Fun first time experience. My daughter had so much fun. Theres a lot of fun play areas throughout the facility. A lot of seating throughout the fun areas so you can watch and be close to your kids . I was able to pay online and fill the waiver out before we got there . I would of liked some food there, but they do have an area that they sell drinks, some snacks ,& ice-cream. Overall experience was excellent

Brought my kids here for the first time today thanks to a Groupon deal. Ive been here one time before for a Friday birthday party that was absolutely chaotic (my children werent with me) so I was honestly dreading coming today.Upon arrival, I filled out the waivers for my monsters which was a breeze and the girl working at the counter was calm and kind.BE FOREWARNED: BRING GRIP SOCKS. They are required or your child wont be able to play, unless you want to purchase a pair here for $2.50. Dont make my same mistake, I had no idea.The place is pretty small so its easy to get claustrophobic and get very loud. I highly recommend coming during the week, in the evening. Its is much more calm and your children will be able to enjoy the place more.A good sweep and some bathroom clean up would be pretty nice to give it a clean feel. The hand sanitizer everywhere was nice!Id come again, just not often.

Awesome! Place is clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Liked that a staff member watched over the trampoline area and told kids the rules first. They also put on a few rounds of a dodge ball game and got all the kids involved that seemed fun and cool. There are no height requirements or restrictions so both my very small 7 year old and 10 year old was not turned away like some other places we have been to. Parents are also encouraged to play. You can bring charging cables and charge your devices at different areas too for free. There are massage chairs starting at $2 for 6 minutes.

Tons of different options for the kids, some great hideouts for the parents and a cool room for a birthday party, if you have one. They serve, clean and cook everything so you dont have to deal with it. The free WiFi is a nice touch and the massage chairs are definitely worth the money. I highly recommend coming during the week because its not absolutely insane. Also, check Groupon and you might get a good deal on the tickets.

This was an excellent stop for us. Lots of different activities for little ones to do and nice sitting areas for the adults. We did not get to partake in the sitting area as the children wanted us to run around with them but we had a ton of fun AND adults are half price with a child.The trampoline is heavily watched while the other areas are not watched much at all. They also have dodgeball games with a ref which is great. So many times Ive seen kids try to do dodgeball and it just doesnt work out because no one is enforcing the rules.

This place is great for all the family! My son and I had a blast ,parents are allowed to go inside the playground.Dont forget your grip socks you will need them. They sell drinks and candy I recommend taking water bottles and healthy snacks. It is very inexpensive! Fun guaranteed for all!!!

Got a good deal on Groupon. Kids seemed to have a fun time. My first impression was that this place seems a little smaller than what I had thought it would be, but it didnt seem to matter to the kids.I was kind of annoyed that I had to fill out a waiver just to be in the building.Plenty of places for parents to sit and relax, watch TV, charge devices etc.

My kids had an amazing time here. They were entertained every minute they were here. My only concern is The Toddler Area. Up to age 5. There were many kids clearly over the age of 5 running over my two toddlers. Which was highly frustrating as there were no parents or employees around to monitor this.Besides this the kids had fun. The music was great. Location was very clean.

We had so much fun! They had everything to keep my kids entertained. My kids are 2 and 4 and it was very young kid friendly. My 4 year old loved the rock climbing while the 2 year old loved the trampoline

Took all three of my boys here for my sons 1st birthday two weeks ago and they had a blast! I have a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a 1 year old and they had a range of activities for all three of them! It was our first experience at one of these indoor parks and I think we found one of the best parks out there! It was very clean, the price is extremely reasonable, the staff is very friendly and helpful (great customer service) and I’ve had a great experience so far! We plan to go back this Wednesday for our middle sons 3rd birthday!

Great place for babies, kids, and adults. I brought my two kids (3 and 6) for 90 minutes and it was perfect. I even played on the equipment with them for a bit. I did also get in a 15 minute massage in one of their chairs for $5. Tons of fun and well-worth the cost. It was very clean and the staff was really friendly. I will definitely be back.

We went for the Tot Hours and had a blast! It was clean, and it felt like a safe environment. The kids were exhausted after all the climbing, jumping, crawling, and sliding. It was a great time that led to some great naps!

Here at least 1 time per week. Kids love it. Its not huge but definitely enough for the kids and always clean

This is a reall cool place for kids to let loose. The shirt the employees wear says it all, wearing kids out since 2014. Plus they have really nice massage chairs for mom or dad to sit in while the kids go nuts. Of course the chairs cost money as well. Or you can put on some socks and join the kids. Lots of Purell hanging on just about every wall. Highly reccomend this place.

I usually take my grandkids ages 2,6,&8 to uptown jungle and they would look forward to it but last weekend not long before we got there my 6 year old granddaughter came crying and my 8 year old grandson not far behind her also in tears . They pointed out a teenage boy who had twisted my granddaughter’s hand and she claimed that her 8 year old brother came to tell the boy to leave her alone , the teenager punched my grandson on the chest and of course I went to the from desk to complain about the incident and one of the employees approached the teen who in turn denied the whole thing and that was the end of it . Nothing was done . I’m still very much disappointed about the way it was handled. A TEENAGER BULLYING young children ?

My 7 year old daughter loves this place. Great way for her to jump and get lots of exercise. Parents love it for the strong wifi and cell phone charge stations everywhere, massage chairs, comfy seats, and the parents room complete with big leather couch and huge LED screens. Staff was great!

Kids love love this place. From my nephew thats 2 to my oldest thats 12. They have mornings open for toddlers some days so they can run around the whole park with lit getting run over. They have slides, trampoline, trampoline Dodge ball, inflatable courses, toddler area and more.

This place is soo much fun and costs less than the local trampoline parks. There is so much more to do than just jump. They have massage chairs for the parents and a room with couches and a big screen tv with remote controls for the parents. However, if you would rather play with or just stay right with your child, you can go all through the play area with them. There is a small snack bar with fountain sodas and drinks you can buy out of the vending machine. They also sell chips and some candy and other snacks. There are charging ports on the counters where parents can sit and watch their kids. Other reviewers have criticized the fact that the doors are wide open and your child could escape. It is true the doors are open and you can go in and out whenever you want, but if I had a child that was too young to know better than to go out the door, I would be watching them very closely and staying right with them anyway. This place does not offer babysitting.

Brought my family here today, for my daughters 3rd birthday. We had a great time from beginning to end. Was surprisingly inexpensive very clean and kid friendly. Great to let the kids run around and burn off some energy while you relax. If you have small children its an absolute no brainer.

I was looking for something to do with my 3 year old and I stumbled upon this place. I got a Groupon right before going in and I paid an adult ticket (half of a kids ticket).It was so much fun. My daughter jumped to her hearts content as well as went through the little obstacle courses. Needless to say there was enough for her to do that time passed really quickly.After we were done I could tell she was very tired but had enough. I highly recommend this place.One thing which you would expect from such a place is that is can get smelly but overall the place had nice air-condition and facilities were nice and clean

My family and I came in on a Friday afternoon. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Place is well kept with a lot of activities for the kids to do. There are seating areas for the adults, or for half the price you can join your kids and play. This was helpful for my son and my granddaughter who is only two. My own children, ages five and nine had a blast. Prices are reasonable and are time based. They have socks with gripping soles available for purchase. Sign your waivers online to save time. I will definitely take my children and grandchildren back here to play.

We had a great time here. My boys (8, 5, and 2 years old) played hard and slept well. We will definitely be going back! I especially liked that they tried to make this a family experience. Parents/Adults are half price to encourage you to get out there and be active with the kids. If not, there was plenty of comfortable seating for spectators at every angle.

Since its designed for kids in mind its a great place to take them to run, play, scream and climb. My grandchildren love it. Great place to take the children when the weather is to hot, cold or raining.

Lots of fun was had. Im so glad we decided to go right at the opening time because it started to get really busy right as our time was up.Suggestions for future remodel or other locations would be to have the parent lounge up by the front doors so as to keep an eye on little ones and make sure they dont go out the door by mistake or otherwise.

Indoor playground where the children can play for hours. I bring my picnic basket and let them have 2 hours of fun. Groupon is my favorite online place to buy their tickets. The discounts are great.

Absolutely love this place! Kids play for a while you get a little massage. Only complaint I have is the lights in the back TV room for parents. If they could just dim the lights a bit so you can relax without the bright lights in your face lol. You can also play with the kids for half the price, which is also really fun!

Very fun place to take your kids, I wouldnt recommend it for parties as their party bundles are pretty steep and you only get the room for 30 minutes to do cake and presents, the party rooms are very small and loud. If your just going here for an hour or two though the kids have tons of fun.

Fun place, gets very crowded during the hot summer. My kids had a good time. The day we went was extremely crowded and had I not paid to play I wouldnt have felt comfortable letting my 4 1/2 year old roam around the big play structure alone . There were several lost kids that day and my oldest daughter had to help them out of the play structure and bring them to the front desk to be reunited with their parents . More staff needs to walk around the inside of the play structure. But my kids had a fantastic time .

I love to bring the kids here. My kids are ages 11 and 12. Their 4 yr old cousin was visiting for the holiday and she had a blast. Its a good time for kids of all ages.

The kids loved it. Mine are 8 & 10, so I thought they might be too old for it, but they absolutely loved it. The little ones also love it! Im not a huge fan of their customer service, having to wait in line for 20 minutes on our first visit and being ignored by the manager after making eye contact and waving at her for assistance.

Uptown Jungle is AMAZING! I had so much playing along side my 6 year old grandson! Thats the best part! Definitely plan on a minimum of at least 1.5 - 2 hours. 1 hour is not long enough!!! Too much fun to be had! Oh... and the staff were super nice!

Kids had fun. It gets packed and there is no one really enforcing that no big kids go into the toddler area. You kind of have to monitor closely. Some parents let their kids run wild and break rules. My girls had fun regardless. A good alternative on a rainy day. $12 per person for an hour is pretty good. 90 minutes run at $19. They also do partys. If youre a germaphobe, this place is not for you.

This place is actually pretty cool theres a whole set up in the back with a couch, two televisions for adults to relax while the kids play, theres several charging stations in this one area, theres a toddler area for the little ones and party rooms. I attended a birthday party here and aside from that party never even heard about this place. My overall experience with the exception of Brenn who had AWESOME customer service was good smile I would definitely try this place again the kids had fun

Nice place to have a birthday party, they do all of the work. You let the kids burn off energy and tire themselves out. Then, an awesome party hostess serves, sings, and takes pictures for you. We had Peyton, and she was super awesome! We are very thankful that it was a stress-free, clean-up free party. (So stress free, that I am thinking about having the family Thanksgiving there.) They did a great job!

We just had my grand daughters birthday party and your service, respect and up holding your contract understand was horrible. My kids spent over $600 for nothing! They over booked the party room that was paid for. They called the night before left a voicemail stating we couldn’t have what was paid for then when people showed up they were told that the party was scheduled for an hour and half later then reserved. You need to go out of business or fire your rude employees who through away food right out of our hands! Started clearing the room in less than 20 mins and then tried to charge for more jumpers then what we had. You stated water would be provided it wasn’t!

Its okay there are many things to do but a small thing of flavored sugar is $2.00, what!! Also it gives you lots of burns an hurt ankles, but it is pretty darn fun.

We had an absolute blast today! We were there for the 10-1 toddler time and it was so perfect. Not too busy on the rainy Wednesday we went. Music was maybe a little loud since it was really hard to hear each other. But my kiddo had a really great time. Very affordable. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoy the toddler time at Uptown Jungle. My three year old loves it even though she only sticks to the same few activities. I just wish it wasnt so loud in there. Between the music and the machines I feel like I am yelling all the time.

This place was a blast! A larger-than-life funfest for my three year old son, and an unexpected workout for his 40 year old daddy! Haha, it was a riot for me too, sliding down every kind of crazy slide you can imagine and shooting cannons filled with foam balls. They only charged me for the boy, and I could go on everything except the trampolines. Great event for the kids!

My family came for a birthday for classmate in school and it was our first time. It was a Friday around 6pm and wasnt that packed. The place was really cool with a lot of different activities to do. Both my boys had a super fun time and did not want to leave. Plenty of seating for all the adults that didnt participate. They even had a tv lounge area for the adults. There was three different private party rooms too. Clean restrooms and three massage chairs if you felt the need. Definitely a place to have an event or gathering at, I dont know the prices because we were a guest. Overall this place is worth it!
