviews and complaints, and Im not the only person this has happened to. It was my first time in Dave and Busters, and if this isnt resolved it will be my last.

So I get to location after reading online that its open. Only to find its CLOSED!! Thanks so much for the update to your site. Really annoyed and am not going to recommend to anyone else that this location is worth the drive to checkout as it will probably be a wasted trip.

Just had a Team Function at Dave & Busters last weekend and enjoyed having a buffet style food service and bowling. We were completely taken care of and the food speaks for itself. Dave and Busters has their own department for group functions and Beverly King will take great care of you. My Team and I enjoyed every minute and the thanks goes to Beverly King and her team and the staff at Dave & Busters. Keep up the great work.

Post covid-19 they are doing great. I see they adapted to the situation and still offer a lot of family fun

We were driving around Nashville looking for food and fun. We definitely had no regrets spending the rest of our night at Dave and Busters until closing. We got to eat some good food and play fun games with our kids until closing. Definitely a great place to go for all ages! To unwind from all the fun we just sat outside for a bit before heading back home.

Food is decent for a cheap day out. Fun games and if your clever you can win those high ticket items

My drinks really suck.lol food are good the fire steak and bacon wrap shrimp it was delicious.smoke bbq ribs are kinda tough,sliders are awesome,fries was cold.... aaaa d lastly we enjoy our games there.

Server was nice, she helped us with the best value. The food was very good. Thought the games were a bit pricy per play. But, the midway was in decent condition, with only a few machines in repair. It was our first time, and our kids were just a little too young for this place (7 and under). It definitely has an audience.

We just happened to come on a night where the coin stations werent working. Wife and I decided to buy the RFID wrist bands. They do not sit well on your wrist and the sensors switch where they are at depending on the game. Stick with the cards. We love us some D&B! The games are fun and we keep coming back!

Forgot to put my experience... I went for the first time to meet my boyfriends Navy buddy from back in the day and family. We had such a great time eating and playing games. It is our go-to place when they come into town from Indiana. Kids had so much fun. Def going again and again!! Staff was super friendly!

Would have given a negative 5 stars if was able. Went with a party of 14 and literally had to serve ourselves. (Pour our own drinks, distribute our own plates, etc... ). All this after waiting 2 hours just to get our table. Waiting time was supposed to be 1 hour tops. Plenty of seating was just short on staff. By far the WORST dining experience I have ever encountered. Honestly thought we were on Candid Camera! This short summary doesnt do it justice. A complete JOKE of a restaurant/business.

Fantastic place if you are looking to relax with friends or family or want to have a great time with your work mates.Bowling alley is great, its a bit on the dark side and the sitting booth are a bit cramped. On the positive side, its a nice place well maintained and super friendly staff and good food!The arcade arena is great, lots of fun games from a 3 yr old to any age.

Had lots of fun and the servers were friendly (one was in training). Food came out quick.

Great for meetings... The bar area and the game room... Or should I say the game arena is excellent... However the food not so much... We had several people... Except for two, nobody liked the BBQ... Beers were ice-cold drafts... They do need to taste test their food before they put it out though. But definitely you need to see this place its awesome.

Put less focus on earning tickets more on regular arcade games like Marvel conquest of champions, Mario kart. Too many games closed and too many people

Came here a few months ago with my girlfriend and we had an excellent time. I believe it was a Thursday night. All the games are in good condition and there is a great selection to choose from. Costs aren’t too bad and the sports bar is nice as well. Great wings.

The food was okay small portions. Its very pricey the service was okay but nothing impressive. The place smelled skunky. The mix drinks are very weak almost like they dont put any alcohol in them. Do not recommend eating here. The games may be okay.

The experience is great from the food to the games to the bowling. It truly is a fun place. We went bowling today, plenty of open lanes but no staff to start lanes or give us shoes. After a 15-25 minute wait/asking around we were finally escorted and helped.

If it was possible I would have given it a negative rating. Our waiter was incredibly rude. First and last time visiting this place. We decided to leave even before we ordered. You could sense the attitude from the moment we were seated. Not a great way to treat your guest.

Food is great. My daughter is diabetic and they have all the nutritional information online for us to eat there which is wonderful! The games are a little pricey, but we always have a blast and its worth it because the kids have a blast. If you can manage to go through the week its not near as busy and way more fun!

Had a good time but it took about 15 min for the bartender to notice us. We ordered 2 apps and 2 drinks a piece and tab was $74.32. It was outrageous. Other than that, the food was really good, drinks not strong at all but games were fun.

I love coming here to relax and play games. I would suggest coming during the week day than weekend just because getting to any game is almost a good little wait. If your playing you almost feel pressured to move to another game. The food is good but takes a little bit of time to get due to the kitchen being small. Plenty of sports on the big screen. This was my very first time going to a Dave & Busters and I was soooooo incredibly excited. I think maybe this was the wing one to start out with because it is inside of a mall and smaller than most others. The games were okay, the bar was great, the drink process were very fair, but my overall experience was not what I had expected. The one thing that was real bad was the food. Oh my goodness! After we played and had some drinks we went over to the restaurant side and ordered some food for the group (six of us). The appetizers were wrong! They have is salsa work our mozzarella sticks instead of marinara. Who does that? I know what you are thinking, simple mistake but no. The his just kept coming. Another member of our party ordered the lobster and steak pasta with the steak medium rare and they put six small strips of something on top of the pasta that reassembled steak but every strip was cooked to a different temperature and just looked like a hot mess. I mean come on man! You know how much that dish cost, really? Yet another member ordered a burger that he described as tasting word and upon further inspection found the meat to have a grayish color and refused to eat it. The list goes on and on but I ordered a salad and was the only one that had an mean that was actual edible.

Great place fun games friendly staff

Usually kind of crowded so not my thing. But they have really good food and good service. Expect to have a high ticket for the evening for any games or food and drinks. Can easily spend an afternoon or night here but would just be costly. Good for adults mainly but teens and kids would have fun too.

Not enough staff at first impression. Two lines all the way to the door. Not very easy to understand the process of the games and dinning. Took 25 min to be seated, although you would be okay with this at any other establishment, but there were many tables left unused. Food took over and hour to get. Service was mediocre at best...not going back. Not worth the time or quality of service or food. Great place for a younger crowd to go to.

If you go before the drunks show up the is a great place to bring kids of all ages. During this trip I brought kids aging from 6 to 70. Everyone had a blast. I point out the birthday girl and asked the waiter to bring a dessert she would like and that everyone could enjoy. He picked it perfectly. I could not have done better and the 6 year old didnt end up wearing one drop.

Disappointing to say the least. Service was good, waitress was friendly and explained what foods to try. Place is fairly big with large screens to watch sports.Now the food was disappointing, I ordered steak salad. I got the salad, but the steak was literally uneatable - rubbery, cold, poorly cooked (ordered medium, but you can see the actual steak on the picture).

Fun for the whole family and good food

Went on a Wednesday during happy hour...wonderful drinks, wonderful staff. A little.hard to play games with using app. It kept messing up. It was fantastic other than that.

So, the equipment is the only thing good there today. This was our 1st time to go to any D&B & I know to go to a different one next time. The staff was SO RUDE! We got no explanations, just pointing to signs. Like we ended up spending 200 dollars & after speaking with another customer, found out we could have gotten the same thing for almost HALF the price! Took 4 tries to get someone to refund a card after a game broke down, FOUR people. I will however say at the end when we took the kids to cash in their tickets, the young lady working the counter was EXTREMELY helpful & polite, but she was the ONLY one

Had such a fun time here. All the employees were friendly and helpful the entire time. There was an employee making his way around the building all day making sure that all the machines were up and running and available. Will certainly be back.

Overall the place is pretty fun to go to.The good: good selection of games, decent food, decent prices on beer. Tip: If you you come with 4 or more people you can split the 100 dollar points card which goes a long way, but you will only have one card.. so keep that in mind.The not so good: If you go on a busy time like a Friday night you may have some trouble getting to the better games. You just have to stand behind people and hope they get pressured to come off the game they have been playing since you got in the place. Service can take a little longer, but that should be expected since its so loud and busy in there.fun place to come every once in a while with just a few draw backs.

Weve been going to Dave and Busters for years. My boys bond by playing games, while I relax and sip on their drinks. Im really into their Caribbean Long Island Tea and their delicious Tuscan Chicken Parmesan Zoodles (disclaimer: shrimp does not come with this dish, I add on)

I went for a State of Tennessee department of agriculture pest control points class and had a great experience. There was always drinks, bathrooms were clean, staff seemed friendly, food wasnt too bad, and the whole place seemed clean. Though the food did run through me and was a pretty miserable time, also the stall door locks wouldnt properly lock.

Sadly their website and google said they were open, when we got up there, they were closed. Only reason I’m giving them two stars is because their website & google needs to be updated. It’s an inconvenience when you plan out your day, get somewhere and their closed.

We love this place. You can have family fun and sit down to a great meal. The food has never disappointed us. A little pricey, but worth it for a nice night out. Enjoy!

My guys loved the food and games

I always enjoy taking my daughters here on occasion. We always enjoy the food while being around extremely friendly stuff at the restaurant area. The girls also really enjoy the gaming area afterwards.Unfortunately, I had to dock a point due to one of my girls wanting to play Dance resolution during a recent visit and witnessing one of the tech guys giving his glasses-wearing friend in the blue shirt a bunch of free credits, denying us paying customers a chance to play the game. Other than that, highly recommended!

The parking is atrocious so be prepared for a nice long trek (unless you pay for valet). The finger foods were great. The dinner menu items tasted bland and unspectacular. The games are played using either a card or a wearable. D&B chargers a fee to activate the card ($3)/wearable($10). I am not used to paying such a fee at other similar establishments.The cost of our visit was extremely more than I anticipated. I dont have a need to return anytime soon for the food or the overpriced entertainment.

This was my first time here. It seems like a fun place for adults or teens. Kind of like an upscale arcade. My son brought me, and he and his girlfriend go often. The ribs were delicious. The potatoes were surrounded by a cheese sauce. I substituted broccoli for creamed spinach. My son got something called a Caveman that was ribs, sliders, and fries served in a pail. It was a lot of food, most high in calories, though you could get a salad. Our meal for two, including drinks and desert was close to $100. The bowling alley and arcade looked fun, and it wasnt crowded on Tuesday around 2. I get migraines, and had other obligations, so we didnt stay and play.

We havent been to a Dave & Busters for Years but received a gift card for Christmas so we decided to go. Wonderful food, great service (Melissa} and attentive management. Well be back!

Inside of Dave and Busters, formerly Jillians, at the Mall at Opry Mills in the back area of the establishment, separated from the noise and parade of entertainment options is a long bar.Rife with the usual plus a few more and a generous happy hour, I had a pleasant, light, sweet cider and my friend had a Blue Moon pale ale.While the drinking is there to calm the frazzled nerves of underserved parents, date night options, and perhaps the rare or all too often woebegone moment, for me it was conversation lubricant. Prices, even after happy hour was $15 pre tip for the 2 well drinks.

Busy all the time, seemingly small for such a popular place. Not my favorite arcade but seems to attract a lot of people.

Games are fun. Truly considering bringing my son here for his birthday! Food is ok. Very small portions. Lemonade drinks were too sour for my liking.Overall I did have a great experience with my husband.

Great place to go and get a bite to eat and play some games. Our server (Laura) was awesome. This is about the only place to get you a great Guinness stout also. The bar tenders know how to properly pour it from the tap. Thanks for a great time.

My husband and I went on a date night to Dave and Busters on 2/15/2020. We live about 2 hours from Nashville, so when we went we went all out. We promised our daughters that we would bring home a each a good prize for each of them. My husband and I played all night (literally). At the end when we picked out our prizes the girl at the counter was super extremely rude! The manager was so pleasant and really did good by us with excellent costumer service. I am not one to complain or even write a review, but in this case I had too. So, thank you to the manager that worked last night! I know that shifts you work are long and hard, but you really showed us good hospitality. And, we will be back again because of it.

Nice atmosphere during the day time around noonish. Not to crowded decent food. At night time its as crowded as a free buffet, and you wont get your food for at least a hour. Games are decent but expensive.

Truly, dont come here unless you want to waste your money. Ive never been to an arcade where the games dont work. After having to call someone to refund my game twice from being broken, I just gave up trying. From the $40 I spent for tokens, I probably got to use half of them on games that I was lucky enough to have work.

Waited almost a hour and a half for cold food. Asked for new fries cause they were pretty much still frozen. Waitress came back with the same fries. Wasnt gonna ask again cause we were all starving at this point. Paid $100 for cold food and terrible service. I personally dont recommend this place.

I just love this place, its a place were adults and children can have fun. You can easily spend a lot of time here and also a lot of money. We ended up spending way more than expected but we had so much fun.

Food was good! Games were fun! Bought unlimited wings and received unlimited play pass! Yah, right! No, you have to read the small print (really little), you can only play certain games (blue games that dont win tickets)! I am good with that if you tell me ahead of purchase, not when I swipe the card and it says error!!

I came with a few friends to celebrate my birthday. It was an amazing experience Ive never been to Dave & Busters before this is my first time and I have to say I really enjoyed myself it was a bit cold in there but other than that it was amazing our server Kayla it was amazing she was very polite and attentive and appreciative keep up the good work you guys we will be coming back
