Great park! Very quiet and relaxing environment. Amazing and helpful staff! Ive lived here full time for a few years and I love it. The new owners have made and continue to make great improvements. I highly recommend this park!

Diane and Diana were fabulous host. Very communicative on the phone and at checkin. We stayed three nights in this lovely little RV and mobile home park and had a great time. They offer either electric, water and electric or full hookups. Getting in and out was easy and the dump station and well water pump was accessible at the entrance/exit. The grounds are well kept and there is clothes lines and a children’s mini playground. There are no public restrooms/showers. They do have WiFi in the office and a desk if you need to get work done. We would highly recommend!

Free Wifi is very slow (0.2Mbps), pay for upgrade ($3/day, 3Mbps). Not fast, but okay for video conference or streaming.Do not miss the Second Beach! There is also another lovely park nearby: Paradise Valley Park.RI road is not friendly for bicycle, ride with care.

The best campground Ive stayed at. Super accommodating to when my plans changed 5 thousand times. Very flexible. Diane in the office is super sweet and helpful. The park has a great view and is right next to a public park and walking distance from the beach

Sorry but this place is horrible. Cash only ($65.00 per night) sites that are so small if you put out your awning, you would hit the person next to you slide. No amenities. Not even a bathroom. Have to park vehicle up the street. No room. Only 30 amp service that cut off during one hot afternoon of our stay with our puppy inside. We were out sight seeing. She could have died from heat. PLUS no breaker at the box. BAD, BAD, BAD.

A rather strange campground without toilets and showers so be self-contained. But it is very close to the attractions of Newport. Easy bike riding distance.

My husband and I had a good stay here for a few days. We were out mostly during the day so some things did not really matter to us. It was quiet at night so no riff raff. Very close to the beach and downtown. We did use an Uber and to get down town for 6 people cost $25.00 one way if you had too. This is an RV park, so you park it and you hang out in your camper, or in the community yard. No fires other than in the community yard. There is no privacy, no trees. No amenities, you are right on top of each other, sites are small if you put out your awning, you would hit the person next to your side. You have a picnic table to your side but you are right up against someone else camper so its not really an ideal place to be hanging around outside. There are no bathrooms here either, you use your camper. Parking is tough, you have to park away from your camper. This is also a cash only business, old school $65.00 a night with full hookups. It is a small RV park, one of the cleaner ones I noticed one down the street it looked not as nice as this one. Diane was nice, and accommodating. The only thing I did not like is that you could be on a hill so some people had to level with multiple cinder blocks which I was not huge fan of but luckily we had site 2 which was fine.Honestly, if I had to Id stay here again but not if I was looking for actual camping in the woods or amenities. It does had a volleyball net and 2 fire puts with picnic tables for families but thats it.

Disappointing for a GoodSam park and a healthy cash price. Utilities were good, sites were back-ins grass/sand, wifi was ok. Watch while entering that you get the right entrance due to poor office signage. The best part of the park was the staff who gave us the most thorough explaination i have ever encountered!

Diane was very nice, extremely helpful and full of awesome resources for us. The sites were pretty close together and some were backed up to a garage or fence on slippery grassy. Our tires kept spinning while we tried to back up. Was a bit pricey for just having water and sewer but was close to all the beautiful mansions and Cliffwalk. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

This is a beautiful, serene RV park. I loved the lush grass and the bunnies that hopped around to entertain me. The park is quiet and peaceful and family oriented. I stayed here for six months and enjoyed meeting local people as well as travelers. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this park!

This park is a very clean and safe place to stay. The staff is very welcoming, warm, and helpful. If there is a question to be asked/answered or even if a problem pops up the response time is immidiate. Location is fantastic surrounded by beauty and beaches, close to all, but set back just enough to feel as if youre away from all the hustle and bustle. The prices are fair and much cheaper than anywhere else I looked into. Im going on my 5th yr with Meadowlark, and not only would recommend it; I do recommend it! My family and friends get a site anytime they are able.
