Nice kids party! Everyone had fun and it was a safe place for everyone to talk, play and sing happy birthday. No more roller coaster-so sad! Didn’t like the thick pizza but glad to see more staff!

Great place to take the kids out... indoor roller coaster is a blast for the little ones.

I had a party there recently for my daughter and I was not impressed at all. My hostess started off by telling me they were understaffed and he would be hosting my party and operating rides. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was only one other person there to operate the rides. The kids couldnt find attendants to go on the rides we had to wait to find someone. Its ridiculous! The party room is not Kid friendly at all! It looks dark and depressing like a night club. I understand they have adult parties there as well but should have a room more kid appropriate. The pizza was also nasty and the kids would t even eat it! For the amount of money we spent on a party there we were not impressed! Will not having any parties there again.

We had an amazing party at party zone. They were super accommodation of our large party of 50 people. Our hostess Marc was an amazing asset to our sons special day. James the owner was so helpful and even gave us a courtesy credit after having a tough phone call with a misinformed employee. Thanks Marc & James we will be booking other parties here too.

Not worth the money. Employees are a bunch of young kids who walk around on their cell phones. Have to track them down to get them to work the rides and then they give you an attitude because your bothering them. Almost saw a little girl jump out of one of the rides because no one checked to see if her belt was on. Definitely wont be going here ever again.

Didnt know theres a indoor roller coaster, amazing. Best thing is there are so many games to play with and with rewards! So much fun.

So we went on line n saw that they had rides for my 2 yr old grandson..went 30mins away, and get there and they said that they have no rides,,very disappointing. The games they had were not for young kids .n half of the games were not working..I am not going back n hope you all dont waist your money n time going there..phil

Came from Monroe NY with 4 Kids. This is great place. Indoors. Staff are very very friendly. No attitude at all. Enjoyed every minute. My kids waiting to go back

They made my sons birthday party fun and Special. I will definitely recommend this place.

Made my daughters bday party the kids had fun but it was a very bad experience with the manager there she had a nasty attitude and the werw so unorganized..took forever with the food and kicked us out room because other people needed to use it yet they took forever to get everything set up. Never again am i going to make a party there.

This review is just for the arcade not the golden corrall. I got a $30 power card for $15 which was the only way to get a decent deal. Most of the games were repetitive, a lot of wheels and outdated racing games. A lot of the games were broken, i wont be returning.

Fun place especially for kids

Paid for 19.99 for unlimited rides but 1 person working rides so kids had to wait. Young people running rides a employee gets on ride while other employee is laughing starts moving the ride and didnt pay attention to one of the kids started to get off because she thought he got up and off it was done. NOT GOOD AT ALL then employee gets on a flying banana ride with feet hanging off not a good example for children what so ever . These rides can be dangerous and should be teaching kids the right way. We ate next door and the food taste has change and alot was very cold tonight . Very DISPOINTED night and waste of 52 bucks!!! Not worth our 45 min drive there again

I do NOT like the payment method.!! My son is only a 1 1/2 , so he CANT go on any of the rides in the back and yet i still have to pay 20$....He CANT do half the things there.!! Its ridicules that i have to pay the full amount for my son to play on HALF of the attractions.!! (10$ for just the bounce houses. 15$ if you want the bounce houses and a lunch. And 20$ for all the rides and a lunch.) < That is how it should be.!!IF JUMPIN JAKES WAS STILL AROUND I WOULD DEFINITELY BE GOING THERE.!!!

I gave this palace 2 chances in one week. I called on Tuesday to inquire about their hours and pricing. I then took my son there on Wednesday just after they opened. We stood at the front counter where after several minutes we were met by a maintenance guy who told us they closed for the day to do repairs. Then we tried again on Saturday just to be disappointed again. This time they were open, but half the games were out of order or were not working properly, the vending and soda machines were empty, and considering that there was hardly anyone in the place it is amazing how unkept it was. Not sure what the repair guys were up to.

Great buffet, huge selection of American Cuisine. Steak cooked to order Infront of you was a nice touch; however the steaks themselves were still sub par.

Horrible attitude a and drove 30 miles for a birthday party...walked in and was shouted at....the women behind the counter then told us the place was closed even thought it was full of kids from another party.... I told her it did not look closed and she rudely replied that there was a sign on the door and that the place was closed for a private party.... on the way out I looked for this sign but it did not exist. There was also nothing on the website or the answering machine indicating the place was closed for a private party...what a waste of time and money. Can even talk to the manager or get them to call me back.

It was ok for my first time there. I recommend it to people that love eating at buffets.

Theres many options to choose from. The only thing that was an issue is it was so crowded, it seemed I had to fight to get some food on my plate.
