Looks like a very well and secure kept RV resort. We like the bingo there every Thursday night. Doors open at 5 and bingo starts 6:30. Get there early for a good seat. The Payouts are pretty good and the system for buying your cards is verywell set up and easy to understand. Best Ive seen so far for someone who has never gone to a bingo and had to write down your choices of what cards you want to buy.

Venture Out offers it all. This is my twentieth year here. I cant believe how lucky I was to have found a perfect place to retire. Over the years I have done it all at one time or another. Like most I first came here still working and transitioned into find meaning outside of my career. Whether it is dancing in the ball room or working out in a state of the art fitness room you can be sure your health will improve. Of course you can soak up the sun just laying by the one of the two well landscape pools. Our surveys show laying by the pool is the most popular activity. It is a resort.

Great place. Great facilities. Very well kept. You own your own property so some big company cant show up buy your resort and kill you with fees. Nice people too.

My family has owned land here since the early 70s....it has changed alot...and is still aimed at a married , white population.....no new recreational activities in decades, cliques are the standard. The ONLY thing I really like about it....close to the light rail...so I can go downtown Mesa, Phoenix or Tempe for food and activities. ...and you own you land.....but condo fees are thru the roof and serve only a selective minority. The SUperstitions are also close for an escape to the mountains. THis place is NOT so much for singles.....college females will be bored.....but IF you love to play in an urban environment....hop the light rail for $2 and taste James Beard Award winning food, walk downtown to explore museums, clubs, food options and festivals.....USE this park for YOUR advantage...but do NOT expect alot within its walls for single, educated women

We can say that this is the best ACTIVE 55+ COMMUNITY!

Huge retirement village, well laid out. Each resident Owns their pad, as well as their home. Most are park home style, all different, no cookie cutter. Large area at side for motor homes and RVs.Property is secured, gate entrance. Two large swimming pools, shuffle board, putting green, among other on site recreation. Many social activities. Well maintained, a desirable retirement destination.

Went with a friend to play bingo that they do on Thursday night. The cost to play wasnt bad(less than $20)the club house is huge and very nice and clean, they still had Christmas lights up which was beautiful and they dont put up a few they really go all out and do an AWESOME job. The people I talked to were polite & nice. We didnt win any games, (came close on a few) but hopefully the next time we will win and the prize amt. are a good amounts. The only thing I noticed that I didnt care for was all the homes are too close to each other.

Music was grand. We felt welcomed.

You may never want to go home after hanging your hat here for some winter months...

If you are looking for a place to rent or buy and your 55 and up check it out. This place offers a variety of things to do. The park is very clean. You can tell they take pride in it. Palm trees and beautiful landscaping everywhere you look. This place is very affordable from what I hear.

This is our third year in Venture Out and we love it. The facilities are excellent and there is so much to do. People are friendly and with 24/7security we feel very safe. We can walk to restaurants and the market or just enjoy conversation with our neighbors. It is truly home. I cant imagine anyone not liking it here!

We have been residents of this magnificent park for 12 years. We love it so much we decided 10 years ago to live here full time. If you are looking for a resort that offers the finest in activities, look no further. We have it all - pickle ball (soon adding more courts), bocce, tennis, lawn bowling, two beautiful pools, a fully equipped exercise room, shuffleboard, glass arts, woodworking, lapidary and a full calendar of activities. Very clean and quiet resort. Every activity you can conjure is here. Security is great and are kind at the gate. Large corner units and somewhat confusing streets for some.

I have worked here for 14 years and this is a very nice park. The residents really seem to enjoy themselves at all the events that are held during the Winter season. Our ballroom is the best in the valley, of course my crew is the one who renews the surface each year so Im kinda partial. But the dance class participants say ours is the best looking and dance-able. They also just added a new exercise center next to the swimming pool that makes it like L.A. Fitness, without the crowds. It has modern equipment, and a sauna in both male and female restrooms. Then also the Tennis and Pickle-ball courts (which has just been expanded) are always being used. They even hold tournaments every year. Its a great place to be, full of many very interesting people from all over the U.S. and Canada..

Great RV park but it sounds like my upstairs neighbors have a fleet of ride along mowers.

We bought at this Resort a number of years ago, after researching many parks in the Mesa/Phoenix area. Venture Out was our number one choice for a variety of reasons. These include the size of the park, (big enough to have a wide range of amenities, programs and activities - yet small enough to not be overwhelming). We also really liked the idea of owning both the land and our unit, and the fact that the membership controlled major decisions made about capital expenditures, budgets etc. We have not been disappointed.Everyone here is so friendly (residents and staff). There is every activity you can think of - and we have the largest Pickle Ball courts and ballroom in Mesa. Our health & gym facilities are modern and inviting. We also have the largest dog park of any of the resorts we explored The park is well run, beautifully maintained and updated.

Truly a State Of The Art Park!! You can be as busy or as idle as you want. Most friendly folks in the Valley!! Also best General Manager & best Activity Director in the world!! We love it at Venture Out!!

We have been coming here for 4 years and stay in Happy Landing. Happy Landing is set up so conveniently for us as RVers for all the amenities besides being so well maintained. People here (STAFF and residents) are all so helpful and friendly. From the 2 nice pools to any kind of activity u would ever want are all here. The whole park is so well maintained. The security here is exceptional. GREAT place to spend your winter months!!!

Lovely retirement community with park model units. Many amenities including putting green, lawn bowling, several swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a large main building recreation centre, television and wifi. Many activities, dinners and events are always ongoing, ensuring never a dull moment.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The people are so friendly, the grounds are well taken care of, and the number of activities available is mind-boggling. You will never get bored here or have a lack of friends.

Been going to Venture out for the past ten years and my family loves it. It is a very friendly and happy place. Weve had lots of fun times there. Some amenities include swimming, tennis, pickle ball, horse shoe, hot tubs, and truly many many more. It is very secure with gates at both entrances The park has thousands of well groomed palm trees and the birds and sunshine delight one and all. Once you go, you will not want to leave.

Everyone very friendly here. Reminds me of Wisconsin nice as they refer to it. Bathhouses regularly cleaned. Nice athletic options to keep you moving.

2 weeks tomorrow, very serious accident at evening dance. A man literally kicked me off my feet. Great people helped. A nurse tried to clean wound, loss of skin,meat, couldnt even stop bleeding..4 hours at hospital, no break, Exray, cleaned wound 3 times, gave wound a bandage wrap/ ice pack. Intense pain, tylonal,came home. Could not stitch, nothing but open wound. No tetiness shot, no antibiotics, so went to my own dr 2 days later. Infected ,Tetiness shot, Antibiotics. To see podiatrist tomorrow. B/ blue clear to bottom of foot. Praying all goes well. Cant put too much pressure on foot. Blame no one. Accidents happen.

We did a visitation.. nice clean park.. streets very hard to locate and find specific address. Hard to find way out. I guess if you lived there you would find your route

Snooty and rude! I sent a nice email asking if they made exceptions for people under 55, for only a month and a half rental space. All I got back was we do not make exeptions. No sorry, no thank you, no name, no nothing. It was really rude. Glad to find elsewhere

We have been residents here for three years. We bought the first year and have been very happy. My husband was leary about AZ and staying in one place every year. To my surprize he said he didnt even want to look at other resorts because this one offers everything any person could ever want. I cant say enough about the people and staff here. we feel like we are returning home every year we arrive. the fact that we own our property and have a say to what happens in the resort is a huge factor when finding a place. Any where else you pay to lease the ground and when you reach an age that you arent able to come you end up selling your park model with a huge loss just to get out of paying to have it set on the land owned by the resort. We can sell our land and park model with a profit. this is the best place any retiree could ever be.

Great place to rent, own or come to visit friends and or family in the park. Lots of activities offered whether it be jewerly making, wood carving, silversmithing, wood shop, rock and gem, dance lessons and a variety of leagues of bocce ball, pickleball, tennis, horseshoes, lawn bowling and the list goes on. 24 hour security guard with security gates is a major plus. Friendly staff who work hard to keep the community clean and running smoothly.

Venture Out Resort in Mesa Az is a FIVE STAR resort. If you want to stay more energetic, more likely to live longer. The life style that is here is a to keep us active. The great water aerobics, the gym, pottery hand build club and the Bocce ball. These are just the few clubs that I am involved in and each one of these inspires me to be the best I can be. We have a beautiful home where we can entertain, have Bible studies, have friends in to fellowship.I have a small garden that is not only fun to maintain but also good tomatoes.My neighbors all enjoy the tomatoes. We have great block parties once a month and it is like each block becomes a family. If you are looking for exercise, fun, family you will want to visit us.

A zillion things to do, if you want... Woodcarving, sewing, jewelry making, quilting, tennis, cards, two large pools, 4 hot tubs,... You name it. Theyve got it? Really!!

As second generation residents of V.O. we have watched the park get better and better each year. The remodel of the Rec. Center and the recent East Pool Complex have kept V.O. on the cutting edge of places to live in the East Valley. We love the friendly atmosphere among the residents. There is so much to do, there just arent enough hours in the day. To anyone looking for the ideal place to spend the winter, you cant do better than Venture Out.

5 DIAMOND RESORT (highest rating possible) has very best of everything imaginable in an RV resort.

Lots of action and fun, clean and a great place to meet new friends. Only negative would be too many rules.

This is a WONDERFUL place!! We first went to V.O. for the pickleball, and stayed because of the friendly people. Each time we return, we really do feel like we are home.

Not a nice experience, if you come after 2.00 pm the security guard give you access with not explanation of the facilities, t.v or internet passwords if any...., the offices are closed after that hour on week days regardless what is advertised of working hours, my trip was work related, they advertise internet, well get ready to find outdated services all the way around, the place is under the administration of senior citizens retired that work there with no clue about how to connect to internet, passwords or guide you in anyway with needed technology on these days, needless to say the big problem working from my motor home with not connections that all, the circumstances forced me to move to a hotel, I was misguided by the word Resort to find out there is a lot of junk out in most of the houses scattered inside, and restrooms with an odor and not very clean. If you are working and need internet this is not your place, do not get fooled by the nice website is not like that.
