Bowling lane is charged per hour for up to 5 members, if you go before 5 pm it’s cheaper than after 5 pm. They have good collection of games. Food and drinks are also served in the bowling arena. Great place to hangout and theres fun for all ages. My only issue was with the staff at the food counter. Customer service was horrible and lacking. I waited for my food for over 30 minutes only to have everyone behind me receive their orders before I received mine. Management or employees made no apologies for the wait. I wont visit this location again.

My brothers 15th birthday was a blast. The staff went out of their way to take great care of my family and I.Food was awesome.Games were fun.They have lazer tag, rope climbing, bowling, arcade games. Its great!Only downside is that It can be a little pricey.

This place was lots of fun! It was my daughters birthday, she really enjoyed herself!

The food was excellent. The ladies bathroom was out of tissue and hadnt been cleaned in a while. We got here at 5pm and it was like that when we got here and stayed like that when we left at 8:30pm. Manger had an attitude after we exchanged words. Other than that everything was okay as far as the game room.

Not to bad of a place for all. A little small and not much to do but overall it was ok. A little pricey but the kids will enjoy it. Food was decent.

Amazing games, laser tag was a blast, kids had a great time. Pricey but worth it. They have bowling, pool, a bar, pizza, rope walking areas (like American ninja warrior) and so much more. Deff want to have my sons next bday party here!

Came here on a date with my gf. Ordered nachos didn’t get a buzzer or anything to let me know my food was done once I picked food up from counter it had been sitting out. Food was cold cheese wasn’t melted places pricy. The have a 14.99 Friday night deal but only bowling and billiards. Laser tag and gravity ropes course was closed. Workers talked a lot was not helpful seemed short staffed didn’t seem like they wanted to work.

We traveled from Little Rock and the games were taking points off of the card and tha game was not working we could not bowl because they said it was too many people on the waiting list but we did play laser tag and did the ropes course next time I think we will go to Texas

Your website needs to be updated. We get here, and nothing was unlimited as posted. And even the signs advertising had unlimited access. But it wasnt! Other than the bowling and laser tag, it wasnt worth it for a 9 year old. Especially taking the drive only to be turned down for what i had just read!

I really had a great time at this place. We wanted to go to Dave&Busters but I really didnt want to spend that kind of money just to kill a few hours. So we found this place and it did not disappoint. It is a very clean and well managed establishment. The restrooms were extremely clean and smelled great too. The food was good and we had very friendly service. The arcade games were not nearly as expensive as I had imagined. They start at $1 A game and go up to about $3. The bowling was awesome. I love the blacklight style setup. It made for a really cool experience. I would go back to this place if I am in town again.

The unlimited play doesnt work properly and most of the games are broken! Or down for maintenance!!! We came here for my sons b-day and we are ALL disappointed! Total waste of money and time!!!!!

Price is great and place was fun and clean. But there is no point in telling people to wear masks if they arent going to enforce it equally among patrons. Even the staff was taking their masks off.

This was my first time going to Main Event Memphis. Everything was fantastic. The Staff was amazing the Manager (Richard was the best) which is probably why the staff is amazing. We had my grandchilds birthday event there and all the guest enjoyed themselves. They especially loved the laser tag. Thanks Main Event Memphis for making Artreannas birthday event memorable!!

Great venue for bowling, video games, pool. Lots of things to do for all ages. The food is quite good too.

Reasonable priced deal...$10 all you can play video games for 1 hour. Unlimited attractions (laser tag, bowling, ropes course, etc) $19.95 no time limit. Lot of unsupervised children running around and no staff correcting them, but it was not a terrible experience. Reservations required for attractions, and staff often started late, but my kids had a fantastic time. Limited seating for parents if you want to park and watch, but moderately stress free experience. Restrooms could use additional servicing, but not gross.

Had a great experience. Akayla was an amazing server. The games were fun and we had an awesome time.Edit: Ive been a few times now so I wanted to add some tips. If you plan to eat, consider their packages that includes an entree and a game card. The food is heavily discounted that way.Plus, you can combine the credits and tickets from several cards. So if you and your friends are left with 3 credits and cant play anything, combine them. That way you arent wasting them. Cards will work weeks later too.If you are trying to get tickets, I find space invaders to be the easiest game to hit jackpot on (500 tickets). Im sure this varies from person to person.

Service was atrocious but only because there were not enough employees to handle the amount of customers. The poor bartender was doing four peoples with of work while the rest of the staff say around or did something else. He would take orders, prep and serve drinks, check with the kitchen and finish up the plates coming out from there, take food to tables. Basically he was the all star team member. The lifeline. The manager needs to go.

Hard to tell because they don’t actually close at midnight. They actually close everything down at 10. Maybe we’ll get to try again.

Had a great time with my son tonight. Would have been even better if everything was working. 1 pool table didnt have balls, the shuffleboard needed sand my son and both had issues with our laser tag vests and several games were out of order.

Laser tag is literally a blast....best activity there! Had so many malfunctions while Bowling on lane 15, it made it more of a hassle than fun. Food was good, long wait though. Over all kinda pricey but fun.

I hosted my son’s 9th birthday party on yesterday at this venue, and I must say it was way more than I bargained for. There were hiccups during the check in process. No guidance or direction was provided regarding the check in location once you arrived at venue. When I did identify the location inside of the venue, the attendants were very unprofessional. There was definitely communication issues which need to be resolved going forth. This is the reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars. Now in regards to the actual birthday party, everything was phenomenal! Our host, Geronimo ( yes the medicine man), and Mr. Mark are rock stars! Mr. Geronimo was so attentive to the kids and ensured that they stayed on task and on schedule. He ensured the kids had a blast as they transitioned between activities seamlessly. He was very accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure the kids and the entire Birthday entourage were taken care of. I’m looking forward to booking another event, and I most definitely will be requesting those two. Book your next event here and request Geronimo; you want be disappointed!

Decent experience. One issue with staff named Larry and the young lady at the bar. One of my teenage grandkids approached them while they were speaking to a patron an asked for a to go box.They completely ignored him. I approached and asked why and Larry had the audacity to tell me he didnt see him. Although he approached him directly.But again, experience was decent except for the final service. Id also recommend that employees resist congregating for longer than 15 minutes talking to the same customer at the bar. Maybe then they can manage the dirty tables in the eating area. Just a recommendation

If you get certain deals it isnt too bad. The games however are quite expensive, like twice as much as other local places. I would personally try to avoid peek times. I might consider going back again for things like bowling or pool. Minimum price per person would be like $20 but if you actually want to do things, grab a drink and a bite of food, I would plan to spend about $50 per person. Not exaggerating. If you cant then I would suggest other places. This is more of a once a year if even place. Also its a smaller area for video games compared to other locations. It appeared like this is a place where parents can have a drink and play games but also a place for their kids to run free. Acquired taste, lots of chaos, lights, and noise. Not really my thing.

Food menu is decent. The focus isnt in the food but it still has a good variety of choices. Theres everything to do here from arcade games to bowling. And they also serve alcohol for the adults.

I’ve been here a few times and things have all been great. This time we arrive and we paid $19.99 for unlimited bowling and laser tag. They told us that there was about an hour wait to bowl. We got there at a pretty busy time so it was no big deal. We got the confirmation text that we were on the list. So over an hour later something seemed fishy. I went up to the front desk to see what was going on. They said we were never on the list or it got deleted. The part that made me the most upset with was the chick behind the desk SMILING AND LAUGHING at the situation. Nothing about this is funny. They put us on a lane and a very sweet young guy with braces took us to our lane and apologized profusely.So we bowled a couple frames then the lane just stopped working. The couple beside us had a similar situation. I told the front desk and that’s when we were given an extra hour of bowling. Smiley chick was still there laughing and smiling like it was some big joke.Later, people show up to the lane beside ours and these people were obviously hammered. One of them threw up against the wall on lane 22. Nobody noticed. Even though that lane got food and drinks several times, the vomitus was never addressed until we said something.

Food is pretty good. Alcoholic drinks, not so much. They were watered down with ice. For $10 it would be nice to at least taste the alcohol. As far as the games, a lot of the two player games didnt work. Overall the visit was fair for a quick night out.

This is a wonderful place to spend time with my friends and family. The staff was very attentive and friendly. There are things to do for people of all ages. I admit that it was not cheap but they offer a quality experience for your entertainment dollar.

Prices werent as bad as I expected and we had fun but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Me and a friend went and trying to get someones attention for help was a challenge and nobody seemed to want to take initiative. The brush you off to a different counter, wait in line again, and find out were still not at the right counter. The laser tag guy did zero explaining before the round so I had no idea my gun had to be activated. Hopefully they do some better retraining, maybe have more experienced or managers engaging to make sure everyone is giving 100 to their job. Id go again though.

They have some good deals on their activities. As far as the arcade goes its not that great. The best thing is the virtual reality rabbits game

Awesomesmart bowling, laser tag was a blast. The arcade is set up so you never quite use all your play credits. Some games charge 8.9 others charge 7.6. Kind of a scam leaving most cards with .4 or .2 credits that are unusable. We had fun here and would go again.

Took my kid for her bday and she had a good time. Prices went up a bit since last visit. It was still worth it. I even played some games.

We opted to not do this because Id be mad if I hit the jackpot and got nothing for it. Bowling is expensive ($29pp). Laser tag was so much fun but it got hot in there. The laser tag game seemed to go on forever which wasnt a bad thing. Would only go on a Monday for the deal

We had the best experience at the Main Event in Memphis. Not only was the staff super nice and helpful, the entire facility was clean and the food was delicious! We will definitely return.

Bought 2 game passes, only 1 came out of the machine. Had to talk to management twice to get it fixed and both times the card they gave us wouldn’t work. The third time, they picked up some random card behind the counter and said here try this. The card worked but it had way less funds on it than what we paid for. When I complained, they said they put 5 extra dollars on my card and the other card had the correct amount. When i had half my funds left on my card, the other one was empty and we played the same games. I feel scammed. Also, there were multiple broken games that i wasted funds on. A racing motorcycle game had a broken throttle and I couldn’t move and an air hockey table had no puck.

Fun times with the kids for sure. Must visit again soon.

Staff was nice and helpful. The kids chickened out on the gravity rope course we paid $20+ for but manager was nice enough to transfer those funds to a video game card which was very cool.Food was slow to arrive but was very good and kids eat free Tuesday was nice.Kids enjoyed it. Will be back again!

So when we got here today, we took advantage of the $14.95 all-day play. We came specifically to do the ropes course. To our dismay, they were performing safety tests on the course and was not included. We were BUMMED to say the least. But after talking to the manager, she gave us an hour of unlimited video games in exchange for the ropes course being closed. That was great! We spent hours of playing bowling, billiards, shuffleboard, video games and TONS of amazing laser tag! Just before we left, they opened the ropes course and let us go on it anyway!!! That is GREAT service. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The space is large, cool, and very clean! It was a great way to spend our day with 4 kids in this intolerable Memphis summer heat! Thank you Main Event! We will DEFINITELY be back!
