Friendly staff! The laser tag room is nice and definitely big enough to have some fun! Party rooms are really cool!

Had a blast last night! Lot to offer here and friendly staff. There are too many bumper cars for the tiny area and that was a downfall. Besides the one that wasnt working I think they should take a couple out. You can only move 6 then you hit someone. Made it aggravating. Almost gave 4*s because of the amount of cars in the tiny tiny area. Laser tag was my favorite part!

We have only been there for the arcade games but have always had a great time. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The games arent overly expensive and pay out a decent amount of tickets. If you or your children are halfway decent at arcade games you should walk away with at least a mid level prize.

It was ok, even tho we were kinda ripped off on our laser tag game... only me and my sons played with no prior warning of empty session... other than that the games are pretty nice for the family

We stopped in just because. The kids loved it. We stayed and had dinner there. The pizza and the wings were the best. Everything was fresh and made to order. The games were a lot of fun. And the staff was helpful and friendly. We were acknowledged when we walked in and when we exited.

It was great the kids had a great time...we will definitely be coming back to laser Tag

The staff was incredibly nice and polite. We were looking for an indoor activity and had a great experience. They just recently opened again post Covid and it was extremely clean and we felt very safe. Highly recommend is looking for a kid outing this summer.

Be careful when ordering food. While you are there waiting for 40mins in their face for a pizza and 2 desserts they will somehow find a way to give it to someone else

I loved going here with my family, it’s full of fun for all ages. Not only does it have laser tag but also mini bowling, arcade games, food, and bumper cars. The bathrooms were clean and the prices were not too bad. The only downside is that it’s hard to earn tickets to get prizes but as are all gaming places. I enjoyed my night here nevertheless.

Fun games, including the old school games... Being able to shoot the players on the observation deck adds to the experience!

Had an AMAZING time celebrating our sons 5th birthday party. The food was good and there are lots of activities for the kids. However, only downside is the length of time in the party room. Other than that we enjoyed everything else.

Hadnt been in a while since having a baby and they updated the systems to be ticketless. I had an old card saved with tons of tickets and credits (this was our pre baby date nights, so we had a good bit), I went to the counter and asked if they could pull it up and they explained to me about computer changes etc.. I was upset thinking I wouldnt hear anything (they werent overly happy/nice when talking to me) but I actually got the call that IT was able to pull up my info. they set everything up on an account for me. Super excited to be a return customer and ready to tag some butts up.

Dropped my little brother off here for a friends birthday and within seconds of being there he signed the waiver thats required and took off running with his friends. He told me how much he loved it and it was just as fun as the other similar place, Sector 6.

Kid friendly. Great place for a non-scholarly school fieldtrip but otherwise a bit much.

Not a bad place to stop with a good game variety. Seems to be kept pretty clean for the most part. Kids enjoyed themselves. You can earn tickets from game play top redeem for prizes as well.

Went for a 9 year olds birthday party. She enjoyed it as did all her friends. Pizza and soda for party. Good food at the little food stand. Fun day out for sure.

Had fun with my lil boy here, actually played laser tag with him...it was slow so it was just us, which was perfect. Like the mini bowling alley and the big Pac man game.

It is a pretty nice place and the cost is reasonable. The laser tag arena is really nice, but the equipment and game rules are a little confusing. The games are also a little too short.

Laser Tag of Metairie is such an electrifying place full of hyper kids, teens, and adults! Not only is this a great spot to bring your child but Ive also observed couples here on what I suspected to be date night! As soon as you enter the place you can feel the rush of excitement and energy throughout the place. They have a little something for everyone. With a fluorescence indoor mini golf course to a miniature bowling alley also located inside one can find their niche in the place. The bumper cars and the Laser Room would give any child or adult the Rush of their lives. Overall this is a blast and not in the past! I took my nephew here and he raved about it for weeks.

Its a great place if you dont mind how packed it gets. The laser tag is fun, but there are a lot of places for people to sit in one spot the entire game and shoot you yet you cant see them. The bumper cars are honestly a rip off considering most of the time theyre spinning instead of you actually driving them. The arcade is one of the most fun Ive been to if youre into the arcade shooter genre. Many gambling-type games for tickets and decently wide selection of racing games. All-in-all its a fun place to bring your kids or teenagers while the parents also have fun just messing around. Last but not least, the food there is actually pretty good not the best but what kid is gonna really care(pizza is always the way to go).

Priced well. Great laser tag arena. Lots of arcade games. They have the Game Cards instead of having to lug around change. The bumper cars are so much fun!

Amazing family time! Staff was Super! All machines were working and updated. Snack bar was spotless and food hot. Super job by management and owners....finally a place to spend time with kids.

We drove 2 hours to visit. It was pretty expensive, but my children had fun. I wasnt upset about the money because we racked up a good amount of points so should have gotten some cool prizes, but the joke was on us. One of my kids got 1000 points on the big wheel game they have, then another 750 on the same game, plus other points from different games. My oldest child and my husband each had their own cards accumulating points. We got to the counter and was told we only had 300 points total. I told them they were wrong. The girl said sorry and walked away. My kids were so upset. We took the drive because we heard the place was so fun. We wont be back.

This place is great for little kids and teens. It has an arcade and laser place. You can go here for your childs birthday and have fun. The only problem with the place is that its kind of overpriced, but its fun. I would recommend you to come here.

Been going to laser tag since I was a kid. Always a great place to take the kids. I also have fun playing. Good games outside of laser tag. I find the food is a little high but great experience

I just had my sons bday party there. He is special needs and most of his friends are special needs. They were so accommodating. They gave them free bumper car rides and a private laser tag session.

Had a great time with family here. Large area to move around and very accurate lasers. When more people are added its a lot of fun. Great location and pricing for everything included with food and gaming. Will definitely be back again.

Great place for a few hours of entertainment for a group. Laser tag deals during the daytime on week days and good arcade and game packages. Medium size arcade with tons of games. Awesome laser tag area, 2 floors with tons of places to hide and shoot from along with multiple game styles. Bumper cars were very underwhelming though.

Love Laser Tag!! We bring our kids here for summer caml, and it is the highlight of their 6 weeks of camp! The staff is very friendly and works well with kids. I have to admit, Ive come several times with my adult friends, and have had just as much fun as the kids!

Just wondering tho since we got there late tonight we are thinking about going back when they open tomorrow to play the mini bowling..my 10yr ol autistic son absolutely loves to bowl n arent any good alleys in town. A great time had by all!! We took our daughter today for some lazer tag, bumper cars, and to play at the arcade. Not a single game marked out of order, as some previous reviews suggest. Lazer tag was alot of fun, and the arena is huge with LOTS of places to hide and wait for opponents. Bumper cars were super fun, and easy to handle once you get a feel for the controls. My favorite part was watching our daughter try to maneuver through the laser maze! Hilarious! This is a great place for CLEAN family fun, and Braden and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The ONLY thing I would suggest are a few hand sanitizer dispensers, since there are SO many little fingers touching everything. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME!

The laser tag maze was accommodating for everyone. They even had a place for viewing the maze for the Moms on a top level. We were able to watch our children and beam in if needed.
