I’ve taken my kids here a couple of times and all I can say this place is awesome! This is one of the bigger trampoline parks that I’ve ever been to. They have ample seating for those who don’t want to jump and just simply watch. I really appreciate that they have a section designated for younger kids. If you were to walk around and look at all the attractions it would be hard to list them out on here, but let me try. You can find a large trampoline for high jumping. You can walk the wall, you can jump into a foam pit, you can have a joust, you can do monkey bars, there’s a ton of different trampolines that you can use, there’s a dodgeball area, there’s a ninja course, and there’s a basketball area. Highly suggest checking it out

My son Jason absolutely loves this place. They currently have awesome $10 a month membership plan so he can jump 3 hours a day. Great exercise he sleeps so good after visiting Altitude!

This was my daughter’s 2nd year having her birthday party at this location. I have to brag on grant & Jacob. They both greeted us at the front door, made us feel very comfortable as we were at home. Accommodated all of our party needs, Jacob even with the extra mile to go pick the pizza up himself from the Pizza Place because they had forgot couple pizzas off our party order. Very clean, hand sanitizer everywhere & the friendliest staff! Highly recommend!!

My family loves to go to the jump park and take the kids there and have a time to relax while they run around and play

Altitude was great! My daughter loves going there. Met the owner today who also thanked us for coming out. Very nice guy. The staff was great and the park was very clean and had sanitizer readily available and cleaning stations for employees to use all over the park. I would not have any trouble recommending Altitudes to anybody needing a place to get away to and feeling safe. Great place!

My grandkids love going to jump jump. My granddaughter had her birthday party here. The adults played dodge ball and the bigger kids had fun on the ninja course.

Had a couple issues with the kids at Altitude but after talking with General Manager and assistant General Manager we were able to resolve issues in a family oriented manner! These guys are so dedicated to family and team work it just melted my heart! We are so excited to be apart of the local establishment and have such great folks running the place!! I highly recommend this place for your kids to come let some energy out in a team environment!! Ask about memberships i highly recommend it!!!

Compared to planet 3 this place is better hands down and its mainly the difference in price...

This was SO MUCH FUN. Employees could use a refresher on customer service. We were not acknowledged for the first five minutes waiting in line and then another employee came over, then put us on hold so he could answer his personal cell phone.... But otherwise a really fun place.

UPDATE:Changing my rating from 2 to a 1. After deciding to cancel my membership, I was charged a $20 cancellation fee. STAY AWAY from this place! They are extremely shady in their business practices. There is a reason they dont show membership details online. They are going to extort you for as much money as possible up front and then right before you leave. Get a membership at the Nashville Zoo. It is a much better experience.Nothing wrong with the facility itself, but the people dont seem to understand how customer service actually works. The activation fee, plus cost of the membership, plus $3 for socks, plus $3 per day for family members, the package starts to feel more like a deal with the devil than something that is of benefit for the entire family. Oh and I also hear debit cards are not accepted. Hope it doesnt turn out to be true. The no outside food or drink is nothing people havent seen before, but it is rather unaccommodating when you are trying to take a food break before returning to jumping. But, assuming you left to eat, by the time you got back, your time would have expired. And the concessions only offers popcorn, Icees and other junk food. Maybe they dont understand its the parents who are paying for their memberships. If they cant offer significant value for the entire family, then it may be time for us to seek entertainment and fitness elsewhere.

My husband and I took our boys to Altitude tonight. We ordered popcorn and it was burnt. I took the popcorn back up to the counter and made her aware that when they made fresh I would like to exchange it. She said they not making anymore and it’s 3 hours left and they scraping the bottom.

I meant to say this the weekend that we all went for my grandson Colton birthday party. This is a place to take your kids. They all had a blast.

This place never disappoints! Management are always so great and the place is always so clean! I was hesitant to go with everything going on, but they are really putting in work to make sure there remains a fair distance between guest and the cleanliness is immaculate. Highly recommend!

We are from Chattanooga Tn, which has 2 jump parks that we have enjoyed and a new one we haven’t been to yet in the neighboring town of Fortoglethorpe Ga. We were invited Nashville by some friends that are local to the area for their sons 4th birthday. Altitude is at the top of our favorite parks! The open layout is one of the best layouts that I have seen. From the party area with tables to serve your guests to the very back wall run area is fully open. We especially enjoyed the most obstacles ever in the Ninja area then any park we have been to yet. The staff at Altitude, were friendly and helpful. I’ll wrap up with what in some situations is a deal breaker, the bathrooms were very clean. We will not hesitate to visit Altitude again and will definitely be recommending Altitude to anyone who’s asking.

We had a birthday party here on Saturday.Customer service was pretty solid, a little hectic at first trying to get all our ducks in a row when it came to the kids getting set up and stuff like that. But once it was set up, it was ready to go.Shocking they order dominos pizza for the party package, which is pretty smart but you also know you are going to get a decent pizza.The jumping stuff, the kids had a blast, I think kids from any ages and even adults can really enjoy this place.Overall experience was really good, from start to finish. It’s a bit pricey but really not more than what you pay to go about anywhere else.

Best Trampoline store in area. Come from Mt Juliet. Love _Toddler time for Granddaughters during the week. Use 90 minute package for 7 and 10 year old. Buy passes online and waivers and ready to start with NO Hassles. Highly recommend to all !

We went there for my sons birthday. We were appreciative that we saw on the website, the staff would be taking additional measure to disinfect all surfaces and equipment multiple times a day, also supplying hand sanitizer. I also appreciated the Spring break special. I was listening to a conversation the Mgr. Was having with another customer, he was dismissive and told her he wouldnt continue to talk to her if she was going be rude but I didnt hear her say anything to him. She told him, I didnt say anything rude to you sir.I was a little concerned about that interaction, as a reflection on their customer service.

This place is great for Birthday parties! The host handled everything. Parents get to sit back and chill. I didnt have to worry about my kids being bad either. They had a lot of staff on hand to monitor the kids. I had a party of 10 kids and we let them run freely in the trampoline park and it was amazing! Parents get to come here and play too with kids. Its a really great place for families to get together and burn energy together ! They have slushies,a candy station, popcorn. Its like a movie theater concession stand they have there ! Everything was affordable! I love this place ! Definitely coming here for my 28th birthday and oh my sons 7th birthday too.

Had some wound up kids and a few hours to kill before flight out of Nashville so we headed for Altitude near Hermitage, TN just outside of Nashville and 10-15 minutes to BNA airport.Excellent experience! Staff and management were amazing, very clean, safe and fun experience for everyone: 11 years old to 70 and great time for all!Will definitely go again next time in Nashville and will have to check out their other locations.

First time visiting for sons 10th birthday& it was awesome!! Everyone, adults and kids, loved it

My friend and I (both in our 30s) came here on a rainy Saturday to enjoy a fun new way to exercise and spend time together. It exceeded our expectations! A great workout, and it took me back to my childhood of summers spent on trampolines! We laughed the entire time. This was so enjoyable, we tried every single trampoline there was. I would highly recommend this place for all ages. Staff was very nice and held our keys for us while we jumped.

I went to Altitude today and it was so much fun! I prefer Altitude over all the other trampoline parks. They have a large trampoline court, a few different warped walls, a ninja course, dodgeball, and foam pit. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you decide to go make sure you fill out a waiver online because it saves a lot of time. You will have to buy Altitude socks to wear while you jump but they are only $2. Over all it was great and I will go back soon.

I got a membership for my son to go here every other Sunday and sometimes every Sunday.Its not dull and they have enough things to do to keep kids occupied.

I really didnt know the place was there since I have not been to that area in a while. It was very professional, friendly staff. Alot of space for the children to burn alot of energy off. A place you should go visit. Adults can jump as well.

We rented a party room for our 4 year olds birthday party. The staff was extremely nice and helpful they helped us bring in our party items, setup, and cleanup! The facility was clean and allowed the perfect amount of space to host our party. The trampolines and all the activities were safe and fun for all ages we invited children from ages 18 months to 13 years old and everyone really had a blast! We will definitely be returning.

Super fun place for everyone. It was a rainy day on vacation so we decided to come here. And Im glad we did. I love the fact they had the Ninja Warrior style obstacle course amongst other great games. I dont know who was more exhausted at the end of the night but we all had a great time.

This place freaking rocks! The people at the desk are great and the facility is nice and clean. My 2 year old and I had a fantastic time. I yeeted her into the foam pit like 200x and she took the longest nap after.

Believe me when I say this...it works for the kids! If they added their own pizzeria like Chick-E-Cheese, they would set it on fire. Pizza Hut ran way behind.

Great place for kids and parents

We had a school trip to Altitude in Hermitage. We had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend going for any event! The staff was extremely helpful and very organized. The site was very clean and the children had a fabulous time!

This is such An awesome trampoline park the manager Alan was so kind and such a great place to jump!! There homeschool jump special on Tuesdays and Thursday’s is absolutely awesome we highly recommend this place!!

There is SO MUCH for kids to do here. From cube pits to slides to a trampoline walkway to a diving board to a ninja themed obstacle course to so much more it isnt worth spending less than an hour and half here. Snacks and drinks can be included wrote affordably and the kiddos will be worn out when all is said and done.Brought in my 2 kids and a friend and they were going nonstop for the moment they ran up. An affordable and fun way to kill all afternoon!

It was so much fun my family had a blast the only down fall I would say is they do not have lockers for your valuable items and I dont feel comfortable just leaving our wallet and phone on the tables or where your shoes go out in the open so we had to leave everything locked in the car which wasnt great because then we couldnt take pictures or if we wanted drinks we would have to run out to the car to get out walllet then run it back out to the car. I would say if they installed lockers it would definitely be a 5 star establishment

My grandson loves Altitude and the various ares of play that are found there. Some of the older ran into him and they apologized and asked if he was ok. That was great. It was fun overall, but back in May I lost my gen 1 AirPods here... it’s sucked, but the place is good. Don’t bring small things into the play area though.

Lots of fun with the kiddos, many activity areas. Not many food options, just candy, chips and drinks. It gets very crowded Saturday afternoons and Sundays.

The staff is always extremely nice. Manager makes it a point to ask if we are enjoying our time and let us know they are happy we are there. There is no shortage of things to do and my children always leave looking like they put in a few hard hours at the gym lol! I definitely get my moneys worth EVERY time we play here! If you visit on a weekend, I find it to be better and less crowded if you go 3 hours or so before closing.

This is by far the best one weve been to. Its large enough that you dont feel crowded. My only complaint is not on the place but, kids are freaking rude these days. Bigger kids just fly by little ones without a care in the world.... we will def go back. Kids had a blast!!

Im very disappointed in the way we were treated when my daughter got hurt at your establishment. She was playing in the wipe out area when the bar hit her shin so badly it knocked her off her feet. She couldnt walk back to the open area yet the attendant saw what happened and never offered any assistance . She slowly crawled to me in tears. The only person who offered help was the custodian. The managers were not concerned about us and the custodian had to pester him several times before he agreed to take an incident report. I understand this is a risky sport and my daughters injuries were quite severe but I wasnt looking to get anyone in trouble. I have great insurance and my daughter is getting excellent care. All I wanted was for someone to show compassion to my 9 year old. I felt very let down. This is my daughters favorite place and we are there quite often and have recommend it to many people. But after my experience, we will not be coming back. I had even recommended it as a place my employer should contact for youth activities but Im withdrawing my recommendation.

This place is amazing!!! Very big and there is something for all ages. My favorite part is the open floor plan it has. My kids range from 4 to 13 and I can keep an eye on them all at the same time. They are way better and bigger than ANY trampoline park around!! We will definitely return many times!!!

Great place reasonable price took my son & nephew along with my sister. They bounced & jump for 90mins all for 14 bucks & there were places where you as the adult to sit & chill while they go crazy. Wish that we had one closer to where we actually live but the drive to Hermitage was cool.

This place is fantastic. A great place to bring your kids, lots of different things to do. Fun for both kids and adults of all ages. We bring our 1 & 2 year old for Toddler Time and are planning to bring our youth group in the fall!

The place is nice, but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I thought it was a singular event, but it happened several times, with multiple clerks (including the General Manager). I will go out of my way to avoid going here.

Love this place. We’ve been twice over Christmas break. They had a BOGO special for $15 for 2 hours. I let my 3 kids jump their hearts out, and I swear to you they were so calm and tired the rest of the day. Such a great way to get their energy out with this yuck winter weather. This place is huge, even when it’s crowded there’s still room for everyone to jump & play. I like that they have so many options. Rock wall, ninja warrior corse, dodgeball, circus trampolines.. and more. They also have a great toddler play area. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My little one needed a bandaid and they happily helped us out . This is by far my favorite trampoline park in middle Tennessee.

We have been here a couple of times now and every time has been great. Last night we had my daughter’s 11th birthday party there and it was AMAZING!!!!! The staff was great, the party host was great, and the manager was great. All of the kids had a blast. When we got home she said that was the best party she had ever had!!! Even the adults had a blast jumping!!!!

This place is a kids dream come true! So many activities and space to run! My kiddos loved being able to do the obstacle courses and dodgeball! If youre in need of a place to let your kid/s be crazy kids... Then this is the best place to be for a good price. Enjoy!

Was very please this past saturday when I had purchased 4 drinks and 3 were more then half gone and 1 had only 2 sips taken. And someone had thrown them away while we were still there. So went t ok the concession explained the situation and was given 4 brand new drinks at no charge. I will continue returning on the weekends thanks

Alan and the entire staff at Altitude ALWAYS go above and beyond! This establishment is family-friendly, clean, organized, and reasonable to name a few. Additionally, they throw the BEST parties in town!

I have taken my kids and their friends several times. With 13 & 15 yr olds they went somewhere to go where they have a little bit of freedom and space. I am thankful for the staff there as they are very attentive to the crowd and keep an eye on everyone.We have also had a birthday party here. Reserved the party room and received top service. It is a busy place in the evening but that’s what my kids like!

My son had his 10th bday party here, which included 23kids. They didnt want to leave. Everything was great from the staff to our host. Highly recommend coming here for your events.
