Fun place to take the family. There is something for everyone!

While visiting my in-laws we found this awesome place. They have a great deal on GroupOn. I would of given 5 stars but they dont allow outside food or drink and they only have vending machines. The employees are really nice and were patient while they explained everything to us. To rent out the whole building for a private party is a pretty good deal. Imagine bringing a church group or all the 6th graders from a school. I highly recommend this location.

This place is fun. Most parents down get out there and jump. If you do just know that it will wipe you the next day. So much activities but your gonna feel them everywhere the next couoke days.

This place is AWESOME! I got 3 of my granddaughters and myself memberships there on Monday and we went 3 days in a row. It is VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE and a WHOLE BUNCH OF FUN! I am sore because I am 47 and think I am still young but I could not keep up with aan almost 5 year old, almost 3 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. THEY WORE THEIR PAPPA OUT but I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT!

This trampoline park has the most amazing staff! I have two special needs children and we are frequent visitors. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and supportive. This location also offers a sensory friendly time to jump every Sunday! This means so much to my family! Each time Im there, the park is clean, smells great, and everything is in working order. Also, the bathrooms and changing table are tidy and smell good. The staff does exceptional job of not only doing their job but interacting with guests. This makes children like mine not only feel more welcome, but it has them asking to return! The music is appropriate for a family environment. The cost is low in my opinion. Especially in relation to what other trampoline parks charge. Its a perfect price for fun in your own hometown! I also appreciate all the deals and specials offered! You simply cannot go wrong with a trip to planet 3! They are extremely flexible with the kiddos who require a little more direction to have successful play! We are so thankful for THIS STAFF

Was nice for the children to have fun. Even my wife had a good time. I was a spectator and really liked the massage chairs on the on the observation deck. Only reason for 4 stars is no table unless you reserve party. Great idea for family, and get exercise without realizing lol.

This place is the best!! Took the kids there for a birthday party and not only did the kids have fun, they got all their energy out. Pretty simple process regards price of times, socks, lockers, etc. They have climbing areas, basketball dunk areas, etc. I dont know how many square feet there is, but this place seems huge. Would recommend.

Planet 3 is very clean, well maintained, and very organized and easy to follow their instructions!! Listen to them about the membership because its a very good deal!! My boys played for an hour and a half and they were drenched with sweat even drinking Gatorade!! Lol ....hydrate your children!!!! Have a blast!!!

Planet 3 gets stars. As a parent, I like having options for fun indoor family activities. However, I do not like paying for a service or activity that I dont get to use. There were way too many small children wandering around unsupervised and this reduced the safety of adults jumping on the trampolines. It was too much of a chuckecheeze atmosphere.

The kids had a riot with activities for every age, size, and fitness range. Great seating area for spectators as well. Staff was a little stiff and not as friendly as youd expect for a family facility but all in all a great experience!

Okay first of all yall hired the most sweetest staff was very impressed after the second time ever coming that one of the staff members remembered my son and my daughter from only just meeting them for a brief second while they got checked in we always feel welcomed when we come in the staff is easy to talk to they do understand kids will be kids and some will run and theyre very sweet about reminding the children to slow down and walk we are glad to be part of the membership and we continue to come as much as we can throughout the week!

I think that this is, fair enough, an entertaining trampoline park, yet personally I believe that there are many trampoline parks that have way more to do and you dont get bored.

Friendly staff but they do not enforce ANY rules - total free for all. They need a referee in the dodge ball pit and set a minimum age so the little ones wont get hurt. You definitely need to be interactive with your kids and not sit on the cubes and think this is your new daycare center. There are quite a few really good activities to have family fun and stay active together. Nice place overall

This place is always fun to go with friends. It was always cool to see how far I could go in the Ninja Warrior course, or how deep I could go in the Foam Pit. This place is a bit like Rebounders, but with other elements like a Rock and Rope climbing section. Overall, this was a great place to go with my friends and have an amazing time.

I don’t even know where to start this place is awesome. Long trampolines so you can do a backflip land and do another one. Love learning new tricks to show of to my friends. Be careful in the performance room I really messed up my back jump from one to another . I usually just use the tramps to do fullouts and other hard tricks that I can’t do on normal tramps. Love this place will come again.

This is a fun place to spend an hour with my kid. I signed the waiver online and paid ahead and was able to get in fast. An hour is plenty of time for us as we were tired after about twenty minutes. Will definitely return to play again. Staff werent super strict about enforcing rules. I saw a couple kids sneak in a flip, but most were well behaved. It was quite busy as it was mid-winter break, but there was still plenty of room for everyone.

Kids had a great time. Prices are reasonable and they keep the place nice and clean. It can be really cold if you arent jumping in the winter, so bundle up! Remember to bring your Planet 3 socks each time!

My family enjoys Planet 3 quite a bit. The prices arent bad, especially if you get a Groupon beforehand. Can be crowded, so pick your visit times carefully. Staff is great and pretty helpful. Recommended.

The kids loved it but its not so accommodating for a person with a disability.

Very cool place! Good place for kids to burn off some energy. If your kids are less than 6 its a good idea to get there around 10am, as it filled up fast.

1st visit to the air park. Was very impressed. Clean and well managed. Will definately be back.

Great place, big, clean & enought jumping for hours! We came two days in a row . My children were tired at the end of one hour jumping. But I had a bad experience twice with the lady in the front desk. She was rude and bossy. I believe with the right training she can improve her customer skills. Especially, its a bad impression on the place since she is the fist person you talk to. I ended up talking with the assistant manager, who was polite and a good listener. I just hope they will do something for the future.

Dont let the employees rope you into a membership. They say its only for 3 months but yet they dont tell you that you have to email the company to cancel said membership. And it takes 7-10 days for the cancelation to go through. Dont waste your money on this place its a scam and their employees are not knowledgeable of the terms and conditions of their memberships they try to shove down your throat!!!

Awesome place for kids. Be sure to arrive before jump time to fill out waiver or do online. Has great but limited seating for parents. Parents please dress warm in the winter, unless your jumping its chilly.

Ive finally found a place that is safe and inclusive for kids with special needs and they have some of the best staff members in town. If you try it at least once you and your child/children are missing out.

This is an awesome place to take your kids the staff was very friendly and courteous the park was clean and well-maintained they also have three party rooms that you can rent out for birthdays and special occasions the prices are good.I guarantee your kids will have a blast another seller for us was they have security there on the weekends it’s nice to know that a company goes out of their way to make sure that their customers are safe while at their facility.So if you’re looking for an awesome place to take your kids or even yourself then I definitely recommend planet3.Happy Jumping!!!!!!

Seemed pretty clean and could accommodate a decent number of people. There is no one watching the floor, BUT parents are made to watch a safety video and sign waivers regarding activity, accidents, and the like while using the bounce gym. So they should all know to make good choices if they follow the rules and go over them with their kids. We went during the day on Thursday during their homeschool time and it was affordable and not too busy. We will try to go again.

Price can seem on the higher side. But the fun to be had in this place is real. Prepare to sweat and have fun!!! It was not overly busy when I went so I cant say what the conditions are like when the place is packed. I could see the likelihood of accidents increase dramatically when you add a few more bouncing bodies.

Its a really good place to get energy out of your kids when the weather is unfavourable. It can get pretty hectic at times. There is a good selection of activities for my 4 year old on up.

If you are looking to rejoice in your childhood or simply just catch some air while still on the ground this would be the place to do it. Dozens of trampolines, as well as a timed ninja course and a rock climbing wall. An hour is all the time you will need to let loose and let out your inner fun side!

It is definitely a very fun place to play and bring the kids however the price I just cant imagine actually paying that to go to something like that The only reason my family and I went is because we got some passes for Christmas but I would never pay that for all four of us to go and jump.

Fun for the kids. Hadnt been since new owners and staff was extremely rude about procedures. Other than that, great place for kids.

It had been slowly improving since opening, but the park has taken a turn for the worse since being bought out. It moved from rubber wrist bands to cheep paper ones, which is certainly a money saving move, but takes away one of the few elements that had made the place stand out from other trampoline parks. Frustratingly, a team member is now required to supervise whenever someone wishes to be in the performance trampoline area, and guests are no longer allowed to jump from the higher ledge -a rule set by the new ownership.On the plus side, the new ownership was finally able to get the ball rolling on passes, with the introduction of a winter pass, and a summer pass in the works. They also replaced the horrible ankle socks with crew socks, and the rhino skin dodgeballs seem to have finally been fully replaced with rubber dodgeballs. I’m not sure these fixes will be enough to save the park’s reputation among teens and young adults once the new performance tramp restrictions become well-known.

If you like trampolines and foam pits ONLY then please, go and enjoy yourselves.If you have younger kids that dont absolutely love those two things and those two things only, DO NOT GO!!!!!Yes, an hour doesnt seem like much but it was plenty of time.Its a lot smaller of a building than the pictures make it seem, which is fine but I was expecting more for $80!!!!!!!!!!Yes, I said EIGHTY DOLLARS!!For a family of 5.Having 3 kids is not uncommon, people!!!!This place is a waste of time and money.Will not be going back.

The assistant manager told my son to stop being snotty because he asked a question about the on line waiver being sent to the Tennessee park. She then hung up on me when I inquired. Not professional and certainly not good at problem solving their website error.

We were there to celebrate my sons 10th birthday. The kids were in the dodgeball area and there were kids in there blasting kids in thed head from 2 feet away with the balls. My son informed one of the refs and he did nothing about it. Needless to say my son spent 45 min of his hour jump time laying on the floor with a headache from being blasted in the head. Not really sure what the point of the refs are if they dont do there job. We will not be going bac!

Its fine, but there are too many cons to warrant a better rating.Pros:-The trampolines arent as stiff as some parks-The facilities are nice-The performance tramp area is small, but enjoyable-The ninja warrior course is challenging-They have a high dive platform-They give rubber bracelets instead of stickers or paper wristbands to keep track of jump timesCons:-Easily the worst jump socks from my experience. Poor build quality and not large enough for people with more than about size 10 feet.-The staff is good behind the desk, but extremely apathetic in the jump areas.-Pricier than some other parks, probably due to being the sole park in Muskegon.-Not enough wall trampolines-The gladiator beam cover slides around, and already looks to be breaking down after just a few months.Update: they replaced the ripped up foam dodge balls with rubber ones. Definitely an upgrade.In summary, its a decent place, and many of the problems are fixable, but I cant give more than 3 stars for the parks current state.
