There are lots of friendly regulars who are really pleasant to learn how to skate around. And the staff is all kind and passionate about their work. They often have fun events.The renter skates and rink are all well maintained. And the atmosphere is well fun with a aliens and space them. Wear your rave clothes and get moving under the blacklight.

So much fun! We even got in for a buck a peice, because we brought annitem of the month. Brought our own roller blades. Food is pricey, like the movie theater, but yummy.

This is over quarantine. This place is definitely my favorite place to be at the moment. It’s nice to just go there with a few friends or even alone. The music does repeat but I don’t find that as a problem because you have a very nice selection of music. I come in every week or two and enjoy it a lot it’s a nice place to get your mind off of things and just skate

Take our Grand kids here on Saturday skates. All our good skating rinks have closed up, so i come all the way from Grand Rapids. I love the way things are run with a focus on family atmosphere. Its a place i can spend the day with the grand babies getting them quality exercise at a wholesome place for a decent price. Thumbs Up!

Took my son and several of his friends skating for his birthday. They had such a great time. The staff was so helpful on the skating floor. They gave them some pointers on how to skate. When they fell down, the staff was there to make sure they were ok and help them up. They did skate games to keep the kids entertained. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the skating rink. By the end of the skate time, my son and his friends wanted to do it again. We will definitely be back!!!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They hosted a birthday party for one of our kids. They were attentive, and kept us on schedule, providing everything we needed. We were more than happy with our experience and cant wait to go back!

My family loves this place. We have been going for a couple years now. I have got to see my kids go from falling down and struggling to doing better than I could of imagined. The owners and workers made all this possible by helping them and suggesting ways to improve. I love the family environment and the time we all get together. The owners even have days where people who don’t have much money can still bring their kids to have fun and get the same experience. Thank you for all you guys do

I wouldnt even give this place a star. Spent over 200 dollars for a party and wasnt impressed. We had to try and skate, eat pizza, do cake and presents in 2 hours. We got about 20 to 25 minutes of skate time and then were told we had to pay more money if we wanted to skate past 2 hours. Will never come back.I see your business replied back but since you werent there with us you cant comment on how things went. We were told we couldnt get in until 1130 then we spent about 10 minutes at the door getting wrist bands and paying the rest of our payment. We got into the room and got kids their skates which as you might know takes a few minutes. By the time we actually got to stake it was 1150 at the earliest. Our food was served at 1215 and since we had 24 people total not only 9 kids it took a few minutes to get food and drinks. Then we did the cake because we were told that had to be done by 1. After cake we did presents then cleaned the room out so we were out by 130. We went and sat at the other tables and tried to skate more and was told it was shut down. I walked up and asked about it and was told it would reopen at 2. NEVER was I told we would have to pay more money to continue to skate. I wasnt told then, nor was that information in my emails recieved from your company. On top of that more then 1 of our guest felt like they were rudely talked to.

This isnt our first birthday party experience at Jumpin Jupiter and Im sure it wont be our last!!

They were great to my kids and they needed like 20 changes to skates & walkers Was our first time there.As a business owner I understand rules and policies are for the safety and well-being of everyone so these didnt bother me they put me at ease. Today we will take our nieces there.

They have a new rule for 16/17 year olds where you have to have an I.D. or an adult present to enter. This would not be an issue if they had this information on their website/Facebook. It is vaguely described on the website after some digging and there is a small 8x11 sign on the front door.We drove 5 miles out there and if we hadn’t had our I.D.s we would have wasted gas and time. The staff was not friendly about this new rule when we entered. There were about 10 other teens in the small waiting area and after the 6 of us arrived it was 16.The staff eventually lightened up after about 20 minutes of us waiting and it took us about 30 minutes to get in total.Great place. Great music. Low prices. But this new system needs much more clarity and warning and politer staff.

Im appalled at reading these reviews how a business owner can attack customers. Well since you wouldnt reply vis social media maybe you can explain why you are so rude to the people ensuring you even have a business. Ive NEVER seen a business lack professionalism in this manner until I seen your responses!

This place of business has gotten thirsty for money charging a “registration fee”. If it’s your first time there since this system, an extremely rude individual will demand you to fill things out and tell you “if you don’t want to fill it out then just leave” and continue to be condescending while other employees/managers will act as though they didn’t see anything. I have been coming to this establishment for years without any incident, and now the registration is “for our safety” and because “parents have become an issue”. I have never caused any disruption and they made my mother come inside to fill something out although she was not going to be there supervising. It is all a sham to get money from people and harass them when they call them out on it. 0/5 recommendation if that was an option.

My kids love this place! Good music, fun kid games during skate, workers are nice, never to crowded. Definitely a go-to for family fun.

This is by far one of the rudest places of business Ive been to. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service skills are a zero they treat customers any kind of way and that will never be ok with me. My aunties 4 year old daughter tripped dover a pole and hurt herself soon as we walked in and she didnt want to skate anymore, my auntie came up to the skating ring to see what her daughter tripped over and to see if she can get a refund they told her no and when she asked why and exchanged words with the owner they called the police for no reason. It was a horrible experience watching a four year cry who tripped and fell in your place of business and showing no remorse. These people have been rude with bad customer service since I was 12 and I am now 24. Im not ever going back.

We usually have a good time here. But tonight my girls and their friends were not too happy. The staff seem to want to nit pick at everything little thing they did! Maybe this is why the place was kinda empty tonight!?

The bouncy house setup was great for the little who isnt into skating! We all were able to have fun! Only downfall was we werent able to use our own stroller for our tiniest tot.

Went for Grandsons birthday. Was absolutely awesome. The atmosphere and people working there was amazing. Brought back a lot of great childhood memories.

I wouldnt even rate it a one my brother paid for a birthday party for his daughter and they put us in the smallest room they had not only that me and my fiance were harassed basically the entire time we were there from one of the employees but my brother paid a good chunk for the party and had 6 extra passes so we gave one to one of the kids in the party and the woman harassing us made him give his pass back 30 minutes before they closed when it was already paid for Im extremely disappointed in how we were treated I havent been there in years and after today I will never go back and I wouldnt recommend having a party there to anyone its honestly a waste of money.

I work in retail so trust me I know what it’s like to have complainers which is why I never complained during my visit but what I can do is offer advice for improvements for the next adult event I intend to come to!! :) Firstly, I love hot dogs and counted on them to be available at 7:30pm I could understand 8:30pm but you’ve only been open an hour and we’re out of hot dogs?!? That’s the cheapest thing available on your menu for actual food but oh well I’ll choose something else. A slice of pizza would have been nice but that wasn’t offered I would offer that as an improvement! Anyways I settled for a corn dog and I know I took a long time deciding I’m sorry for that delay, but I’m on a budget and I can’t afford to buy food that I really don’t want to eat. The corn dog was alright for the most part but hard towards the end of the stick I was light meh whatever not like the whole corn dog was horrible then I had my husband buy a cinnamon pretzel I was looking forward to it only to have it be way overdone and hard as a rock on the bottom I ate the top part and threw the rest out next time I’ll ask for it to be in not as long for soft texture. No worries here. I think the prices are reasonable except the pizza family deal that could be lowered in my opinion and offered slices of pizza for individuals vs. a family. The music for 80s was nice but not what it could have been I feel like the well known songs weren’t played Hall and Oats, Eddie Money, Outfield, Jessies Girl, etc so that was a little disappointing but no worries here still had a great fun workout trust me my muscles are feeling it and I will come back because this is my greatest childhood memory and favorite sport so thank you for putting on the adult 80s event. I hope the improvements above can be made or at least discussed in one of your team meetings if you have those :) thank you for your time!! Also I thought the staff was pleasant for the most part so I’m going to give you 4 stars vs the 3 I chose prior to writing this review!

We had a great time shaggyskatingtonight for my sons birthday. They even asked his name and age to wish him a happy birthday. I live howthey have The bouncey house as play area for younger kids that may not want/know how to skate. The only thing that upsets me is that they stopped the national kids skate free program they were a part of a few yeasts ago.

Fun and economical. Friendly staff. Heads up: you cannot take your own food in.

My daughter and I come here twice a month on Wednesdays. It only costs $3 to skate and $3 for the bounce house. Can’t be that for a few hours of entertainment. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Clean and friendly atmosphere that’s never to busy to enjoy yourself.

Great music selection and fun atmosphere

It was wonderful. I took my daughter to scout skate night. She wore her vest and got admitted for free, and only paid skate rental. I brought my own skates and only paid admission. The staff was very friendly, the entire place was clean and looked updated. This was our first visit and my first time skating in a very long time, but we will be back!

When my daughters reached their 10th B-day(double digits) they picked a skating party. Awesome idea,because everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. No cleaning up afterward either. Both parties were a success..

My sons school put on a skate party here and it was the first time we had actually ever been here. We had such a blast and have been back several times since then. It is a great place for the kids to hang out with there friends and roller skate. Definitely brings back memories from when I was a kid at a roller rink.

We have fun here but i do not recommend the birthday packages the kids dont get nothing for a over priced package they give tickets not tokens and thats about all they get... Why not give tokens so they can play the games? And they could use smaller packages too... Oh and not enough time in the birthday room either... just my experience most staff really nice but this one girl needs to learn more about customer service... Not bad we do love coming here but packages not to great will not ever do that again here...

WOW!! What a fantastic place to take the grandkids for a refreshing time of exercise and fun. The atmosphere was upbeat and fun. Very clean and bright. Food was great & reasonably priced. Lots of room to sit and talk and the music was refreshing. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Kudos out to this fine, well-cared for facility. Nice locally owned and operated business that is a real asset to the community.

You may not come in unless you have a Parent come with you or you have custom skates Me and my friends are two 16 year olds and myself 15 and the reason you have the rule is because of behavioral issues? Yet somehow renting skates proves that you wont be trouble or having an adult with you wont? I just saw a man who reeked of cigarettes leave intoxicated. Yep, intoxicated. Yet the kids are the problem or having your own skates makes you less of a risk? My night is ruined and I have you to thank for it.

They play a nice variety of songs and have a bunch of kid friendly things to do outside of skating.My fiance and I brought her little brother and we were charged more than we both thought it would be but havent been here in a while so we let it go. An hour later a man who works here asked how much we paid then apologized for having us overcharged and gave us the extra back. Its rare when a business will notice these things and actively correct them themselves. Speaks very highly of their character.

This was a little while back but necessary to share, I went here for a birthday party and you all thought it was appropriate to tell me to cover up while breast feeding. Let me rephrase that, you thought it was appropriate as a manager, to tell your employee, who was too scared to approach me (probably because he knew it was ridiculous), tell my significant other, to tell me I had to cover up while feeding my daughter. One, does feeding a baby really just disturb you so much?! Two, it was ridiculously hot in there and im not about to make my baby struggle to breathe so your virgin eyes dont disintegrate since you apparently cant stop looking. And three, kids dont notice; most of them understand and theyre not sexualizing breasts like some immature adults, and if they are confused, its easy enough to explain that a baby is eating so they dont grow up with a toxic mindset that breasts are objects to be sexualized. I thought about it and Id love to hear a response back. Ive noticed from your other responses the lack of maturity and pure pettiness you wouldnt expect any reasonable business to have. Honestly, I dont expect anything better, but other people deserve to know your stances on feeding babies.

This place is the place to be any day that its open. Its amazingly fun in the bouncy house when I was little but theres a height where you cant go in that anymore because theres a chance that you might hurt any of the littler kids in there. Another thing great about jumping Jupiter is that the owners treat you like family and all of the staff members are extremely kind and supportive and its really nice because on Tuesdays the admission is only two dollars! I have had a lot of experience at this rollerskating rink in the quality of everything that they do is amazing and I would extremely recommend that you go here!

I spent a good chunck of my childhood at this skating rink making so many memories now that Im older and have my own children they also continue to go to the roller rink as i did its just how I remember it amazing staff who go above and beyond to satisfy there customers the birthday partys are amazing and again the staff helps with everything a birthday party entails so if your looking for good family fun or jutj trying to recapture your childhood I would highly recommend jumping Jupiter skate center!

This place is awesome its fun for all ages it has a place for toddlers to play as well as a place for adults to sit arcade and of course the skating rink this is a fun place for the whole family they are a little pricey but it is worth it

This is a great place for family fun the skating environment is perfectly made for rollerblading and four wheel skates the surface is nice and smooth the music has a good beat to it something you can Skate 2 I did not witness any inappropriate music I didnt hear any such as music that has bad lyrics bad words in it words that are not good for children to hear so far I did not hear that today and in my opinion you should never hear that type of music in a family environment otherwise it would not be a family environment but I was happy with the experience today at Jumpin Jupiter Ive been going there for off and on for 6 years now and have had good experiences

Nice place to skate. Not so nice place to book a party. Up until my daughters birthday party, I had nothing but great things to say about this skating rink. Although my daughter says this was the best birthday party shes had(gifts and friends contributed to that statement), I have to say the service wasnt so great. From the moment I entered to pay, there was a disconnect. I waited at the window to pay, no one addressed me on the other end for a while but had noticed me standing there. Not a great intro there... upon entrance, one of my family members were asked to get rid of her organic smoothie. The family member has severe food alergies and health issues so that was explained to the employee. His response was, We have water... wow...The private room( which is extremely small) and details were explained prior to booking and I was aware of the 45 minutes in the room. However, when our 45 minutes of cake, gifts and pizza were up, we were given laundry baskets to put all of our party stuff and personal items in. Which sat outside of the room close by on the floorfor the duration of our time there.Yikes. The rushing and lack of consideration of time left my family and other guests in distaste.I explained some of my discomfort with the handling and private room arrangements to a staff member. The response was a generic sorry about that.I would hope in the future, others have a better experience with having a BIRTHDAY party at this local spot. Please consider these concerns and make changes to the private room experience.Customer service and the approach staff members have with skaters and their families, should be evaluated and strengthened.
