Honest representative My golf coach gave me a wonderful education as to what clubs I should purchase. Last Saturday afternoon I visited this location to just take a look. I pretended like I knew nothing. Even with all that Ryan was honest and didn’t try to just make a sale on me. When I’m ready to buy I will be back. Thank you!

I will never shop at this location again. I came in to look for a new full set of clubs with my family, was completely ignored by every associate in the store. Was in there for roughly 15-20 minute, not once asked if we needed help. There wasnt any other customers in the store at the time. I plan on spending money at any other place but here. They definitely need to hire new associates since they cant even greet you when you walk in.

They need a new staff un helpful Asked the lady as she walked out if they help her she said not so much. 4 gentlemen on staff with a empty store just chatting up a storm with them selves. Golf galaxy consider a new staff

That why we give you a receipt.. is the comment I received when I question the return policy on my daughters FootJoy shoes - I bought them for her as my eight-year-old was getting ready to take her first lesson, got the wrong size, simply wanted to exchange for a size up. I was offered $12.79 for a pair of shoes, new shoes, that I just spent $70 on.The policy is bad enough, understandably not the employees fault… but the apathetic, nonchalant manner that the policy was communicated was unacceptable… Downright offensive.Assuming there is leader ship presence at the store… May I be so bold as to suggest getting it together… Coach your front line up and perhaps you will manage to keep your front doors open for another six months. Good luck

If all Golf Galaxys Was turned into Golfsmith! Then Golfsmith went out of Business in 2016 among Filing for Bankruptcy and Closed all of its stores by the following months. Then the website shuttered down Lastly, Golfsmith was Renamed to Golf Galaxy Then, Every Golfsmith would be turned into Golf Galaxy then Golf Galaxy would be founded in 2016 or 2017 after Golfsmith parented with Golf Galaxy! Golf Galaxy replaced Golfsmith Stores and The Golfsmith Website that is no longer in the Internet! Great Service Here! Thats the Going out of Business and Bankruptcy Story of Golfsmith and the renaming of Golfsmith to Golf Galaxy! The End! The Materials are Perfect in Both Golfsmith and Golf Galaxy stores Across America! C(: (: (:

Im very sad to say this store has only one competent, professional person and that is a man by the name of Chris. He is a former PGA professional and he has better interpersonal skills than the manager and most of the staff. The store manager was very very rude in my last experience; scolded me infront of other customers regarding the way I hit a golf ball, then continued to tell the gentleman on the otherside he looked like a wreck and should take some classes or something... I called to follow up as I was told to and received a very dismissive attitude from the gentleman who answered the phone. Basically told me to kick rocks, well call you. I spent over $1000 in that store therefore I expect the utmost respect and consideration when spending that amount of money. Very displeased. Will never make a purchase from the store again.

Over priced coupled with a not so friendly staff doesnt make a good combination. I could deal with a couple of dollars over an internet price but throw in rude staff and whats the point of going to the store? Save you money and time, shop online.
