If I could leave 0 star I would.Due to Hurricane Dorian threatening Florida our flight to Miami got cancelled. We tried to reach out to the accommodation and ask for a refund considering the situation. They ignored most of our calls, read our messages without replying and only dropped us a text to say they couldnt refund us. I wouldnt complain if we had cancelled for any other reason but clearly this hurricane was out of our control and the accommodation could have behaved in a more decent manner.

Cant say anything about how nice the property is because the owner, Daniel, decided to change the pricing after the booking was reserved and tried to gauge us for $7,000+ more than what we paid. This was highly unethical and disappointing behavior as he simply chose not to honor our contractual agreement. Instead of risking a bad stay (and allowing the owner to charge us for whatever after the fact) we decided to cancel the reservation to not allow for the owner to gyp us any further. Incredibly disappointed. They should honor the pricing they advertise. Incredibly disappointed in this experience and in the owners highly unethical and unprofessional behavior. I will be reporting this to Vrbo as a calendar violation.
