My friend lives here and it is a pretty decent place compared to some trailer parks.

My mother rented a 2 bedroom trailer from here and it couldnt be more run down. The central ac ducts have massive holes in them causing the house to never cool down and the electricity bill to be 400 or more a month. This caused my disabled mother who only gets about 700 in social security to fall behind. Electricity has to be paid in order to keep the lights on and stove working to make food. The landlord did nothing to fix this till I complained to him when I found my mother passed out on the floor due to heat exhaustion one day. Ive been here 6 months and according to the landlord my disabled mother owes him 5k. Even though his unwillingness to be a proper landlord and fix things as requested have gone unheard. I myself since Ive been here have asked for the bathroom sink to be fixed which leaks. The toilet also continues to run which needs fixed. But the landlord doesnt care that his continued ignorance of his landlordly duties have caused my poor disabled mother to fall behind. Dont rent from here. Unless you got tons of money and if you do get something better someplace nicer trust me.

Lived here for many years. 9 years to be exact. It’s not what it used to be. It does tend to be very quiet! Would I recommend it as a first place sure.

Good quiet neighborhood not expensive to live in people here are nice but sometimes old real old grumpy people sometimes besides all that everything else is all right I really recommend coming here!!!

I spent a year in this community while working in Nashville and was by far the best work out of town home Ive experienced.
