My kids and I had a great time playing the games they have set up outside and at openings. My son has been dying to go to an arcade and this was a great alternative. Thank you Chuck E Cheese for being accommodating during this crappie pandemic.

Hooooraaay ! Chuck E. Cheese’s!! I’ve been coming here since I myself was a toddler and it’s still the best place to take the kids and teens to expend all that fun energy! Awesome arcade games along with kid friendly activities and games. The inside seems remodeled to some extent which was nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated but eh. The food is actually delicious and fresh, totally recommend the salad bar as it’s always garden fresh and yummy. They even have beer for the adults and parents! The service is usually good, cool peoples. All around cool place to chill and eat with the family on a wonderful weekend, would recommend to anyone with family or kids!

Fun place for the kiddos. They have a variety of games for all age ranges. Prices were decent and they have discounts when purchasing family packages which included tokens, pizza and salad bar. Restrooms were clean.

It is great that all of the games here are still one credit. There are always promotions for play credits on their website which makes this a great place to bring the kids for some fun!

Visited today (Thursday) around lunch time and we had a fun experience. There wasnt a crowd and everything was super clean. We were the first to use the salad bar and everything look fresh, clean, and very appetizing. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were happy with our food and service. I was a little disappointed to find out that this location no longer offers a lunch buffet so keep that in mind.

Just ran poorly and inefficiently... Had to wait a very long time for the food and a lot of the games were old and in need of repair.Only reason Im giving this a 2 and not a 1 is because some of the employees tried to do the right thing.

I was genuinely impressed by their pizza, I dont recall it being this good when I was a kid in the 90s. Id recommend getting their stuffed crust pizzas, because that way you dont have to buy separate cheese bread. Also, the 120 minutes play card deal is the best, you can swipe the card every 15-20 seconds, and just go around activating all your kids games, and you can keep adding credits to their games too, so they dont stop playing. Granted, there MUST BE a non-player for this to work (me). You can pause the time clock on the card once (to eat lunch, etc.), and the time left on the card is shown on each games pad at the bottom (in minutes). In case anyone drives an electric/plug-in hybrid vehicle, theres a Charge point station, just south of this place. Its a 5 minute walk away, open at all times

The staff is always cleaning up, and they are so friendly and customer focused. The children had a great time and they enjoyed the attention of the staff.

We went late on a weeknight for my 3 year olds birthday. They seemed short staffed. One employee was stamping people,taking food orders and running the prize store. It was out first time at Chuck E. Cheese in YEARS. No greeting when we first arrived, no explanation as to how things go or anything. The employee just stamped us and turned around and walked off! The food was surprisingly good. I dont remember it being that food before. Because it was a weeknight, it was pretty empty so the kids had a blast playing whatever they wanted with no wait.

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here yesterday. It was great! Our party host Callie, was the best! She took care of so much, had the food out on time, helped me stay on schedule. Did her job so well, with a smile and so sweet! Would consider having another bday here because the experience was so pleasant. Kids and adults had a great time! Im sure certain times gets hectic but from what Ive seen this location was great! Thank you for making my kid so happy!

They have the best pizza and it’s fun for the kids. I just wish they cleaned everything really good. I feel like it’s all dirty. And they took away tokens. It’s all swipe cards now like Dave and busters

We ordered the Lunch Pizza buffet and were really disappointed. We have had it many times before, and was what we expected those other times, but this time we definitely did not get our moneys worth. You are paying for all you can eat pizza, salad and dessert. In the 1.5+ hours that we were there, only 1 fresh pizza was put out, there were only 2 salad dressings, and in the last 5 minutes of the buffet, they finally put out something for dessert. We paid for 3 adults and 2 children, and we all definitely did not get our fill. We spoke to the manager, and he said they were short staffed and were doing the best they could. We suggested to him, that in a case like that, they shouldnt offer the buffet, if they werent able to keep up with it.

I love the smell of sweaty socks and broken dreams in the evening. Broken dreams from finding out that 3,475,984 tickets only buys you one set of plastic glow in the dark teeth and a half sucked on pixie stick. But damn, broken is the only kind of dream these beautiful babies dare to have and it is bliss

This place is a disappointment. Very expensive, 1/3 of the machines didnt work, 1/2 of the working machines didnt give out tickets. The staff is pretty friendly and the pizza was okay, but they dont make up for the lack of games for the price we paid, if I was after friendly service and good pizza, good is near my last choice. On another positive note, it was decently clean.Cant say if this is representative to all CECs, but I wouldnt be surprised.

Security was unavailable as my husband carried my toddler out of the facility kicking and screaming (because he didnt want to leave). There was no one at the front entrance to check his serial number to ensure that my child was not being kidnapped. I will never go to this place again. I certainly wouldnt recommend this place for parents with more than one kid to look after, it is just too easy to lose track of excited kids and security protection is a coin toss.

Not the most friendly staff. This location still has the group of animatronics so that might be a draw for Five Nights at Freddys fans. They have rides for the little ones and the ticket blaster as well as the salad bar. We asked for a plastic bag to keep our tickets in and they said they dont do that anymore. That we could buy a small tote for $1.00. Lame! Our pizza didnt have much cheese on it so we asked them to remake it. Even though it took 20+ minutes the first time we ordered. The staff did run after a kid trying to escape without his parents though so that was good.

Took my 4 yr old daughter. She had a blast! Some of the games dont work right, and they forgot her personal pizza, it was brought after I asked about it. But the new play pass is fantastic. She loves it, it wears her out and she always has fun.

I came on a friday afternoon. It seems that they only have 1 girl janna working very hard balancing cashier prizes and checking in guests. She handled all that with a smile! Good job Janna. They need more employees like her!

Today I had my sons birthday party 8 and 11. My 8 year old is on the Autism spectrum. We had Lily as our birthday party coordinator and she was beyond amazing. We were super impressed with her customer service and diligence to keep us informed. I have not had an experience before this. I also appreciated Manager Jose. Over though Lily was awesome! Ask for Lily she will do a great job.

The staff provided excellent customer service! They were very patient with all three of my kids and ensured that my family had what it needed to have a great experience.There was one employee that really went out of his way. I noticed that he had to run from the prize area to the check-in because no one else was at check- in/out area. It would have been nice for him to have a little bit of support and not manage two busy areas alone.The only other thing that I would change about chuck e cheese overall would be the ticket feeder. We had over 200 individual tickets that needed to be fed into the machine. Putting in these individual tickets in can be time consuming. They used to have a scale that could weigh the tickets. Please bring it back!Overall, my kids had a great time.Thank you!

Its a great place for the kids to have fun, they have a decent amount of games for them to play. Sometimes it get a little too over crowded but overall is good. The pizza is just too thin, the flavor is ok. The salad bar is great and unlimeted.

I have taken my kids here a couple of times. Its alright. There arent as many games at this one than other Chuck E Cheeses that I have been to. A lot of the machines arent working. The night I went (a Thursday) they only had one machine technician working and one person helping out with game malfunctions. They both stayed busy running back and forth fixing machines and helping out. There was only one person working the prize booth. The place was packed. I think things would go a lot smoother if they hired adequate staffing. I have seen a lot of complaints about the customer service in the reviews. I didnt experience any issues on my last visit. The crew was actually quite pleasant. I just see a lot of understaffing. Pizza was alright. I dont expect gourmet pizza from Chuck E Cheeses

I took my kidos there when they where growing up today I take my grandkidos and still have fun as a big kid lol. The best!!

Pizza is pretty good though a little pricey. Took 45 min. but thats what they told us when we ordered it. Most of the games are 1 point so those points go pretty far.

It could be a little more clean the workers dont go around the place that often to clean the tables. Also since its mostly little kids that go they should wash the carpet its really dirty.

Ots was clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked it, but my 7month old did not. Went to celebrate my neices 2nd birthday. Was too loud for the baby but perfect for the rest of the kids ages 2-13.

It was absolutely packed. Had to wait a couple times to get tickets from machines. Pizza came out fairly fast for what was supposed to be an hour wait. The staff of the 3 we saw working were hustling. Good old fun at chucky cheeses. Family had a great time.Side note; if you take you family here. Stay inside and enjoy. The same 2 groups of I believe fathers stepped out every 5 min to toke it up right out front.. serious? Be a dad.Hope thats not the norm for chucky cheeses front of their business.

Great place for kids to just be kids. They can run around, play games and just have fun. Its also nice they have cards to reload instead of tokens.

What a rip off...and you need to get new managers in this place. And workers that can be trained to work in every part of your restaurant. No excuses to have one cashier on a Saturday afternoon. What on earth is wrong with this place?? This place the workers have bad attitudes. Overall I give you a one poor service.

The games are fun for the kids and my kids did have a good time. Also, the staff was careless and rude. They acted like they didnt want to be there and had attitude while dealing with normal customer requests. I waited an hour for a personal size pizza and some burnt fries. I returned the fries and asked for a new batch. 20 minutes later I receive my new batch of BURNT fries! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced!

Editing review from 4-stars to 3-stars. Everything in my original review stands; the change is due to various machines being down over the course of multiple visits. On my last visit, only 1 of 4 ticket collection machines was operational, causing a bit of a wait while families were trying to convert their tickets to receipts. Previous review: Friendly service with good food and good service. My kids love coming here and enjoy the rides and games...my children are very young (7 and under), and the rides/games are very geared towards the younger demographic. There arent as many games for teens or adults, and it does not have a ball room or bouncy house type area as other locations. This Chuck E. Cheese isnt as large as some other locations, but the open layout is welcome. Sometimes the soda machine is hit or miss with the ice machine. Definitely a good time if have younger children.

Its been awhile visiting since my daughter was little but now grand kids come. Love the change in food taste, pizza was awesome better than most. Games were great, kids were so busy playing it was a chore getting kids to sit. Any problems they fixed and gave extra if machine malfunctions. That is great customer service, keep us happy means we spend is good business. The experience is worth the money. Memories with grand kids!

We had our grandsons bday on a weekday after school. With 30 plus kids and about 15 adults they let us set up our event in the party area near the stage. The staff and management couldnt have been any nicer and accommodating. We did not reserve this area. They just let us set up and bring in our cupcakes . Top notch Chuck E Cheese of Murrieta. You guys rock.

Since it was my first time going I was last at first. Had to figuee out on my own how the games ran. After that, my grandson went for 3 hours. Great time for him. I just wish the staff was more helpful.

Well maintained. All the games I saw were functioning. A ticket counter malfunctioned and an attendant came within a minute or two to fix it. Busy but well enough laid out that it wasnt insane, except when trying to redeem tickets. The employees did a good job moving that along, but there probably werent enough of them there.

The staff has always been great for me, However I avoid their food so cant speak to the service or quality there. My kids who have almost outgrown Chuck e. Cheeses, always enjoyed their time here and the assortment of games.Now one thing I will say is, yes it can be dirty or messy at times with long waits. It seems they operate on a shoestring budget, so I dont blame it on a lack of hard work by the employees, but corporate policies which try to run their businesses with the least amount of employees possible.This sadly is becoming the norm for restaurants and food service type businesses. Its sad, but true these days. Just go with low expectations and youll be just fine. Remember, the kids dont care one bit about the things we do. They just want to play skeeball, win tickets and eat half a slice of pizza! (You parents know what I mean)

My experience with this location is its lots of fun and always a go to when our daughter is antsie. Lots of games. Best time to go is between 11a.m. and 2p.m. Mon - Fri when lunch buffet is 8$ a person. Also good, clean environment. Favorite part is that they are adamant about safety and you always have a stamp upon entering the place.

Long review from a mom of 4... 3 stars solely for the deals. And deals on play passes only. Food is over priced but its not unusual for an arcade or amusement park. I come here maybe 4 times a year, have been for at least 10 years. The staff is ever changing and Im not surprised because the employees typically have a I hate my job and you type of attitude. They are disinterested in helping out when games go down, tickets stop printing, or when cashing in for prizes. It has cause me to start looking for another location recently because, i dont want to pay for an attitude. Skeeball is always missing balls and there is always a kid who thinks hes a pitcher and ends up tossing those balls into another kid . Too many games down and not enough games that print out a great amount of tickets. Play pass is great but the system is so slow that you wait too long for the pad to register that your card is on the sensor. Takes at least 1 minute to load a new game and when you have a certain amount of time on your card, those minutes add up. Go on the weekdays avoid the crowds its not worth the headache hassle or attitude to go on a weekend. If you do go to this location try the dinosaur game in the back, gives out a decent amount of tickets for the kiddos so you wont feel like youve wasted your money.

The lines take insanely long! I just wanted to buy a drink and every single person took 15-20 min! I walked away unbelievable. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Will never come back.
