Was able to enjoy movie, but theater was disgusting, no staff cleaning. Garbage everywhere. Title Screens were all off and felt like a rundown theater .Bathroom was deplorable.Surprised there was paper towels to dry my hands ..Toilets looked like they were wiped in pee and smelled The state of the theater made me second guess my visit ..It’s a shame because it’s a Newley renovated theater and it’s not being up kept

I like the movies but Ive been in the one in the mall thats a lot better than Center movie theaters its got good popcorn and drinks and have stacks and the movie is an excellent Its always no and they dont stay in there long so watch well you can

Pretty impressed. I got in the amc theatre to see like a boss, then after the movie, we went for a quick bite in the food court. A very nice mall with a lot of shopping opportunities. I loved it.

The theater is very clean and the seats are very comfortable. I like that I can go here alone and enjoy myself. I dont normally buy food at the theater but the popcorn smells so good. Senior get a small discount. Go watch a movie and relax.

This is my favorite family theater. Staff is always friendly and they greet you with a smile when you walk in . Your food comes out quick and hot . They always have a lot of people behind the counter to help. Seats and theater always clean for the most part . I like that it has 2 floors and they play their movies for a longer period.

Comfy seats, good snacks. Decent pricing. Great deals if youre an AMC member. Would definitely recommend for a date. I love this theater.

Well I personally had a good time. But the day I went is also the day that the person posted pictures of those rats, they said big mice, cmon. The theater and seats are great. But the bathrooms are always gross, better to wait and use one in the mall. But the theater can be hit or miss on cleanliness.

Customer service excellent. If you have trouble buying your ticket on the service screen you get help. There was a mix up in the seating and manager gave our row free tickets. Just wish the bathroom was available on the lower level but we were told it was closed so it was not an inconvenience. Clean, everything clean.

Love bringing our son here as each theater is pretty small with accessible areas for seating with wheelchairs. The reservef reclining seats are very comfortable. Only real issue is there is very little handicap parking. They seriously need to look into this.

My seat was dirty, had to call someone to clean it who didnt do a great job. The crazy part is every time I come its dirty. Such waste because the theater it self is nice. But they dont keep it clean

Its pretty nifty place, they changed a bunch over the years. The seats recline but arent the most comfortable seats Ive been in. They added self check out service to get your own tickets. Its not that bad.

This place could be really nice if they would clean! Floors, bathrooms, concession stand area always a disaster. The seats feel sticky and it was pretty cold in the theater. Easy fixes. I just wish they would fix these issues.

Very reliable place. For the most part 9/10 I have a great experience with whomever I go with. Love the new edition of the reclining chairs, (fell asleep probably 2 times watching a movie), the price is exactly how every theater is and the staff is friendly. I complained about one experience I had and they not only refund but gave me tickets to watch any movie of choice. The only real issue I have is the the cleanliness at the end of the day. I do not know if its the lack of staff but theres always popcorn scattered on the floor and the main lobby is always trashed.

Saw a matinee. Saw Just Mercy. Great movie. Ticket prices were reasonable. Plenty of choice seating were available. Definitely will go back.

It was a small but nice theater. The theater is connected to a mall. The service is fast, and they use kiosks to order the tickets online.

Refurbished movie theatre with great seats and plenty of options. I wish they had more food for concessions, but since they’re in a mall they never really check what you’re bringing in anyway.

Love the reclining seats and I couldnt hear the other movies going on as you usually can in other theaters. Only had 2 qualms. 1. It was cold. I was glad I had my winter coat since I used it like a blanket. 2. I had to get tickets in advance. Even weeks after the opening of a particular movie they still have limited seats available. This might not be a prob for most but going to the movies, for me, has always been a bit spur of the moment.

Big comfy seats that recline and cupholders! Also you get to put toppings on your own popcorn. I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong date online and their refunds were easy to get.

I recently went there on last week Thursday to see the lion king and while I was waiting to see the movie, I saw a mouse run down the aisle and under the row of seats in front of me. I immediately went to the manager who was nice about it and understood how I felt. She gave me two tickets since I decided not to stay. I also reported it to amc corporate office. Normally I have no issues at this movie theatre, staff members are always nice but it could be cleaner. The prices are not much different from other theatres.

New food menus which is kind of cool. Chairs are comfy, sound system is pretty good.

Theater is nice and well maintained. I went midday so I dont know how they hold up during peak times. Concession prices are crazy though. I spent $17 on a large popcorn and large soda

Love this theater!!! Parking is never an issue. Love having reserved seating. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars, on several occasions when my fiancee and I went to see a rated R movie we were asked for our ID, both of us are almost 50yrs old, I think common sense should be used, it caused such a long line because everyone had to pull their IDs out and we missed beginning of movie manager did give us free movie pass so that was a plus.

$32 for 2 tickets! And I had to do it all myself at a kiosk. Cant stand the assigned seat thing. I am not getting on a plane.$10 for popcorn & drink?! And you have to put the butter on yourself (which means its all at the top) and get your own drink. Abd they dont have the candy my husband wants. Way too pricey for very little service. Sound and screen were average. But we will go to the local theater with normal seating, personal service and the munchies we want. Oh and for less than half the prices, not to mention way closer. This is an hour from us.

Really great movie theater, however everything is horribly over-priced from the movie tickets to the food and treats. I would definitely recommend getting matinee movie tickets. While the regular tickets are over-priced, I suppose that youre also paying for the whole AMC experience including the really cool comfortable reclining chairs. All in all, the people here are kind and helpful to customers and the theaters are kept clean.

Its nice inside most of the theaters, however downstairs smells like sewage. We are A-List members so we are there a lot and it has not improved at all. They do not acknowledge A-List members who have separate lines marked A-List from everyone else, they just take whoever is next in line for concession, scanning tickets, etc. Other theaters we have been to observe the A-List member benefits.

The theater itself is very nice comfortable seating very clean except the price of the concession stand is absolutely outrageous I understand up charging popcorn a little bit but not even having options for smaller things like if somebody doesnt want an $8 tub of popcorn maybe have an option for a smaller size bag or a smaller size soda

Nice theater with reclining seats. Typically very clean and staff is friendly. Popcorn is hit- or- miss. The Coca-Cola freestyle machines are amazing. Parking can be tricky if you go to a late show as it’s in a mall and some entrances/exits close before the theatre. Overall, we have a good experience when we go. Love the reserved seating.

This is my favorite theater in the area! The reclining seats are awesome and being able to reserve specific seats is the only way I go to the theater anymore. Tuesday night $5 special is a steal too!!!

Nice place. I would have to say that I enjoy their recliner chairs. Very comfortable. Tickets are a bit pricey, as well as the snacks. The theater rooms were quite far from the snack bar and the bathroom.

The power reclining seats are worth every penny. Never been so comfortable watching a movie. The online order ahead...better than perfect. We had reservations and the seats were there waiting and the food was ready for pickup at the time we asked for it to be ready. I have to say, this was really enjoyable.

Got Tix on Groupon, otherwise wouldnt go. Concession prices are a HUGE rip-off. $34 for lge popcorn, 2 large drinks & small bag of Reeses. Ridiculous!

Amc Crystal run 16 is disgusting and very unclean. A guest I interacted with at the theater told me that she saw a mouse run by her foot and I also saw a cockroach dead near my seat in theater 5. The general manager I think his name was Will was talked to by the guest and he seemed to not care at all and did nothing to solve the problem. I will not be coming here if there is a rude and unhelpful staff. Don’t come here if u want nasty food and unclean messes

Updated with reclining leather like large seats and a new concession. Reserved seats and less crowded in the theater make it more comfortable. The sound and temperature were perfect.No charging stations at the mall or theater.

Everytime we go here there is another disaster. The electricity is always out, our thats just our luck. Our food/popcorn was late, our theater was moved. People were sitting where ever... I think from now I will travel to the Palisades. Only plus was the movie was great!

The rising trend of overpriced movie theatres. Over $40 for two tickets 1 drink and 1 popcorn, Ridiculous, the only reason it gets three stars is because the screens are clear and focused and sometimes they play more than just the mainstream movies.

Comfy and clean! Movies always start in good timing for my tardy arrivals.

They have the updated reclining seats with the cup holders making for a very relaxing experience. It has spoiled me for the old theaters. They also have the ability to purchase your food online or on the phone app and have it ready when you show up. My only issue with that is the place they put your order for pickup isnt near the counter and isnt really monitored enough for me to feel comfortable. Something like that should be next to the main counter or have a worker designated to watch over them. Other than that its a good theater and I have the premier card which gives me discounts on Tuesday as well as building up points with each purchase. Because of this deal I now go to the movies every Tuesday

They show great movies. Popcorn and stuff like that is expensive and the movies take forever to start, but besides that the movies are loud u can hear them. The chairs are great. THEY RECLINE. If you were to go there on a romantic date the chairs would be a great help because you can hold ur significant other and be comfortable.

I love this theatre because you can buy your tickets in advance AND reserve your seat as well so no matter what time you get to your movie, youll have the seats you want! Also i absolutely LOVE the seats they have, they are so roomy, they are recliners controlled by a button and the rows are spacious as well so if someone has to get up to go to the bathroom you dont need to stand-up to let them by you can just stay seated!

I like the chairs but that is probably the only thing that was good about it. The theater was to hot, seats are broken and we were in able to change seats, the bathrooms are dirty. On a different time going the projector broke before the movie started and they did not refund, discount, or credit our movie tickets or food purchases.

Has always been clean. Pricey, yes. But so so worth it for the mega comfy recliners and clean environment. Top choice for the area. Their club offers $5 tickets on Tuesdays also which is super helpful if you have kids!

I went to see Downton Abbey on Monday. The screen was so dark, the characters faces were not lit properly. Even the outdoor scenes were very dark. Very disappointing that the theater is not using technicians to light the projector properly. They are saving money on the bulbs at the expense of customers watching a very drab looking screen. It ruins the movie.

We travel to AMC theatres in Middletown for block buster 3D movies. They have large COMFORTABLE recliner seats. Plenty of room to move around and never have to worry about the person in front of you getting in the way of the movie screen. The theatres are always clean. Concessions are exspensive just like any other movie theatre food consession. You can select/ pour your own soda and put your own butter and salt on your popcorn. Very nice theatre. Best theater in the Hudson Valley. :)

Would have been average all around, but the young lady at the refreshment stand was quick, courteous, and attentive. She gave this place the 4th star. Lounge chair seating was nice, but always hard to get good seats. Bathrooms were horrible and teenagers without manners made this place not the best.

Theater snacks can definitely be expensive, but some treats like the mozzarella sticks taster better than restaurant quality. Recliners within the theater are comfortable and adjustable.

Its pretty clean. Matinee is very reasonable for electric recliner seats. Love love love assigned seating. Only thing missing was the booze that some of the other AMC theaters have, but that doesnt make it or break it for me.

The theatre is always clean. Even on really busy days it doesnt feel like theres a million people there. The seats recline and are comfortable. Definitely a good spot to catch a movie. The line for food however can take a while... Especially on busy days

This theater has improved remarkably over the last few years. The seating are wide, comfortable elevtric recliners: they are so comfortable that for slow movies I sometimes doze off. It is clean and seems to be well maintained so far. Ticketing is moving towards online and self-service kiosks which I like, and you reserve your seat when you buy your ticket. The snack bar is still monstrously expensive but thats not wholly their fault because of Hollywoods scalp the viewer policy. AMC is definitely the nicest theater in the area.
