My kids enjoyed their time there. A very big place. People had their masks on. Nice clean environment! Nice staff too!

Awesome place to bring the kids to tire themselves out during inclement weather. Its a bit expensive, but a nice safe outing the family can enjoy.

Surge was great for my son and his best buddy today. So much fun, and the facility was kept very clean and sanitary within reason. Highly recommend!

Been back for the first time since the beginning of the covid pandemic . Im not sure if masks are mandatory but there were a few kids there with no mask jumping and one of them had a cough. The trampolines were very dirty and who knows if the foam blocks are clean . If you a person that care about cleanliness , dont bother with this place but if you dont care about that type of thing , then have fun.

We went to Surge over the weekend for a birthday party and HAD to go back again this week because my little one had so much fun! Surges attentive staff members kept an eye on our crazy group of kiddos. It was so nice to relax while they ran wild. I joined in on the fun on our 2nd visit and lost my phone in the foam pit. Im so thankful for the staff and manager, John, who spent so much time helping me find it. You guys are amazing! We will definitely be back and I will be leaving my phone in the car!

It was pretty good some attractions are down do to covid but the children still had fun

Very spacious and open, lots of seating options and the massage chairs for the adults is a nice touch. I dont think they had enough staff working for the number of kids that were present on the Friday around lunch during Xmas break. There were many opportunities I saw where a much smaller child could have been injured by a larger boy/girl on accident of course but injured none the less.

The kids love it. They jump and jump and keep jumping. The people were friendly. We stayed for one hour. It was clean. Didnt smell of cheesy feet either. It wasnt hot at all. Next time I will bring me blanket!!

Surge is one of my favorite trampoline parks in the New Orleans area for 3 reasons: 1. The space is very open so you can easily see your kids across the trampoline park. Also, the parent seating is on the same level as the jumping. 2. The party areas are open so the kids can come and go, which is much better than being forced into a small party room. 3. Massage chairs! Thats right, you can get a massage while watching your kids play.

We had a blast here! They have a lot of things to do for big and little kids, and adults.

Destination spot for kids. My kids could spend all day here, with a variety of jump and obstacle courses. Great place for birthday parties, too. Staff is friendly. Snack bar available. Restrooms are clean.

Well, the prices on website are hundred plus dollars different then whats stated, more expensive....and cant coordinate any events or time slots without signing a waiver. What? Have to give you a laundry list of waivers for trying to schedule a birthday party of 7 year olds. Ridiculous. So nothing matches as stated and then have to give a waiver, this is before can even discuss an appointment. Ummm next. If nothing is the same from just a 5 minute research and phone call, have to say stay far far far away, too many other competitors willing to talk and discuss business.

We had a great time! My kids didnt want to to leave! Very reasonable prices $16 with change including sucks! Obstacle course was our favorite!

First time going and I must my boy had a blast. The pricing isn’t bad at all. Its too hot outside to bring the kids to the park. This place has AC so it’s nice and cool they have drinks, snacks everything you need to feel comfortable. The kids will have a blast so treat them and the smile the joy it’ll bring your kid it’s worth it!!!!

I use to work there a few years ago and had fun. Wasnt bad for my first job and the people I worked with then were nice.

Fun place to take the kids to burn off some energy. The only thing I dont like is that you have to buy their socks for $2.50. After an hour of jumping, my kids made it 5 minutes down Veterans then they were out.

SHADY BUSINESS & Dfy is much better anywayIf you lose anything in this place, dont ever think youll get it back.My son lost a phone in one of the foam pits. We had the phone pinged to one pit. We began to dig through the pit in an attempt to locate it, but the general manager John Sanders stopped us and would not allow us to look through the pit. He couldnt rush us out quick enough apparently. Sanders wrote down my number and also gave me his business card and told me they would look for it after closing. All the while he had this snarky smile on his face. He made me feel like he knew he had scored a free phone, but not if we were able to find it. It was late and there was few other people in the park, so we werent stopping anyone from jumping in the pit we were looking in. Needless to say John Sanders NEVER bothered to call me, even if it was to let me know that they never found the phone. Ill never visit this establishment ever again AND Ill be sure to let everyone know what kind of shady business it is.Update: 3 weeks later and my phone was turned in to the Verizon store. Why didnt the people at Surge call me at the number I left with them. Glad I got my phone back, but i still have not changed my opinion of Surge. Theyll never get another penny of mine.

I am so annoyed! It is a weekday morning and my daughter and her two friends are practically the only ones here. I was sitting at a “party table” minding my own business reading a book and one of the employees came up to me and told me to move because I hadn’t booked a party. I would completely understand if there were parties going on but there aren’t any today. Making a customer fumble around to move three pairs of shoes and jackets and move to a different seating area a few feet away made no sense! There are several different trampoline parks as good or better than this one in our area and I have never had a customer service issue at any of the others. The next time my daughter and her friends want to go to a trampoline park I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.

So... I struggled with giving this place a 3 or 4. I landed on 4 simply because they have a good variety of things for kids to do. They have Dodgeball, an obstacle course, and more. They also place discounts on Groupon with really great individual and family deals.The waiver process was extremely slow. The lines were long and the computers were very slow. Then after waiting in that line to sign the waiver, you have to wait in yet another slow line to pay, get wristbands and socks.Once youre in, there is very limited seating for adult chaperones. If they had lockers, we didnt notice them. Also, they only had one place for restrooms. While we were there, they closed the ladies room for 20 mins. No thought to leave a stall or two open. My daughter had to use the mens room while I stood outside making boys wait. They really either needed another location with restrooms or to be more strategic in maintaining them.They had a lot of snack and drink options but no food. It would have been nice to get pizza or something for the kids but there didnt appear to be any hot food options.They pack this place pretty full. If you go on a Saturday or Sunday, prepare to wait in long lines and have nowhere to sit while your kids jump. The one perk is that they have these massage chairs, but those too are limited and just to have a seat, people sit there, not even interested in the massage.Overall, I think my kids had a really good time. I dont think they prefer it to SkyZone but its a good alternate and probably a bit more affordable if your are on a budgetDont forget to check Groupon before going!

First off let me say, I understand that they cant control the weather and that birthday parties scheduled for this weekend were all canceled because of a power outage. That is not my problem. My problem is that I never received a phone call or a voice mail letting me know that my childs birthday party was canceled. I only learned of the cancellation because the place where I ordered pizza from called to let me know that Surge called them and said all parties were canceled. So I had to learn from a third-party that my childs birthday party was canceled and not the actual place. After my call with the pizza place, I tried to call Surge several times and no answer. I guess if they didnt have power, then they didnt have phones. So I then sent a Facebook message and an email and still have not received a response. That is poor management at its finest.

Surge is fun for all ages. The prices are a little high for amount of time. I would still definitely recommend.

I love to visit this place with my kids as this place is always clean and well maintained.

Not a lot of variety in activities to do. The 12 dollars for 1 hour did hurt quite a bit not to mention it does smell rather strange. The drinks are obliviously over priced and the water fountains taste like bleach. The best part is the rock climbing walls it’s a real challenge but it feels freeing to propel down.

Couldnt be happier ! Initially leaned toward Surge because you get 2 hours bouncetime for the same price as one hour at the competitor! But both my daughters loved the atmosphere here when we came to choosing, which clinched the deal. You get your own host who prepares the table, makes announcements over the PA to wish your child Happy Birthday and time to cut the cake!,and cleans up at the end. And all the kids (and parents) had a great time bouncing. I think many of them will hold their parties here...

Kid free for all! They had a blast. The staff was helpful and friendly. The facility was clean. My only concern was for how unsecure the entrance/exit is. I saw several kids nearly walk out on their own. Maybe they need staff at the door and a way to ensure kids are only leaving with the adult they came with.

Came here before my daughters bday and had a blast, it was our first time there. We had her party there a few weeks later. Our host was very nice and made this experience a little easier.

Very fun. The kids loved jumping and playing. They are 12, 6, and 3 and it kept them all happy for two hours.

Told me to pay 12$+fore my 2 year old step on it .i just been want to see if its not gonna scare him.called manager and he kind a yell at me what i have to pay fore whole houer and buy socks.(no problem to pay fore socks)they was not nice at all. Been look at me like i stoll something.walked out crying .so meen people its unbelievable!!!!!

DO NOT RESERVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!!! Put a deposit for a birthday party online for my sons 7th birthday. This is one of his favorite places to visit. Unfortunately, our finances have changed so we cannot afford a big birthday party at this time. I called and asked about a refund and was told that a refund could not be issued. I explained to the manager that I did not intend on having a party at all and asked if the deposit could be credited to game play or something else. She said that she could not. So basically I am out of $100 and still have to come up with more money to celebrate my sons birthday in some way (we still was going to bring him and his brother to Surge to celebrate with just those two but not anymore). FYI, the forfeiture of the deposit is mentioned on your receipt AFTER youve already paid.

Nice clean place with many activities for children of all ages. Nice staff. Very clean. A must go to for those with children.

I was a gymnast in my younger years, went here with some friends and I cant wait to go back. They have tumble tracks, a million tramps, a trapeze/pit, and areas for kids or games like Dodge ball. Must buy socks there!!!!

Its a great place and lots of fun.

This place is perfect for older ones, teenagers and younger kids. Plenty of space. Plenty of obstacle courses and areas to climb. I like this atmosphere more than Sector6 and it has more attraction than SkyZone. Ill be back!

Im as a parent not content because of the smell but if the kids like it that what counts unless I see unsanitary issues

This was my first visit to Surge. My son was invited to a birthday party there. There were a lot of kids enjoying themselves and bouncing all over the place. I do like the added bonus of the massage chairs for the adults as you are watching your kids have fun. Good amount of staff on hand but fell short on the upkeep of the restrooms.Pro: Great obstacle coursesCons: Womens Restroom needed to be addressed as it had no toilet paper in 3 of the stalls, sanitary packages on the floor, paper towels for your hands were sitting inside of one of the face bowls, and the floors were wet and dirty. There was a lady attending the party with us who went to inquire about someone addressing the restroom but she unsuccessful. I was there for about 2 hours and no one ever came to clean the labies restroom. Sanitary and cleanliness should be top priority, especially at a facility where large amounts of people gather for hours up on hours. My son enjoyed himself during the party at Surge, however, I will not be visiting Surge no time soon.

My kids had a blast. It was nice and clean and I think we got lucky and got there when hardly anyone was there.

Great place. Kids were wild and had fun. Price is not bad and i thought the place was real clean. Staff was nice really good place. I did witness a little boy break his arm while i was there but he was a little crazy in his jumping.

I hate that you have to pay for additional socks. Everything else was great though.

My daughter loves coming here. Bathrooms are usually never overly cleaned though.

Really fun. I liked the rotating gauntlet. They let us use our socks from the other trampoline park so we didnt have to buy new socks again.

We homeschool and went during school hours. We had the whole place to ourselves. The kids love all the little activities and they never tire of this place.
