Kids had great time. We felt very safe since they limit capacity there was plenty of space between people and they constantly sanitize. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice staff, very clean. Fun place for just bringing your kids or having a big group party. Nice party rooms, clean bathrooms. Love all the nice sitting areas with massage chairs and sofas located all over. Really big and fun little person play area. We keep going back! Love it!

Ive been taking my son here for several years and it is definitely his favorite play place. We stopped going for a while because I noticed trash laying around, the ball pit had barely any balls in it, the bathrooms were gross, ect. It seemed to be going downhill. But, we recently went back and it was great! Everything looked a lot cleaner and plenty of new balls/foam blocks. We will definitely be there to play a lot this summer!

Great trampoline park. Very clean and well maintained. The reason for four stars is there was a lack of employees supervising the different areas. My 5 year old was playing in the 48 and under area and there were some big kids that shouldve not been in there. The parents obviously werent paying attention and the employee should have been regulating it. Other than that it was great. The kids area is nice because there is only one exit spot and you can see the kids inside the structure.

Great alternative to a workout! This gym is a bit run down and for som reason the lights weren’t on, so from the outside it looked closed. There weren’t many employees working there, so getting help was a little confusing. For about $11 a person you get one hour of jump time. Before you go you have to fill out a waiver, which is a little time consuming, but if you do it before had online you save yourself 15min. They have a snack shop, arcade and a parents lounge with WiFi. Everything is pretty clean, but the lights were out so everything looks good in the dark! Some of the trampolines were a bit squeaky and a bit shaky. Other than that it’s a fun place to take the kids or get a workout in.

This place was fun, however, I feel like it was a below average experience for a few reasons.1. There was no overview of the rules or any type of safety talk before letting us in (besides us signing a waiver.. but there was no, only one person per box, watch out for other jumpers, etc).2. Additionally, there was a major lack of supervision. I only saw one area being supervised by an employee.3. My major concern was the condition that the place was in. It was NOT clean at all.. lots of debris and stuff on the trampolines. Upholstery was in bad condition, gum stuck pretty much everywhere.. Im not sure a vacuum has been run in the place recently. Very disappointing on that front.

For the record my daughter had a blast here. However, they are way overdue for a remodel. Speaking of viruses, I was here for 1.5 hours and I didnt see one employee wipe anything down. Everything is dirty. Burned out light bulbs, the foam blocks in the kid area are so old they literally fall apart in the kids hands. No toilet seat covers in the mens room, etc. If you are a germ a fob, stay away.

Very disappointed. It was worn and smelled. Carpets torn and trampolines were ripped. Staff not helpful. Supervision was poor. Although little kids had there own area they were allowed on the area for older jumpers, even toddlers. At one point a toddler was laying across an area meant for running, blocking older kids and the dad standing there did nothing. I did not sign a waiver. There were no gripper socks to purchase. Kids jumped in bare feet which grossed me out and is totally unsanitary. There was no air conditioning. I will never come again and a highly recommend finding another trampoline park.

Awesome time here!! Customer service is beyond great!! This specific time, we arrived 1 hour before closing time. My kids got to jump and play all the way up until 9pm.. the guys didnt turn off lights or announce for them to leave until it was already 9... That really shows great customer service and maturity on their part especially for younger employees on a weekend night.We really appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. We have had 4 or 5 birthday parties here and have ALWAYS had an excellent experience!!

Had a birthday party here & everything was great except the weird smells around the place. The overall smell went away but the bathroom just smelled awful each time. Staff was more than friendly, but the little dodgeball area wasn’t monitored like most places so some older kids were messing with the younger ones.

Super clean, very large, kept cool and smells good. Hope that doesnt ever change. They also serve food here and have an arcade. My kids love this place!

Today was the day my daughter had been waiting for, for weeks, her third birthday. We were all so excited. My whole family was in their unicorn gear and ready to get their jump on. Instead, my daughter’s birthday that I spent over 400 dollars to have at Aerosports turned into a complete disaster. First of all, the package that I paid for says for “up to 40 guests.” The premier room that we rented had enough seating for 15. The rest of the people were forced to stand or sit outside in the walkway. Then the pizza provided by the venue was late. Our guests were hungry and antsy and with their policy that no outside food can be brought in, they were held captive without anything to snack on. Finally, the pizza arrived about 15 minutes late, which wouldn’t seem so bad, but we only had the room for 30 minutes after that. The party host decided to release the kids to “jump for a little longer.” By the time we got all the kids rounded up again, there was fifteen minutes left. We sang happy birthday to my daughter at 4:45. We started dishing up cake, because the party host wasn’t there and then as we were passing out the last piece of cake at 4:55 (10 minutes later) she came back to tell us we had to be out of the room by 5:00 sharp. Everyone was forced to scarf down their cake and we had to open presents at home and no one got to see how my daughter reacted to their gifts. The party host Lexie was missing in action for the majority of the party and I had to run up to her for drink refills and pretty much anything I needed to be done because she was never there as was promised on the website. Then they charge you for a package that won’t feed your guests so they upcharge you for EVERYTHING. More pizza- Money. More drink options- money. Pitcher of water-MONEY. As I cried and explained to the manager that my daughter hadn’t even opened her gifts yet he replied that I was free to sit on the ground in the facility to open presents but by then I was so upset I just wanted the nightmare to end. The saving grace is that my daughter is three and won’t remember how bad this whole thing went. Unfortunately, it will be a party I will never forget. Save your money and DO NOT book Aerosports for you next event. It is sure to disappoint.

Air conditioned and fun for the kids. They also have sports on tvs and massage chairs for the moms and dads. Arcade is in the back too. My 7 year olds favorite is dodgeball. Tons of fun.

I have been to this park just for a regular jump session and it was fun. I decided to try out the birthday party package for my sons 13th birthday. Never again will I do that. Externally under staffed!!!! The same guy checking in the multiple party kids arriving was cleaning the party rooms. The party package includes 1 hour of jump time and 1 hour using the party room. The last few of my party showed up right as it was starting and it took them 20min to get wrist bands to start jumping. Again they only had an hour. They have 1 area to purchase water, they I 1 person working the counter and a line of 10 deep. My kids had fun but very very frustrating for me as the parent. Not to mention embarrassing for myself in front of my guests that came.The pizza at was not good at all and the party rooms are way to small!!!I paid almost 300 for this party and never will I do it again!!!!

Im giving a 3 because the staff was really nice. The place itself is run down. Holes in trampolines covered with duck tape. Other trampoline have lost elasticity and are loose. Very low hanging ceilings for a place like this Its a danger to young ones that dont what to watch out for. As I said. People are nice and the place has potential. The owner just needs to fix whats damaged

We went for my daughters birthday.... we spent 2 hours in there .... I only seen 1 employee in the jumping area once ... most of the employees were hanging in the back.... the place was so dirty . I wont be returning

I love this place. If you have children with disabilities they have a special $5 hour. I recommend everyone come here. Great place for exercise or just have fun.

I went there with a couple of friends just to hang out but there was SERIOUSLY NOTHING TO DO! Yeah sure, you’re supposed to jump on trampolines and all, but there is seriously NOTHING! The only thing you CAN do is just Jump and Play Dodgeball. For the toddlers side; their side looks fun, even for all ages. Never mentioning this area for a hangout ever again.

This place does not look like the pictures. Everything looks old and worn; torn carpets, bathrooms disgusting and no air conditioning. Minimal supervision my 7 year old slipped into the foam pit the rope didn’t even reach across, I was trying my best to get her out and even though she was crying and screaming the two staff who were supervising continued with their conversation and did not come over to assist. Thank you so much to the wonderful mom who heard us and came to help.

Good amount of comfortable seating for parents. Kids seemed mostly well behaved no real bullies. Lots of variety for all ages.

Seriously excellent experience. Friendly staff was the best part. Lots of room, wasnt crowded at all. Toddler & full-sized foam pits, two trampoline dodgeball courts, & a spinning sweeper machine. Thats just the tip. It feels like a big arcade with concession & a few party rooms. Clean bathrooms too. We wanted a place & found they also cost less than other places. Thats the cherry on top.

They need to clean up and disinfect lots of little germs but hey kids have a blast. So make sure to take a pair of socks and ha d sanitizer or wipes for after

Super fun place for kids and adults too!! Just make sure you read the warning signs and the dos and donts. As always, it is better be safe than sorry. Anyways, there are alert personnel looking and roaming around to check the jumpers safety.

Its only $12 per child and they can run,jump,go crazy and take a long nap after lol...its well air conditioned and its a great way for kid to exercise while having the time of there lives...staff is always super kind and professional.

I take my two-year-old son there he enjoys so much. The only reason they’re getting 4 star sometime the customer service up in the front it is lagging. This is a pretty great place.

It is affordable and fun. There are arcade games, a cafe, dodge ball areas, mosh pit type areas, and a play structure with tunnels and balls. The whole place however is filled with some kind of sickly sweet smell, which I could barely tolerate. I wont be going back because of that, which is too bad because there are a lot of fun things here. We got there close to the hour so they gave us some extra free time there.

Aerosports is a great place to bring your kids to burn off energy. There are several different types of activities, the food is pretty good, and it really is fun for pretty much everyone, not just the little ones.

I used to enjoy coming here and letting my son jump and I’d bring my laptop and do work. For the past 6 months each time I come they say that their WiFi is down having problems. Pretty ridiculous that they have a WiFi lounge with no WiFi. Stop being cheap! Guess we’ll be spending our time at another trampoline park from now on

I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided for my little girls birthday party! Extremely generous and friendly staff! Definitely recommend everyone to plan birthdays here! It may be pricey but the service is excellent! They stated they take competitor coupons...call to make sure but I was able to save a lot! The place is filthy my kids enjoy it but we gone 3 times and everytime we get sick they have no a/c and smells they need to take time to sanitize and clean the place even if they do an overnight maintenance or something management needs to get on it especially for summer ahead of us.

I had just wanted to go with my family and my kids to have so fun with them & did not have the experience I wanted there was no supervision any where except one place.My children on the other hand did not like the way an employee was talking to them even though there times was up and I told them that, they would not listen which is common they are kids but because there time was up they kept constantly harassing them to leave does not make any sence because they are children and connot just leave the facility with nobody to know where they are. I had to speak with the manager about this and will not be coming back there ever to take my kids any where. There are also no where to store your shoes and restrooms were filthy!

Good place to beat the heat. A little pricey and be prepared to notice smelly shoes throughout the bldg.

We had our daughters 7th birthday party here. The place is amazingly clean. The birthday room is fantastic and the staff rules!All the staff including the party coordinators, managers, the people behind the desk as well as our party host were outstanding. The experience was good in every way. I had 3 people helping me set up. They ordered my pizza and took care of drinks. Anytime we needed something the staff replied with a smile. Who ever is in charge of hiring is doing a great job because all of the employees are extra friendly, helpful and fun. I was very impressed by Aerosports Murrieta! I cant figure out how they hit a home run with no glitches and all positive attitudes. It really was a wonderful experience.

Worst Birthday experience ever. They never sent us the photos for my sons birthday party and tried to blow us off when we asked about the pictures(THAT WE PAID FOR). AFTER OVER $400 WAS SPENT

We being our 18 month old so here. He has a blast and I do too. Its nice both being able to jump around together. There are two areas for the little kids that is generally quiet. There are teenagers running around, but you just have to keep an eye out. Great place, friendly staff.

We had a 1 year old girl, a 71 year old man and many in between in our group and everyone had a blast.*height restricted area for little kids (no one over 48”) was great for the little kids.*dodge ball area*foam pits to jump into*lockers so you don’t have to worry about your stuff*Monday is “family day” $4 per person!I saw that they also offer an exercise class which sounds awesome. I wish we could go more often!

Wonderful they always have amazing specials for the little ones something that can not be said for uptown jungle across the way..I love this place, its good for the little and big kids alike:-)

Brought the gf and her youngin.. for him to have a good time, left under the impression that he was my cover, as a 30 year old man to have a blast without looking outta place while bouncing around like a banshee for an hour that went by like five minutes.. Lol.. To summarize:... Ill be back n bouncing... Before I get through even another full week of work... Always good to find that which reminds us, as adults, not to take ourselves too seriously!!!!

One kid helping a HUGE line of families get checked in on a Saturday night???...... Unacceptable! Ridiculous actually! All the while some guy with a headset and walkie talkie meanders around the floor acting important. You want to feel important? Get me out of this line with other peoples rambunctious, screaming kids asap! Without better management.... this place wont be around much longer... probably for the best.

We had plenty of fun but maybe update how the line is formed! Lots of people that came for the first time was a tad confuse since you sign the waiver on one side then pay at the other side which leads to a couple of people forming a line first rather than signing the waiver then they get sent back for not signing the waiver (the case of a couple of people ahead of us in line).

It was fun but they need more activities for kids.

Theres a good variety of activities for all ages; dodgeball, aerobics, foam pit all with trampolines, plus a jungle gym area and special trampoline sa for kids under 48, an arcade, snack bar, and party rooms

What was that smell? Some of the arcade games werent working. Long wait times at the slushy counter. Small ish party rooms made moving around with other adults a challenge. Otherwise great place, staff was courteous and there were ample places for kids to play safely and supervised.

Very big everyone can jump.. Jumping for every age group you can jump with your kid any age they are! Very clean!! They even have wk out classes for moms or dads! On Thursdays is super hero day for kids half off!!!!!! So many good deals! Customer service is outstanding the workers are grate AS WELL Just awesome all around!!!!

Aerosports is a great place to use your energy. You can hardly get hurt, because theres trampolines everywhere!!! There are on the walls, so you cant hit your head. FOAM PITS! And soooo much more! I LOVE IT HERE!!!

I took my kids here to jump with friends. There werent many people there so the snack bar wasnt open for a while and my kids were thirsty. They eventually opened it, so over all, it was a good experience.

This is one of the better places to take your kids. Tons of trampolines, nice staff, and a clean atmosphere altogether. Fill out the waiver on their website to save time when you check in.

Took my toddler here for the first time today and when we arrived at 12:10, they bumped our time allowed up to 1:30 :) The staff was extremely friendly and the environment was clean and inviting. Unfortunately my son was afraid of jumping so we ended up leaving about 15 minutes into our time. On the way out, one of the staff members gave us 2 free hour coupons to come back and try again. We WILL be back!!! :D
