What a great park! Its diverse. There are tons to do. Its even close enough to 12 South to grab a quick snack and lounge around to eat it. I recommend bringing your sneakers and play clothes. Come to the park and move your body. Kids of ALL ages will love it.

My goodness this is one of my favorite parks in Nashville. Its not very big but its an easy respite from the city in the quant hamlet of 12 South. If you want to see little families playing, squirrels running around, and hear the birds chirping but also be within walking distance to get a cup of coffee and a taco, this is your jam. I feel blessed that it was one of the first parks that I stumbled upon here and so glad that I can keep coming back when my heart needs a little rest from downtown ️️️

This is conveniently close to a long line of restaurants and small shops to walk down. The park is fairly large and has plenty of room to spread out from other people. Good spaces for a picnic or lawn games as well as a lot of nice shade for sunny days. It is well maintained and in a nice neighborhood.

Great park for a variety of activities from lounging to exercise for the whole family. Shopping and lunch are a brief walk up the road, and it is all located in a very well kept neighborhood that I cant afford to live in.

Great park with paved trail encircling it. Perfect for scooters or bikes with little ones. Two different playgrounds and a large set of swings with both harness baby seats and regular.

Great park located in the popular 12 South area of Nashville. Playground, tennis and basketball courts, local rec center, kickball field and a great walking trail. This park has plenty of grass and hosts one of the best farmers markets in Nashville. Very pet friendly!

Its a nice park, people bring their dogs go jogging they bring their kids. Its not a very large park but it is good.

Other than the giant ravine with rocks at the bottom winding through the park, it’s a great place for children and caregivers! I think they should add alligators in it for a nice touch lol

Beautiful place, always well-maintained and often filled with young families. Theres plenty of shade and places to have a picnic or simply sit and enjoy the day.

Cute little Park with space for all kinds

This park has something for all ages and types: two playgrounds, swings, two pavilions, tennis courts, wide walking paths, big fields. The attached community center also has lots of other amenities.

If the parking lot is full, you can park in the grass/dirt lot across granny white pike.

We were just visiting as a break in the middle of our road trip, but it was a nice park. The kids mostly enjoyed the dried up creek. I cant speak to anything seasonally, but in the middle of the summer they explored the whole length of it. It was all really nice to have a water fountain with the ability to fill water bottles. And, for city water, it was some of the best water Ive had.

A beautiful well maintained public park near 12th South. The community center has been restored to a wonderful event site. Not much parking space but plenty of natural beauty and welcoming staff. Stop by. You will not regret taking the time to let down from the urban frenzy.

Kid and pet friendly. Nice playstructures with lots of shade. Good path for walking/running. Covered areas with picnic tables for small gatherings. Portable restroom.

Beautiful neighborhood park! Not too big, but just large enough to find some quiet space in the city. Great playground and walking paths. The community center was re-built a few years ago and is spacious and inviting.

The park of my childhood! Still a great place. Parking is hard when there are large events.

Large park with a lot of room!

Great City Park. Nice creek running along the side of the park, not huge but a nice size with a nice hill topped by a historic house from the Civil War and the Battle of Nashville. Well maintained tennis courts also are located there. Benches are placed throughout and a nice walking path goes around it.

Sevier Park is great, they have swings for all ages and play area for older and younger children. My grandson loves the small slides. There is a covered picnic area and water fountains.

Great location, good place to go lay in the grass or have a picnic and walk your dog.

A great community park. The community center is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Family friendly with lots of activities, two play grounds, lots of space for picnics, and water fountains for people and dogs alike. I sometimes see ice cream trucks and other food trucks stop by the parking lot in the spring and summer.
