This park use to be older quiet retired folks with one owner. He passed away a few years ago and some corporation took over and all they care about is the money. I feel bad for the Secretary who has to deal with everyone because theyre upset about lot increases and many other new fees. They are situated next to an airport yet the property value for their neighborhood has gone up. Terrible excuse. They have to cut their own grass, pay for a dumpster and new meters for their water. The previous owner seemed to manage everything without nickel and diming everyone. Theyve recently put in probably a dozen new trailers and that just shows they really want to maximize top dollar. Everyone is on top of each other now.Minimum responsibility, top dollar.

Recently toured this property. I was pleasantly surprised by the serenity of this community. I was impressed with management and their desire to make this neighborhood not only a place to live but a destination!
