Love this park. Beautiful multi-cultural space. Lots of activity and special summer events. On going renovations in upper parts. Sometimes a little too desolate though along the upper paths.

Best snorkel experience!My wife and I decided to do something fun for the day. We went out snorkeling in beautiful crystal clear turquoise waters. We saw tons of reef and fish. Soaked in the sun rays and even saw a pod of dolphins on the way back in. We highly recommend this company.

Fun first time snorkeling trip! Scott was awesome. Really passionate about the history and beautiful area. Knew a lot about the National Park and shared stories. Boat ride was fun... Even slowed down to look at some dolphins in the bay. Instructions were straightforward for the snorkeling and it was fun.

Great trip to the blue water reefs off of Key Biscayne. Friendly and knowledgeable crew! Cant wait to do it again!

Trip was cancelled. I want a refund. They wont call or e-mail back to even talk about this. I know a refund can take some time, but they wont even respond to discuss what happened. I will be escalating my action to dispute the charges from correspondence since they refuse to answer. I have been calling for 4 days. Very poorly treated by this company. The website gaurantees that if the trip is cancelled for any reason you will get a refund in full.

Wowww! I loved the blue turquoise ocean! Snorkeling was great. All the familiy enjoyed the trip. Thank you so much guys, the best activity we did in Miami ;).

This is one of the more unprofessional experiences I have ever had. After confirming a trip for three people scheduled for today, the man on the phone told me to bring 300 dollars in cash, as they are a cash only business now, to some port in Coconut Grove. He said he would text me the exact location in the morning. When I did not receive the text at the agreed time, I called and the guy said they would not sail today and I was not confirmed. After expressing how unprofessional this was the man on the line became extremely rude. I confirmed this trip to two other friends that were joining me the night before and had to explain to them the BS that ensued.Do not deal with this shady business! The unprofessional practices that have been reported in previous reviews, which I unwisely chose to ignore, continue to this day!

I called to ask simple questions about the times and whether they had equipment for our 8 and 10 year olds. Their answer was always the same: book online first and we talk later. I couldnt book for something not knowing first whether it would be a good fit for our kids and when I attempted to explain that to the person on the phone, he hung up on me! I am not going to do business with this company!

Company seems like a scam, we booked online on a Saturday, for a Sunday snorkeling tour for 2pm at 930am they called to say its too windy to go we can take u tomorrow, which was not a big deal breaker, but when told where to depart from they told me they would shuttle us from Washington and 16th(which they no longer operate from) but a half hour before the Monday departure when we arrived we called and spoke to them and told them were here and the business is no longer here he said Were already on the boat so theres nothing we can do for you til later dont trust them, find another snorkeling tour one u can actually locate. The marina they were leaving from turns out to be about 30 mins from where we were told to meet at a half hour b4 the scheduled time.

We booked a snorkeling tour in November 2016 which was cancelled due to weather and rescheduled to the following day. I got another call the next morning, again cancelling our tour for the second time, citing poor water conditions. I was, however, assured I would be refunded the $210 I had already paid for the tour.A month later, I had still not received the refund so I called them. I was again assured I would be refunded but was not. This continued for another month. Unsurprisingly, the captain eventually stopped even answering the phone. I finally had to file a disputed charges claim with my credit card company two months after the tour was supposed to be refunded to have the charges removed from my statement.Obviously I cant comment on the quality of the tour and I assume some people successfully go on a snorkeling tour with this company, but my experience was very suspicious for a scam, or extremely poor business practices at best. There are plenty of snorkeling companies in the Miami area; I would not recommend wasting your business on this company unless you really enjoy fruitless phone calls and chats with your favorite credit card company representatives.

The tour was amazing .We saw a lot of clourfull fish in such clear water .We felt Like in paradise .they provide all the snorkeling gear and instructions to make us feel comfortable

Horrible Experience, DO NOT BOOK HERE! My trip was cancelled last minute and I have been trying to get a refund for the past 2.5 months. It is their MO to cancel trips (oh ps they dont bother to tell you until you call to find out where to meet them). THEN to add salt to the wound, they dont refund your money. STAY AWAY!!
