I have always been impressed by the quality of service given by the team employed here. They have consistently gone above and beyond what I have asked.We came here for a birthday party and found it revamped and impressively remodeled as Bowlero. The lanes, the seating, the fun offerings outside of simply bowling.They have a walk up snack bar ingeniously set up as food truck, the bar looks a fun alternative for adults in an all around welcoming environment.The setup for the party was well thought and the simply amazing.Highly suggested place for the entire family!

This was an awesome birthday party for my severely disabled son. He loves bowling. Our waitress was super attentive and the food was good. We had a blast. For the actual experience we would give the place 5 stars. I gave it only there stars because it booking representative cheated us out of 4 movie tickets. When we booked the party for my son the advertisement said if we booked an event before May 31st wed get 4 free movie tickets. So when we didnt get the 4 free tickets, my daughter called and was told by the booking rep (sorry about your luck) you didnt use the promo code. Are you serious. Wow. Well I think its a shame because the staff that helped us the night of the party were amazing but the booking representatives unwillingness to honor the advertisement is such a shame. So I would caution everyone to check the fine print before booking anything with these guys. Honestly when I booked this I didnt see anything that said you must use this promo code so it actually seems like this company just wants to get over on their customers. Typical business before customers.

Everyone is very nice there and we had a great time. Nothing wrong with some healthy competition in the family.

This place is really cool but the waitresses are horrible! Trying to up sell everything not even here when it’s 1/2,price. Ordering drinks and food. She told me to go to bar to get my own water where it’s self serve! I advise just walking up to bar/food shack and serve yourself.

Havent been in a while. They did have a remodel come to find out. Beer prices, especially for happy hour, legit. Bowled and enjoyed life.

Awesome alley. Bar is good but they close the till an hour (!) early. Fun lanes. Good leagues. And a very nice and very expensive arcade. I love this place.

We enjoyed our time here despite the overall dirtiness. Staff was very nice. They were busy so the wait was long, we ordered food and it was pricey but yummy. The reason for 2 stars is because this place was so dirty. The rest rooms were horrible, trash can was so full and over flowing. Toilets did not flush properly and floors were dirty. Our bowling lane was sticky with spills and dried food. This definitely needs to improve as the cost for bowling, food and drinks does not equal going back to a dingy establishment.

Heres the thing its a bowling alley, a beautiful renovated bowling alley to he exact EXCEPT our visit on the night of Sunday, July 15th was less then stellar. We were in lane 8 and our lane malfunctioned a minimum of 10 times with us waiting at least 3-6 minutes for them to fix it EVERYTIME. We payed for 2 games and because of the lane malfunction we barely were able to start our 2nd game. We only got to the second round before the alley was closing and we had to leave. The food menu looked like it would have been decent however we ate before we came so we didnt try the food, they also have a full bar and we did have a few cocktails. What was really a big bummer was that we were there to celebrate a birthday tonight and the birthday girl left pretty let down which you never want to happen on someones birthday. Overall it was a nice bowling alley and I imagine without the malfunctioning lane and the long wait times for it to be repaired it had the potential to be a great evening.

The best bowling alley I have ever been too! They have automatic bumpers on the lanes for kids which is great because I have a 1 and 4 year old, the bumper come up with its the kids turn and go back down for adults. Awesome prices normally and great week day deals. Good food good beer great arcade !

First time here and had the bad experience with the food truck. Ordered 2 milkshakes at 3:28 pm and had to ho check up on order 3 times finally got them at 3:52 pm 2 simple oreo shakes. The waitress never came to our area to see if we wanted to order anything!

I was explained by one of the workers that the games were by hour charge. Turns out it was by games. So instead of making it enjoyable with my daughter for around 25 bucks turned into 50 bucks. So displeased with the manager and how he handled it.

We had an awesome Rock n Roll party. The hummus was delicious and the service was great! Having the tables and the setup ready for us made our time seamless. Kids and adults had a fun time.

Great location with multiple lanes .. we came celebrating a birthday and everything was great and ready for us. Our server was great and made sure we didnt need anything (drinks, foods etc) great places for kids and adults kids ;)

Tons of arcade games and about 40 lanes for bowling. The bar has a good variety and the food selection is not too bad either. Some Lanes do seem to need more maintenance than usual

Waited over an hour for a lane. To get told we would have to wait 2 more hours because they were giving the lanes to the bowling league. Half the bowling alley was still open however it needed repairs and to be oiled both which the front attendant didn’t have an idea when they were going to show up. Please let customers know up front what’s going on.

Seems a bit expensive for bowling... Not a bowler so was surprised to have a waitress, but she was super nice and that was cool. Just the price was a bit of a shock for one game and 4 shoe rentals.. And steer clear of the games. They are EXPENSIVE and they cheat...

The new lane design (couches & wooden tables) wasnt well planned... needs some work. Would be nice if they cleaned the back ends of the lanes as well.

We like this place but bowling has gotten expensive for a family. They remodeled but instead of fancy new seating they should have updated equipment. Alley 13 and 14 jam and ball isnt returned. Have to repeatedly go to desk to ask them to do something. Two of the alleys to the far left have same problem. They say problem is two bowlers roll their balls same timeWe know not to do this but keep happening. I would like to keep going hereHope problem gets fixed.

We didnt bowl, we just went to the bar and the service is subpar. We sat at the bar and basically got ignored until we demanded attention. They are disorganized and the big Marge margarita is gross.

Fun upgraded place. A bit pricey, so bring your own shoes if you have them. They have deals as well to help make it affordable.

Took my church team here on a Saturday night with no reservation. The place was busy but in a fun way. The workers behind counter were very helpful. The manager I can say is awesome. I believe his name was Tony. He answered my questions and helped me with my coupons I received online as a new member. Sorry Tony I did not complete your survey within 24 hours but you were wonderful! I could just tell he cared about me and his job! The lanes were full with families, parties having a good time.

Love the bowling on Saturdays for our special needs kiddos! They are always so nice and friendly to us. They are engaging with our kids and always make us feel welcome to bowl and enjoy Brunswick. Looking forward to have both of our childrens upcoming birthday parties at the bowling alley. They will both be thrilled to have their birthday parties at Brunswick! Cant wait!

Normally enjoy bowling here, but today they closed the whole place on a Saturday night for a private event. That’s fine, except there was no mention on the website that this was the case. Are we supposed to call every time we want to go bowling? Very poor, will be going elsewhere in future.

If you just want to have a night out with friends this alley may be ok for you, bring lots of money! If you are a BOWLER this house is not bowler friendly, its way to dry and they need to make repairs to the alley. This Was, one of the best BOWLING alleys on the west coast. Don’t trust what they put in theWebsite, they will tell you “ we changed it” when you get there and charge you whatever they want . No unlimited bowling, no drink specials, nothing! Whatever they decide to do they will do. And when you show them the website they will say oh we will get to that when we can

Had my sons birthday here - kids had a great time. We reserved two lanes and had ordered pizzas, chicken tenders and fries all of which was done a month in advance. I believe reserving a party like this is handled by corp perhaps in a call center because they were disorganized when we got there and mentioned that whoever reserved wasnt aware of what was going on. The kitchen was under remodel which they failed to tell us when we reserved so the kids could not get chicken tenders and fries. We still got our pizzas.

Definitely a fun place to go, and staff is super nice and helpful. From the front desk to the bartender and our server at the lanes, the most help and information Ive ever gotten at a bowling alley. Loved the pool tables and arcade too.

Great pricing and no wait for a lane. Downside was the food did not come out as it looked in pictures and most the items in it was cold. We got the alley sampler. So cold nachos with jalapenos and chili beans on them. Not what was in pic. Cold cheese sticks and burnt mozzarella dippers.

David & Devine are wonderful managers. We came here back in January for our sons birthday and there was a missing charge in the food area and the manager made up for it by giving my family 2 hours of bowling. We didnt think wed be able to do it since it is now March but the honor what the said theyd do. Which was way more then we could ask for! Thankyou gentlemen! The staff working tonight was very nice & helpful as well!

This place used to be 5 . Great location, good music, cool people, but what made it great was the specials they offered, especially their Friday night special $ 10.00 plus shoe rental for unlimited bowling from 10pm to 1am. I used to be here every Friday night with with friends and because it was only 10.00 a person, it gave us more to spend at the bar and snack bar. Well recently they got rid of the Friday night special, and now charge $6.99 per game per person. Went last night spent almost 21.00 per person and was only able to bowl from 1015p to 1145p, over double the price for half the time, which also cut back on how much we could spend at the bar and snack bar. Like I said I used to love this place, but now its just isnt worth it. Dont get me wrong still cool place, with great staff, but doesnt make up for the extreme price hike, and all around makes it no longer worth it. Bad move Cal Oaks, bad move... You guys used to be packed on Friday nights, every lane going, but now with the special gone and the extreme rate increase, as proof from last night only 2/3 of the Alley was used and most were only playing 1-2 games. Which may allow more money per games per lane but in the long run cuts way back on the amounts people spend in other areas of the property. Well Im definitely going to be looking for a new bowling alley with an unlimited bowling special on the weekend (not in the middle of the week like a Wednesday), and will be back if they ever bring back the Friday nights special, which is the same thing I heard from over half the other bowlers last night. Once again Bad move Brunswick, Bad move!!!

Very fun, but over priced. Would go more than 1xyear if over all costs were 20% less. 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids, including 1 4yr old) cots just under $160 to bowl two games, with some food and drinks... that was our split (shared bill with family). Food was 2 alcoholic drinks, 2 kids meals a mini-flat bread pizza and 2 mini-sliders. Arcade was impressive but hars to find a single game that costs less than $2 each play. Honestly would be a cool place to frequent once a month with the family if I knew we could walk out of there, for under $100.

We had our softball party at Brunswick Zone and looks like the girls had a blast! The staff were also friendly & helpful! My daughter enjoyed so much she wants to go back for more bowling!

Dirty and overpriced. Constant problems with balls not being returned, the lane getting stuck. We alerted the front desk each time but after the fourth problem asked for a refund and were told we should have said something sooner and no luck. There are lots of places to bowl in Murrietta, dont choose this one!

Didnt bowl, just went to look at the bowl. They had remodel the inside of the bowl. New seating area and tables in the bowling areas. Automatic scorers and all synthetic lanes.

Recently remodeled very nicely! Staff is always attentive and friendly. The food is yummy especially the turkey sandwich and the lanes are well kept.

Kids had a great time. Bowled three games because it was very nice. Clean floors as well.

Lived down the street from this place for close to 16 yrs now and I can say that their customer service used to be rather sh*tty but has definitely improved over the past few years. Prices are only worth it if you go at specials times like 2.22 Tuesdays. Plenty of new kids working there, so expect some delays and occasional mistakes with food/drink/check situations. Fun atmosphere, recently remodeled, lanes are taken care of, overall good times.

Family has been going here for many years now. Ive moved out of Temecula but almost every time I come to visit my parents, we always come here to bowl a few games.

They remodeled looks nice but the bowling tables need to be changed and the mechanical equipment in the back. Pricing has gone way up

Go there to bowl, and also shoot some pool,on the Pooltables. Its lots of fun.

I love the remodel! The pro shop is great and well worth a visit and I am truly surprised at the quality of the food at the snack bar. Its more like the appetizer menu from a nice restaurant than bowling/bar food. Join a league and spend some time here and youll soon feel like your visiting a good friends house. You know, if you have friends that live in giant houses with an arcade, snack bar and bowling lanes!

Hi,We were on lanes 17 & 18 today.Lane 17 was taking a very long time all morning setting up a new rack!On a positive note, we all enjoyed the new lighting! Everything seemed so much brighter.I hope you will continue to make the bowling experience a great one!

Bowling at Brunswick isnt that great, to many lanes are always breaking down, or not in use, and the bowling balls always get stuck down there and slow ball return to the racks. They need to have better lanes a d faster bowling balls coming back.

No complaints here. Good service and had some good laughs here. I havent bowled in over a decade, so I now remember why...Im horrible at it :)

Raised prices WAY TO MUCH, for my two boys and I (5 & 7). 3 games of bowling came to over 75.00 on a Sunday afternoon. 75.00 DOLLARS. This is outrageous. Now instead of paying for the lane and shoes, NOW each person playing gets charged as well. So if you are on a league with 10 people can you imagine how much that would be. Unless this is only for the working man who wants to take his kids in for a little fun. Until this price goes back down, you lost my business and many others after they read or hear about this.Good day to you.Jerry
