The people were friendly and helpful in deciding a frame for the artwork I took in, but unfortunately the outcome is the reason I have to rate this 1 star. When I received my artwork back with the frame, the canvas had multiple small holes and marks on it and it completely ruined my experience with this company. Nothing was said to me about the holes or marks when I picked it up even though it was noticeable. I’m not sure I will take another piece here.

Weve been working with Abbott over the past few weeks and he has been amazing. His advice and suggestions have been spot on and we couldnt be happier with the results! Our apartment has come to life! The addition of mirrors was a brilliant idea for our apartment. Now we have tons of light and views no matter where you are. We have been a long time customer (20+ years) framing everything we owned and always experienced great customer service. Our last experience was with the owner himself Anwar. He willingly came to the house and provided excellent tips to improve the decor. We had recently remodeled the kitchen and he added the accent needed by suggesting two customized mirrors. We also purchased two beautiful art pieces, a big painting and a wall mirror that expanded the living area tremendously.We had a gathering planned that same and him and his staff worked extra fast to have everything done on time. They even hanged a wall mirror (floor sample) for the occasion and promised to replace it with the new one once they received it.His employees have worked with him for many years which says a lot about the type of ownership this place has. Wilbert, one of the guys that assisted Anwar and another employee (working on his first day) were extremely helpful and nice, very professional!Anwar and his team deserves every compliment and excellent review they get because they work tirelessly to satisfy their clients.We plan on getting some other paintings as were still remodeling the house and well definitely do it with them. They have earned our trust and our business!

I have been going into this store since 1994 when my young son and I first moved to Miami from New York City. We had just rented a beautiful apartment in Kendall and we needed some art work on our bare walls. As a single mother I did not have much disposable income but I wanted to make my home look nice, so I purchased 6 Posters (which was all I could afford back then) even though my purchase was small they treated me with such kindness, warmth, friendliness and professionalism. They framed the Posters for me at such a fair price, that I walked out of there feeling proud of how they had treated a single Mom with such dignity. Since 1994, I have remarried, moved into a LARGE beautiful home, had a successful life and career (I can now afford valuable works of arts) but regardless of where I live and what I need to frame, I always come back to the one place of business in Miami where I have always felt and continue to feel that my business is valued. If, you are in need for beautiful framing of Works of Art, Family Portraits or any of their other services to showcase in your home or place of business, I would ONLY recommend Art Express. HiArt Express did my house with exceptional mirrors and painting. My only concern is my outside mirrors have deteriorated and need to be redone due to sun and moisture damage. I wasn’t aware that this would have happened. But anyways I was shocked when I called and they came out to quote me the same price I paid for the original mirrors . Very disappointed we couldn’t work things out.

We recently had to have a limited edition print on canvas framed. We didnt trust a chain store such as Michaels to take enough care with an expensive canvas. I had found Art Express on Yelp with very high ratings and an impressive clientele.Upon walking into the store, we were immediately greeted and asked to bring our canvas to the table to discuss possible framing. The representative picked a gorgeous double frame that was befitting of the quality of this canvas. The price was very reasonable considering the intricately-designed gilded frame that we chose.There was no pressure to buy any products, but it was very evident of their expertise. Several employees are actual artists themselves, and quite talented.When I picked up the framed canvas, I was so impressed with the quality of the job. The canvas was perfectly stretched, frame was spot-on, and it was well wrapped and protected while I transported it home.I was very impressed with the quality of the work that they did as well as their integrity and knowledge of the business. I would highly recommend Art Express for anyone needing quality framing. They are definitely a step-up from the chain stores and offer personalized service to their customers.

Weve been customers of Art Express for well over 20 years now, and have always found their work, quality of materials and customer service to be unparalleled. Anwar, Vladimir, Abbot and the entire staff there are always super helpful and always seem to bring out the best in the pieces we bring to them, large, medium or small, regardless of what the actual piece cost us to purchase.We recently ran into a problem at home. Whenever we travel, we like to purchase a local artists work from places we visit or enlarge photos weve taken to get them framed and put up on a gallery wall in our dining room. The problem is, or I should say was, that we had run out of space and did not know what to do with a painting we bought in Tuscany, and another we bought in Positano. When we took them in after all these years we learned something new: Art Express makes house calls! A few days ago they came over to our home, reviewed the wall, our pieces and the two new ones from Italy, and rearranged our wall so that everything fits AT NO COST to us. This is a service that they provide to their customers. And the icing on the cake is that everything now seems to flow beautifully on the wall. Art Express is truly amazing!!!If youve got something to frame or re-frame, you wont go wrong by bringing it to Art Express and letting them take care of it for you. Have been using this shop for over 10 years (at least). They have always been extremely reasonable and accommodating when it comes to pricing while still providing superb quality. The absolute best quality that they have though is the level of customer service they provide. Aside from helping with the little things that you may not think of when shopping for frames (like carrying items to the vehicle, delivery, repairs, etc), which they do with great care, they also provide artistic guidance to ensure the the end result looks amazing. For example, we recently took in about 15 pieces that we were unsure what to do with. After a few suggestions from Vladimir, we literally said, do what you think is best and sat back and enjoyed watching his process. His suggestions were so on point. However, hearing from him what he thought would look nice was only a shadow of what the framed pieces looked like once completed. We took an array of pieces valued from a few thousand dollars to some pieces we found at Goodwill for under $10, and he made every piece look like it came from a museum. Our pieces look beautiful in our office and home. We highly recommend this shop.

While there I also ordered an original Oliver Neilson art piece Red Lips (stunning pop art on canvas) and he framed it for next day and overall delivered both pieces and installed at home. There was an error on my piece when I went to pick it up near their closing time. Regardless Anwar and his team went far and beyond to make sure my piece was completed that night, working hard late after hours to make sure everything was perfect. I really love Art Express Miami. The costs were 80% better than the two other Picture Frame shops I visited in the area. Anwar & Abbot were super friendly and helpful. They even provided me with free delivery & installation for my apartment. I needed a large painting framed and hung up in my living room and they did an amazing job. All I had to do was select a frame & they made my vision come to life. Without a doubt one of the best frame shops Ive visited and one of the best experiences Ive had as a customer.

Absolutely delighted to have found this place!! It’s been 20 years since we stumbled upon Art Express and boy are we happy we did! The first time we met Anwar, my husband and I had just gotten married and knew nothing about home decorations. Our first home was in Kendall and we were looking for “something” to make our new home look nicer. Anwar genuinely cared about our needs, to the point that he offered to come with us to our house to check the place out and help us pick the perfect decorations. He got into our car, came to our house, suggested a few art pieces here and there and WOW… what a difference they all made!! Our home looked amazing! We later learned he was the owner of the store! What a great role model to his team of what outstanding customer service is! Every detail, every art piece he recommended was a perfect fit. 10 years down the road, we moved to Brickell/Downtown area. The two areas, Kendall vs Brickell/Downtown, are two different worlds and sure enough, our new apartment needed some help!! We didn’t hesitate to contact Art Express for help. At that time Anwar was not available, but Jasen came to our place in Brickell to meet us. What can I say, our apartment was transformed into an amazing, elegant, modern yet warm high-rise apartment. The final product, WOW…WOW… tasteful, simply perfect. Another 10 years went by and we moved again! This time to the Aventura area and back to a house. We wondered if the Art Express team would be willing to drive all the way from Kendall to Aventura to help us decorate our new house. I walked in Art Express with a whole bunch of ideas and an iconic print. I wasnt sure what I wanted, but as a creative, I had some ideas. I met Jason, and he made it all come together. I paid for a professional installation, wires hanging from the roof holding the black framed print between glass in front of a glass panel that lead to the outside of my home. Exact inches, the light, the angle was all very important, and Jason made it all happen. This is a great store, and they understand the crazy ideas of their customers.

The Zayden family is Miamis First Family of framing! (Been using them since the early 1980s in their old Brickell area Miami Avenue location) Everything is done right, done fast and at the right price. Their framing advice is also impeccable. They also have an extensive selection of art for sale. When youve been in business over 35 years, youre probably doing a lot of things very well. Highly recommend.

I got a large print framed several months ago. It looked great but after some time, the print started to wrinkle. I took the frame back in and the super helpful staff fixed my problem right away. Apparently they had to dry mount the print to stop the wrinkling, and they did so at no additional cost. The end result looks gorgeous and I couldnt be happier! Thank you!

Absolutley the BEST Art framing in Miami !!!!!Anwar, Wilbur,Vladamir and team just finished decorating my entire home in Pinecrest ,Fl. These guys are the most talented, creative, friendly group of people I have ever met. Anwar has gone all the way over to Naples,Fl. to do my office, did my entire house 15 years ago, and did a complete make over again this week. I invited Anwar into my house for ideas, and within 15 minutes his mind was going like a Ferrari on a race track. I am thrilled with work that art express has done for me. I have been having all of my framing done here for 14 years and I trust every person who works there. They see colors and frames that match your art like no other framing store. Each staff member is very kind and helpful. I wish I could include images. They floated a poster for me and it was amazing. The kicker is that they are extremely reasonable. All I can say is I will go nowhere else but art express.

Was very dissappointed with this frame dealer. I needed some framing doneaway from home. Extremely high inflated framing prices and even after there 50%OFF it was still 30%more than 2 other frame shops I visited in Fort Lauderdale & Miami. The greasy owner money hungry son of a gun is quite a sneaky salesman he is. Constantly trying to upsell and gave me prices from the top of his head after asking abotu the vehicle I drive he inflated the pricing.

Wow ! Our night was to go to store next to Art Express . And we decided to enter and see paintings and frames only for curiosity. While were looking a gentleman comes out of his office to assist us , which end up to be the owner Anwar . He right away called his amazing staff Wilmer and both started putting together paintings, frames and mirrors for our home . We had a very low budget but they were able to work with it . Wilmer went to our home to measure and check the colors of our walls and furniture and a week later our home changed 100% .We are so happy with our decoration and how beautiful looks every space in the house.We highly recommended Art Express to decorate your home with fine arts . Weve had several art pieces framed by Art Express and they did an amazing job. But heres the big secret about this place: its much more than a frame store. They actually manufacture and install custom-made, magnificent mirrors and art pieces. And they offer design suggestions. In the end, we decided to buy several mirrors and custom art pieces that have completely transformed our home. The entire team was involved in the process -- Anwar, Abbot, Wilbur, Vladamir. They visited our home several times. Called with updates, questions, suggestions. Took their time during installation. And they never pressured us to buy more than we needed or wanted. I took my wedding (16*20) and engagement photo. Vladimir, Wilber and Carlos were very nice.Wilber, saw me struggling with my frame style and my husband style; Wilber came up with ideas and took his time. Now my husband and I were very happy.

My Father has been coming here for over 20 years and now that i moved back to Miami, i revisited Art expresss and met with Mr. Abot to review options for Silk picture rug my father had given us. Before visiting Abot i had appraised art frame from 4 other shops, and let me tell you im 100% satisfied and grateful for the dedication and commitment Art Express Miami provided us with. The other art shops on bird road and some on coral way were artistcally far away from any experience that Abot had and the cost was similar, yet their frame material was cheaper and looked more mundane. The moment Mr. Abot saw this rug, he knew exactly how to make a vintage frame (rustic italian wood on silver frame edges in the backdrop of rug hung on all wood (instead of cheaper cradboard or alternative backfrop). Previous shops wanted wood frame on backdrop of cancas or cheaper looking material...Not Mr Abot- Let me tell you the work he did really brought out the best parts of this vintage silk rug and we will cherish this family piece for many many years to come. Best of all, this piece after done on time (3-4 days work) Was personally delivered and hung by Abot (weighed +100 pounds frame) on our wall which was impressive. I never thought I would write such a positive review about her frame place but it made all of the difference and we enjoyed this piece each and every day we see it. Thank you Art express Miami. Amazing job well done beyond expectations!!!
