This place should be condemned!!! This truly saddens me that he used the fact. This is an affordable place to live for a lower-income family at $650 a month plus utilities even make this an option for people who live in the Nashville area its full of single moms struggling retirees the disabled and also your regular drug addicts its sick that we have something like this as an option for people in America today!!replace literally looks like all the trailers had gotten flooded in the flood 10 years ago and just sat there and dried out what a shame

Although mobile homes in this park are all 1970s era its a relatively quiet place. The trailers are livable (from what Ive seen) but most importantly its an affordable place to live. Residents are friendly and management is good.

If need a quick place to live and pass the background check then stay here for a short term and they pay first $100.00 of light bill .Heat and cook with gas.Rent per week$145.00 or monthly $650.00 anything over 100.00 on lights you pay each trailer has seperate light and gas bill.

My hisband and i rented a unit here and quickly realized it was roach and bedbug infested. We were given the choice of leaving with our deposit or waiting however long to have it exterminated. They had no clue how long it would take but told we would have to leave for a week while it was done. But we still had to pay rent for that week ontop of what it would cost to rent a room. He was very mean about like it wasnt his problem it had bugs. My husband was completely covered in painful bites. We chose to leave and since then the unit has not been rented or treated. We pass by everyday. Do not waste your money here. The management is horrible
