Great place to have fun for a few hours. Love the updates since the end of the world. No more tickets to worry about. There was someone cleaning the entire time we were there.

Travis is a horrible manager and cant handle pressure! I dont understand how he is still here its time for a new face one that can handle the pressure that comes with the job! I havent been here in over a year and decided to give it a try again only to see nothing has changed and he still running folks off! Pay better so you can hire someone more qualified and fit for the job! Travis is not cutting it and should have been gone!!!!!! He is not a good representation of the place where a kid can be a kid of the or ownership!! Get rid of him and watch business change for the better!

Surprisingly clean this visit. The staff was friendly and it felt safe. The kids had a fun time. My kids are ages 3 to 11. It is a little pricey but they completely enjoyed themselves. We did not eat dinner there. Their pizza is expensive but there are coupons online. Great place to let the kids play while it is hot outside. My mom and I were able to visit with each other and the kids had a safe place to play. The bathrooms were a little messy but I guess thats to be expected with so many kids.

We love this place. I love it most during the day on a weekday when its mostly empty. But night time is okay too. Its air conditioned. You can play for a long time at a reasonable price. You can get discount tokens/credits if you download the coupons from the internet or the get the More Cheese App. The employees are fairly attentive. The patrons are fairly chill and most people are watching their kids. We usually eat before we get there, but the occasional pizza is okay both in taste and price. Again, download the coupons. Were there at least once a week whenever were in town, Ill take more pics next time.

Still the same. It is still fun.Some of the games are not giving the tickets and need repair. We had a couple deduct from the card and no game.If you overlook a couple of loss game points, the kids are worth it. To them its just doesnt work. To adults its a financial piss off.They still serve adult beverages. Yeah!!.

So much less than impressed! There are plenty of games to play as we did for a birthday party for a four year old! Overall, the children did have fun. The place is kind of run-down and needs to upgrade their sound system as well as Chuck-E-Cheese on stage with no light. For about 30 bucks a child I think its a little overpriced for what you get for your money!

Staff was very helpful. We end t just after opening and the pizza was good and not to busy. Went for a 4th birthday outing and enjoyed ourselves. Very clean and well maintained.

If you are a kid you will like it. Staff was nice. Eat the pizza while it is still hot.... They took out the pinball machine a while back.. boo... Now just ticket machines.... They do have beer $$$..

The pizza there has changed for the better. Its actually pretty good. The wings are a little fatty like the wings from Dominos Pizza but theyre still tasty.The only issue I have is the new game cards with time limits. The cards are cool but the time ran out on the card while we were eating which sucks.Need to revamp that system.

Its a great place for kids to play. It teaches kids that you have to eat at some point. I like that you can pause it one time so the child can eat. As long as it pause the child has to eat. Or if the child isnt listening. I also like that you can play any game for so many min depending on what you put on the card. I like that the card keeps track on how hang coins you have top play and that you dont have top hold onto the cup and tickets art the same time.

We are always excited when at Chuckecheese!!! I like this location better than the other one in New Orleans. Its clean and they have nicer toddler games.

Was stamped same number as my Grandson when greeted at the door. Then as we walked in and a nice Chuck E. Cheese man explained the machine that we got his play card from. Then we ate pizza and had our drinks. Got a Chunk E. Cheese ball. He had a great time, so did I watching him enjoy!

Five kids have gone missing in Chuck e cheese. There are reports from parents saying that there are nasty smells .

It’s extremely dirty, I immediately left with my family the second I saw how sticky every time was from grime and grease. It reeked in there and it was utter chaos. It was overfilled and cheap for a reason. Never coming back here.

Came bring our granddaughter. Got our arms stamped and off to order pizza! We ordered extra large, traditional crust, half cheese, half pepperoni. Unfortunately they only had upgrade cups in either orange or white with the mouse head so,.we got the mouse head. Added money to her bracelet card. Pizza came quickly and was hot and perfectly cooked. Granddaughter came run in for bites as she played games and is having a great time. The staff was incredibly sweet. Restaurant was clean. Everything was as fun as hoped! Thank you!

The pizza and wings are good. Fun place to take the kids to get energy out. Theres plenty to climb and jump on along with the games. Going early Sunday morning seemed to be a good time as it wasnt crowded at all.

Its ok needs more options of games and working games that print more tickets. merchandise prices went up for tickets and they pretty much force you to buy everything for your kids. Pizza and drink prices are to high for kid and adult prices. Its not worth what they charge for everything.

It is a breeding ground for endless germs, with parents that let their kids run a muck. I only go there because my granddaughter enjoys. I love to see her light up.

No clean. Soda machine had carbonation connected wrong so Gatorade was carbonated along with the Lemonade but the Mountain dew was not. I reported it and they looked at me like i was crazy. Most of the ticket counting machines were broken. I give 2 stars because the person in the Chuck E Cheese costume really made an effort to give the kids a good time.

Awful! Its small and crowded and half the machines are broken. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to cash in my sons tickets because only 2 of the 8 ticket counters were working.

Pizza and salad bar were good, and all the games seemed to be in good working order. When one of the machines ran out of tickets they came right over and loaded it! My only complaint was that multiple of 5th their ticket eating machines were not working which ment everyone was trying to use the 3 that were functioning properly! Not a deal breaker, but an inconvenience for sure.

I went Chuck E. Cheese in Metairie, La. 4-17-2020 and got a large pizza to go and at this time, they have a $5.00 carry-out menu or less and it was ready in 10 minutes.

Much improved from my previous visit several years ago! Clean, not over-crowded, friendly staff. Kiddos had a blast!

We ended up not going because they no longer had any of the characters, and the games were not age appropriate for my niece.

Just an OK place for kids to hangout. Nothing change much since first my nephew 18 years ago till now. The only change I see is instead of playing coin, now it change by playing card. The games and the arcades are still the same.

Kids love it. Food is good and reasonably priced. Secure entry and exit. Cant beat the prepaid play card for the games. Entire play area was clean and well lit.

They had our stuff all mixed up with somebody else stuff but got it fix. Than it was okay during most of the party. The host was good but sometimes seem like she didnt know what she was doing. We was suppose to get 2 hours and after a hour and half we start getting told we need to move all our stuff because she has to set up for the next party so I walk off to tell my husband and came back to her already moving stuff to another table. We had extra pizza somebody else paid for and somebody wanted to take home. We ask and she said okay and it never came back . Over half the machines didnt work and had no sign or didnt have tickets. Drink machine was mess up also. It was the first party I had there for my kids and it will be the last. I pick the biggest package and it wasnt worth it.

Lots of unmarked broken machines, slow service, confused employees. We waited over an hour for our food but it was good. Coke machines were out of a lot of things. We spent $100 for $30 service.

Watched an employee belch over food and then serve the food to customers. Reported incident to supervision, the employee and supervisor seemed to laugh it off and behaved as if we were being unreasonable for being repulsed by such a disgusting action. Entire building is filthy. Bathrooms absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. This was our last visit to that location.

We went here since my daughter was 3 now 7 years old. Saved her tickets from the past 4 visits and after over $80 for this 600 tickets necklace worth $1! What a big rip off. We do looses many point with the new system, as many machine broken, my daughter keep tapping her card and it just keep deduct in points. Although most games now are only 1 point. Overall the tickets toy exchange is a joke! I felt bad to walk out 3-4 times without getting any toys as I have to save them till we have enough for $1 toy.

Alot of machines dont work and it has to be cleaner than this, everything else is fine.

Make sure to keep close track of your stuff because people will not turn anything in. The machines give out a good amount of tickets of you are skilled. Street hoops if you get over 200. Pizza doesnt look recycled

It was a great to place to go, but I notice when people and their children get stamp on their hands the parents just sit down and let the children run around I feel like this place is daycare were people dont want to be bother with thier children Im just saying but overall I had a great experience...

I’ve went tons of times they allways make me and my brother have a great time, I like the fact of all you can play, they have made a good job of it!

Service was horrible. Not worth the wait. Ordered through DoorDash and they were having issues with their tablet so they hadn’t even started the order when I arrive for pickup. Waited an additional 40 minutes for the food. No apology for the wait just a shrug of the shoulders. Get home and the food was both tasteless and cold despite the short drive home. A huge disappointment.

Machines always out of tickets and/or broken. Chuckecheese also looks like hes on crack.

Great place for birthday parties. Quite affordable, good staff and good food. Definitely recommend if you need a place to host a party but dont intend to spend an arm and a leg.

Over crowded for the size of the establishment. There needs to be a dress code implemented for adults and a limited amount of people at a time. Salad bar also questionable because of the location with no real monitoring to make sure children arent digging in it.

Its okay. Ive had 2 birthdays( and attended another) here and they all felt so very rushed. 2 hours is NOT enough time for everyone to get situated, play, and do cake and gifts comfortably. There is also a very weak intercom, you can barely hear the announcement for people to come back for the show. The facility is way to hot as well.

VERY RUDE AND VERY UNORGANIZED.I WAITED 25 MINUTES for Delivery Order. Manager DIDNT know what the hell was going on!!I was Waiting for Order, and Employee was Walking around looking for me when I was right by door Waiting!!I WILL NEVER BOOK A PARTY FOR MY SON WHEN HE GETS OLDER!! I WOULD RATHER DO LASER TAG/TRAMPOLINE PARK. AT LEAST PEOPLE AT THOSE PLACES R ORGANIZED!!

Its good value for the cheap prices. But very crowded on weekends. Its not easy to walk around sometimes. But everything is good as the kids enjoy it the best. You can spend 3 hours easily for games the would cost only about $30. Great value to kids entertainment.

My grandkids love it,the games,the food everything about it .

This place has really seemed to deteriorate. A lot of the games were acting up and not working correctly. To see the Adults/Parents cheating back to back with the cards and emptying the machines of tickets were appalling and downright sad. The new Chuck E. looks like he has a serious Meth problem. The pizza was dried up by the time it was brought to the table. Sadly this place was much more fun for the kids before CEC Entertainment Inc. let it go to slumps.

We made the best of it because it was a kid party.. But rating the location: it was okay, it needs a HUGE UPGRADE. Too small, Games out of order, and the salad bar was a disaster! My pizza came out under cooked, I can still smell the onions on my breath... So I returned it and just asked for a cup for soda... I got the cup them noticed hair on the fountain machine... Disaster...

The dedicated server for the birthday party was great, but when we went to leave there was NO security at the door! One of the great things about the place is the fact that you dont have to worry about anyone being able to leave with your kid except you, and they cant get outside without you.....I wasnt thrilled....

A lot of the games wasnt giving out tickets. Only one person walking the floor but it didnt take long for them to come. The problem is you have to leave the game in order to call them which you are holding hostage so no one else get on it while you looking for an employee
