As wedding photographers, this is one of our favorite venues to shoot at. The staff is INCREDIBLE. The food is DELICIOUS. And we will let the pictures speak to just how GORGEOUS this venue is. It is definitely not your average country club venue. We cant say enough amazing things. We love West Hills!

I’ve worked there in the summer of 2019The food service looks good but it’s really disgusting, It’s really not good produce and meats, they were a bug infestation in the beverage station, the kitchen smells like the dumpster on a rainy day the dishwashers not so good, the plate and utensils are wiped with napkins to take of smudges by servers before the event. everyday there’s a event and the fruits That are leftover are taken back into the fridge re assembled and ready for the next event. Walk-in cooler forget about it I’ve had experience within food and the safety of what were serving.. Gordon Ramsey would have a melt down. Acknowledge I only worked as a server.This statement is herby the truth

Gorgeous club. Best part is staff is very accommodating. Food is good but can be a bit better. If youre planning on having a wedding here, you will not be disappointed at the location, scenery, and private areas.

Came for a wedding reception. Food was good, although some of the dishes were overly salty (lemon chicken and asparagus risotto). Staff was friendly and the venue was clean and well maintained.

We just had our wedding at West Hills and it could not have been more perfect. We received compliments on everything- from wonderful food, amazing cocktail hour, beautiful setting, helpful staff and more. It was truly a dream location and magical day. We could not be happier. :)

My now husband and I had our wedding at the West Hills! It was the most amazing day! We originally planned to get married closer to our home in westchester but after our first tour of the grounds and the ballroom we both looked at each other and knew this was the place for us.The staff went above and beyond, not only on our wedding day but during the year and a half of planning. The communication and professionalism were fantastic. The day of our wedding couldn’t have been better. The service before the ceremony during cocktail hour and the reception was amazing. My husband and I were never without food or a beverage. Our guests can’t compliment enough! I keep hearing about their experiences and they rave about how wonderful everything was. The food was absolutely fantastic! Get the spanakopita!! And if that wasn’t enough to bring you in, the ballroom is stunning! Everything about West Hills was incredible! I wish I could go back and relive it! Thank you to Taylor and their entire staff for making our day better than we could have imagined!

This is an amazing venue with the best staff my wife & I could have asked for. We used West Hills Country Club for our wedding in 2016 (apologies for the late review) and still have wonderful comments on how great the place was for their appearance, staff, & food. Janelle & Mallory helped us every step of the way in setting up live music for the ceremony to a surprise dessert station for my wife (though I should have not done that, it just made it a bit confusing for my guests which I do regret a little but it was 100% my fault). My wife & I wish we could do it all over again here. Music (great speakers/placement), food, dance floor, & overall location is fantastic. Best of luck to them & you!

Went here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds, great food and wonderful service. Staff was very helpful for my wife who needed a private location to breastfeed. The tent stayed cool with their air conditioning.

The second we pulled up to a wedding at WHCC over 2 years ago, Anthony and I both, in our own heads thought “wow this place is beautiful, I could totally get married here”! As the wedding went on and drinks were flowing and food was being served, we continued to be more and more amazed.Two years later Anthony popped the question !!! I recently went to this country club for an event and the venue was extremely nice, the service was outstanding and the place was beautiful, my only complaint was the food, I was not entirely satisfied with the food.

Where to begin? I get emotional thinking about how perfect our day was. From the second we inquired until our actual wedding day, the staff at West Hills was amazing. They were so attentive to each of our requests and made sure that our day was exactly what we had dreamed of. Victor and Patricia never left my side the whole night. I cant thank them enough for making everything so special for my husband and I! They were THE BEST! The staff made sure everyone ate, drinks were always full, and that everyone was having a good time. The grounds were beautiful, the food was AMAZING, the tent was perfect, and the air conditioner worked wonders during the hottest weekend of the summer :)Our guests cant stop talking about how perfect our reception venue was and we couldnt agree more. West Hills was the PERFECT place to get married!!!!

Ive been finding it really difficult to accurately describe our wedding experience at West Hills Country Club, hence why Im writing this review over a month post wedded bliss. It wasnt just May 26th, 2019. It wasnt just the service to myself, the bride, and my husband, the groom (even though I dont think there are enough words to explain how professional and attentive both Patricia and Sho were to us). It was everything, starting with our first visit meeting Krista. It was the tasting. It was feeling like no matter how many questions I had, I wasnt a pest. After working with Krista and booking our date, she unexpectedly had to move to another Bonura location. I cant lie, we were a bit nervous since she was great to start our year and a half long process with. Alas, Taylor walked into our lives. She was a blessing throughout the entire planning journey. Endless emails with silly questions; Taylor never batted an eyelash. She literally always made me feel like I was the only bride that she was dealing with, and that right there, is impressive. Not to mention she was answering me after hours, which was not at all expected, but absolutely appreciated! I also just have to mention how comfortable she made me feel. I actually felt like I was just talking to a friend the entire time and it took so much pressure off (and I secretly wanted her to stay for my reception, so... theres that). When we went in for our final visit, we had some questions regarding the menu. West Hills was so unbelievably flexible - Taylor even brought the head chef into our meeting (shout out also, for that to-die-for veggie risotto) and we had a foodie mastermind session about things we were looking for and how he could bring them to life. Fast forward to the big day - the food, the drink, the atmosphere, the vibe... PERFECT. Theres no other way to put it. There was rain in the forecast, but everyone involved did a great job of making it no-big-deal, which in turn, helped me to feel the same. Countless guests made a point to tell me how unbelievable the food and service was, and still are. So truly, hats off to everyone in that breathtaking establishment. Thank you for making our lovely day even more lovely by being a part of it, and for being so amazing. And I feel like I need to honorable mention, just one last time, Miss Taylor, Chef Marcos, Patricia, Sho, and every other employee who was there and delivered such exceptional service. You all went above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful. Please do yourself a favor and book West Hills. You will NOT be disappointed. Now, can we do it again!?

This venue is not only picturesque, but amazingly managed. During my daughters wedding the maitre d and the wait staff was always at the ready and amazingly accommodating. Never once did I or any of the guests had to wait for anything. The staff was friendly, always there but never in the way. I dont even know where to start. My husband and I were married at West Hills in September. We did both our ceremony and reception there. The outdoor ceremony site is absolutely beautiful and very private for a golf course setting. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite which is huge and was the perfect place throughout the night to keep our belongings. We took on-site photos and did a first look, everything came out beautiful. WHCC worked with all of our vendors to make everything seamless, including our photographers when we needed to hold up golf carts for our photos. My husband and I really wanted to attend our cocktail hour but time flew by so quickly we forgot to eat, our day of coordinator pulled us aside and let us know there were drinks and appetizers in our bridal quite if we wanted to sneak away for a few minutes. There was literally two of every appetizer we chose for the cocktail hour, we were so grateful for a few minutes to ourselves, let alone all of the food they saved for us! All of the decorations we had brought ourselves were set up beautifully by their staff. Its almost a month later and everyone I talk to ALWAYS brings up the food and service ! The food was absolutely amazing, (we loved going to the tasting and loved our choices, but it was better than I even remembered). The table service was extremely impressive with one server per table, I dont think anyone went without a full drink all night. The bar tenders were very attentive and fun. When I look back on that day I just remember not having a single care in the world because the staff at WHCC literally took care of every single detail.

My son was married on a blazing hot day in July and we were concerned. But as it turned out...no reason to be concerned. The bridal party was in the best bridal suite ever seen, a separate small house with all the amenities, food, TV, couches, bathroom and cool as can be.The ceremony took place outside at 5:30 PM and by then the gazebo and all the chairs were in the shade ,the temperature had cooled down perfectly. The cocktail hour was inside with great air conditioning and fabulous food, service and bartenders. The same with the reception, the food was something a fine restaurant would serve, I could almost cut my filet mignon with a fork, every table seemed to have a waiter or waitress taking care of every need. Around 8:30 PM the staff opened up all the flaps on this huge tent and now we felt we were outside dancing and celebrating this wonderful occasion. The event planner we interfaced with at the venue, Mallory, made sure that all the details went without any issues, the bridal group was on time and organized for the ceremony, the bridal group then came into the reception in the correct order, etc. She was there for all the important activities to make sure all went as planned. The entire staff at this venue were outstanding. Cannot say enough to for this place. OUTSTANDING in every way.

On August 30, 2015 my wife and I got married at the West Hills Country Club in Middletown New York and had our brunch their the following day. We love the venue, we love the staff and we love the food.When we began planning our wedding we knew we wanted an elegant place to hold the ceremony and reception. The West Hills was the first place we saw and it spoiled us for the venues we visited later. The West Hills is well laid out, beautifully designed and decorated. After our first visit we knew we wanted to have our wedding there.At the beginning of the planning process our wedding coordinator was Elora. She put together all of the package options and suggested choices for florist, DJ, Photographer and Videographer. She graciously answered each phone call and email from us regarding every detail of the event. She booked us at multiple tastings which were a great opportunity to not only try the food but to also meet different vendors and get a feel for West Hills service standards. At the tastings we got to meet Roxy, the maître D, and Janelle another West Hills wedding coordinator. As we got closer to the day of our wedding Janelle became our point of contact and the transition was seamless. She took care of us with as much diligence as Elora had.The day of our wedding was awesome! The West Hills wedding package includes a personal attendant for the bride and my my wifes attendant was an amazing woman named Kaitlin. She was focused on every detail my wife needed from the time my wife arrived at the venue until we left the venue at the end of the night. She was attentive and proactive and made us feel at ease and taken care of. Roxy, our maître D was amazing, the flow in the ballroom was impeccable and her graciousness was commented on by our guests.Chef Patrick created a delicious, elegant and abundant feast for both the wedding and brunch. The food was extraordinary and tasted better at our wedding than it had at the tastings. So many guests commented on how great the food was.On August 30, 3015, our lives changed forever and the West Hills Country Club and staff will forever be a special part of that joyous memory!
