Today we had our first experience at the mall. To say my kids were disappointed would be an understatement...that was until we found this hidden gem!!! $5 gets you 30 minutes of play time. My 4 year old is going crazy for the bounce house and giant ball pit while my 10 year old is playing fortnite. They give you a table and offer a variety of snacks and drinks for an amazing price. The staff has been very friendly and keeps checking on us and making sure my boys are having a blast! This is definitely going to be a regular stop for us anytime we are in the area!!

Was a cool concept at first.. But there werent very many games to choose from.. I could play whatever video games I want at home for free. Also, I know they were just doing their job, and being friendly/considerate, but them coming to check up on me, a socially anxious person, every few minutes while I was just trying to get immersed in the game, was kind of nerve-wracking..It was an all right experience overall.. but I wouldnt really go there again. I dont know why I would.. It just seems mostly for children/preteens and people that are1. Too lazy/broke to buy their own video game consoles/games2. Maybe they hope for a social experienceI dont know how much potential the place has for making friends and socializing, though..The staff was helpful and friendly though and it seems like it would be a great place for children and preteens.. children because theres a ball pit and inflatable? castle thing, and for preteens that want to play video games, but their parents dont want them to get too addicted or to invest in buying a game system for them.Other stuff:-You can buy snacks and drinks there..-Its fun to try, at least once.-Inexpensive imo.

Everything my wife said is accurate. And everything from the owners response is absolutely twisted, watered down, and false. We we not rude in expressing our concerns with the staff, and were met with rude, patronizing remarks and actions. The sheer fact that you and your staff would lie about the events of that day are a true representation of your business as a whole. “Kid-friendly” music? Since when is rap music with swearing in it kid friendly? And since when is it “kid-friendly” to see the staff members jiving their bodies dancing to the hip hop music in front of my kids? If you want an arcade/game room...fine, but don’t mix it up with an area for toddlers and young ones, and act like you will never get any concerned parents. And like it or not...I don’t care how high rated of a game it is, to have a game featured in your business that glorifies the outright killing of police officers is reprehensible. Have some character and take a stand! That nonsense breeds some of the contempt that people have against those who protect us...and at a young age! And we wonder why there is such a disrespect for authority in our society?! Wow. Anyways, we were very respectful to the staff, the staff was very unhelpful, forceful, rude, then patronizing. Don’t take your little ones there, and don’t expect them to try to make the customer happy...it’s their way or the highway.

Our four year old girl had a blast playing in the ball pit, and bouncing on the bouncey house. Very reasonably priced $5 for an hour of play or $3 for 14 minutes if you are in a hurry. Recommended.

We were very offended by nearly every part of the experience there. First, we started to walk in but my husband changed his mind at the last. When our kids starting acting sad about not doing it, the male employee started telling my husband that he should let them do it...making it an argument which made my husband finally give in to the kids. Before my husband even said yes, the male employee told my 5 year old to follow him into the store, which was very offensive to me. I told my son not to follow him but to wait until daddy decided. Finally we went in. I insisted that our youngest wouldn’t want to go in but they had already charged us and were putting the band on her hand...and there are no returns! Sure enough, my two you old screamed that she didn’t want to go jump. We entered the area where the young kids can jump and rap music was playing loudly towards the kids. I sat there with our two kids who didn’t want to play and looked to the side where they have screens to play video games. Two children (7 & 12????) were playing a video game that I had heard of but never seen. There were police cars and police jumping out of their vehicles and being shot down by the “bad guy.” The video game is rated M. I’m not sure how they can allow this with very young children playing in the area, not to mention the kids that were playing the game were so young. When we expressed our disatisfaction with things, they argued and began mocking us. If they had started out with some kind of understanding “apology,” it wouldn’t have been such a big deal. But before we could get out of there, they dimmed the lights, turned up the music, and started dancing to it. This explains why our society has the problems it has. Disrespect for authority, no protection for our young ones eyes and ears, and bullying...and practice killing police?!?!? I just can’t believe what some people believe is acceptable.
