We had fun! For a 5 year old & 7 year old we spent 33 dollars for an hour of bounce fun, plus 5 min in the water wheel. I thought it was a little pricey, but the kids had a blast and everyone was friendly.

Safe fun environment..we enjoyed ourselves and got in a workout

My granddaughter had a ball, she bounced for 2 hours. Everything was not open because of the pandemic and game machines just keep taking my money. Employee finally told me not to use, they just do that.

Fun atmosphere for kids. Food and beverages were overpriced. We had to wait past our reserved party time for the pizzas to be prepared and it wasnt what we ordered.

Been coming here for years and always loved it. Our last visit last week was disappointing. Its time for this place to be renovated. Its dirty and run down now. Unfortunately we wont be back until this happens.

This place is awesome! Way better than sky zone.Unlimited jumping time! As long as you pay to get in. But you can not wear denim if you would like to jump!

My kids liked it, so I dont have anything bad to say about it. It could use some upgrades. The water spin machine was not working on Sunday August 1st. Which was horrible because its a holiday weekend and this is where a lot of businesses can make some real money. Not sure why It wasnt working. Only excuse I got was they cut it off for some odd reason. Which hurts the business because they lose money due to them charging extra for that feature. But other than the minor stuff that I noticed. If theres a lot of people your kids should definitely have fun. Ooooo one last thing, it had a weird smell in there. So if your someone who gets nauseous fast. Im not sure if youre going to enjoy the scent. It smelled like a old motel or better yet. It smell like someone does a lot of smoking of cigarettes after hours. When this place is closed, who works there....

Well every time I come here they’re out of nachos and hot dogs.... don’t understand why... Guess you gotta always bring your own food!

Had an exhilarating experience! The amount of fun you can have with a group of friends is priceless. Speaking of price, it isnt all that expensive either! The main primary issue is the food options! Id recommend for this trip to eat before coming, and bring 10-15$ extra for concession services! Other than that, would recommend this to anyone!

Its the cheapest in town, the children love it but it can use a little more cleaning.

Employee didnt speak when we walked in. Place was empty. No music and we left before paying bc once we looked at the equipment, my kiddos said it looked boring. Not much to do. Dirty. It smells bc theres a fitness center and indoor pool on either side of jump part.

My children absolutely love this place. I had to change my daughters birthday party date because of an emergency and they handled it with no problem. On the day of our party Delma Robles was our party host and she was great. It’s a plus that she’s bilingual as well. Keep up the great energy!!!

Filthy dirty place

We had a birthday party for our children here. It was amazing!!!! We easily booked and everything was executed perfectly. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Kirsten Mayes was our hostess and she was very delightful and attentive!!! Very patient and kind with our family and friends. This is our second birthday party here and we will be back!!!!

Cool place the only thing was the price and you had to pay extra for the water ball. I went 11am on Wednesday and it was only us and a handful of people there. There isnt much for adults the other stuff was for 5-10.overall was cool.

Compared to newer trampoline parks in the area this establishment can stand a lot of upgrades including check-ins, the no denim policy and the sitting area for adult while the kiddos enjoy themselves.

This is a smaller jump space which I like better than the larger ones Ive been to. The kids enjoyed it. It was pretty clean & there was a place for the adults to sit and watch.

We will have our second birthday party here this October. My kids LOVE this place and the staff couldnt be easier to work with! Ashley is an amazing coordinator and quick to respond- I called at 5:15pm to reserve a party and she called me back at 7pm! Amazing. Looking forward to an awesome time!!

I took my grandchildren here and they really enjoyed themselves. They have an area for the parents to sat and you can just let the kids run around and have fun. They have an area for the little ones to play basketball and jump around and an area for the bigger kids to run and jump around and have fun.

Pretty impressive. Its obvious the place gets tons of use. Relatively well maintained. The parking lot could be fixed up - lots of potholes. My 7 & 9 yr old had a blast. One hour was the perfect amount of time for our first time. My oldest preferred to jump into the foam pit. And my youngest really enjoyed bouncing on the long trampoline runways. It was a little over $11 an hour.

No AC, hard to climb up the ramps unless you are super tall or strong. The floor seemed a tad sticky, too.

Jordan love this place because of the jumping and basketball.

It’s just that. A place for your children to jump on big trampolines. It gets good stars for that, but it could really use a section breakdown. Older children is hindered by smaller children they have to look out for. This is not fun for them (the older children) so for that reason they loose a star.

This is a great venue for a birthday party for 9-year old boys! We had a large group, and all the kids had a blast! Our hostess, Jayda, was the best! She took care of everything and made the party super easy for us. Very low-stress party.

Nice place to pass the time, not many things to do. This place is more suited for children. The dodge ball area was nice, not enough dodge balls to go around for both areas

6 year old stepkid loves it. Smell of feet kills me. I think they could use more motion sensor fragrance sprayers, lol. I think the concession stand could use some healthier options as well but overall I still go back because its all about a fun and safe environment.

Rainy and cold day - thought it would have been a great place to go for indoor fun. Arrived at 1:50, lights were on and sign said open but doors were locked and no one answered the bell. 2nd time weve been when doors locked and should have been open. If theyre losing money, thats why... Doors are always locked. Have to find a new place.

Jayda at Jumping World Memphis was a wonderful hostess at a friends birthday party. She handled everything! The kids had so much fun they didnt want to break for cupcakes!

Not bad at all. My 13 yr old really enjoyed herself. Food stand was closed and all the vendor machines were down. But a great place for the kids to play.

Jump World was great for celebrating a childs birthday. The hostess was extremely good, and the children had an awesome time!

We had an amazing birthday party here. Friendly staff and great environment. PARENTS, if you participate in any jumping activities you will be quickly exhausted and overheated. Trust me. Not sure why, but it seems abnormally warm in there. Otherwise, grwat place.

We celebrated my sons birthday here and the kids had so much fun! The staff was great, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience, the facility was clean and safe and wasnt overly crowded so the kids got to enjoy there time there. I would highly recommend jumping world for any occasion, if its for celebrating a birthday or school achievement or just a weekend outing.

Great place for kids, wasn’t too crowded. We visited today around 5 and stayed for an hour. I like how spacious it is and how there is an area for toddlers. I gave it four stars instead of five because the place could have been cleaner. I would recommend this place and I would visit again.

Air conditioner was brocked. But we enjoyed out time there.

Kids had a great time. Only down fall is they didnt have any hot dogs or nachos. And the hostess only came by once.

Just booked my daughter birthday party here for Sept and I am excited. The facility has open space and large area for jumping. Great space for toddlers too separate from those older and more experienced. Friendly staff as well. Convenient location.

This event center is family oriented and so much FUN! My team Memphis Dangerous Pantherettes had a fundraiser there on spring break. The staff was nice, the facility was clean and my girls had so much fun were hosting another fundraiser there May 31st. This is definitely the place your entire family wants to be for some any time FUN!!

Fun place for kids. At $11 an hour its a little pricey for what it is (a bunch of trampolines, a couple dodgeball trampoline courts, and a foam pit with a trampoline), but the kids all really seemed to have a good time, so I felt it was worth it. Wed go back.

It was nice if you just want to jump. I saw an advertisement on the internet it was nothing of the sort. The food prices are super high and there was no one in the concession area. Lower your food prices looked like a hot dog was $8 really even a hotdog combo should be at least 4-5$. Dont try to jack food and drink prices up you want your guest to enjoy themselves not give bad reviews. Find out the problems and try to fix them. Word of mouth can make you or break you. It will get you a lot of business or deter others from coming.

My child liked it but I’m not impressed. It was hot in there today and it smells.

Fun times to be had here. Justified as followed:Customer service a 5, weve been here twice and both times the teens working the counter were friendly.Cleanliness a 2.5, the trampolines could use some deep scrubbing. If youre wearing white socks, theyll be brown before you leave, but at least the restrooms were decent.Value and overall cost a 5, compared to some of the other places.Ease of accessing the different offerings a 4, some had lines, which is to be expected when its busy.Overall, a good place to take the children.

Kids love this place but keep your guard up. Somebody broke into my car, kids are always acting extremely rowdy. But, just be aware of your surroundings and you and the kids can have a good time

I went at 8pm on Thursday night and they had only 7kids. It was great. This place does need a major clean up and maintaining to do in bouncers. One was even broken and they just taped it. This place needs a refresh look on carpet and ceiling repairs.

This was a tricky review because my three year old son loved it, and me...not so much. The staff were curt-bordering rude. My son and I were the only customers for a while and the “jump guard” stayed within 10 feet of us the whole time and had a less than courteous demeanor. There were a lot of sticky spills on the floor, and the trampolines made alarming squeaky sounds-more like groans. There were also several patches on the trampolines which made me question their integrity. With that said, it’s something to do if you need to get out of the house on a yucky day. We paid $18 for an hour, which is on the lower side of these jumping gigs.

This event center is so much fun. The staff was great especially Ashley!!!! She was amazing! This is a place your whole family can come to and enjoy! Kudos Jumping World!!!

Very fun and physical experience, I was sweating and sore the next day

Went for a party. Staff seemed kinda over it. Hours of yelling no flips and such to screaming kids has to be tough. A place with 100s of socked feet is bound to smell like it, so I understand that as well. The leaking ceiling kinda made things feel a little more grimy though... Damp socks and dirty trampolines dont go together well. Wasnt a bad time but wasnt 5 stars for the reasons listed

My children always enjoy themselves when they go here.. Its never uncomfortably crowded here... I do feel that they can do a little better keeping up the maintenance on massage chairs and arcade machines.Staff is nice also

It has improved alot since the last time I had my daughters party there. We werent rushed like in the past. It smelt more like bleach than feet, which is good because its probably cleaner. If bleach bothers you like a few people sorry, but its better than sweaty feet smell. It is pricey, but the kids could have jumped longer if we wanted since they had wristbands.

Clean and well maintained. Bring cash because there is no ATM on sight and several things are cash only.

My daughter had her 6th birthday and Jumping World and her group had a blast. The hostess Kirsten Mayes was so helpful and took care of serving, cleaning, and setting up. We always enjoy Jumping World!

Kids love going there but the quality of people they hire is declining

First time going I paid for two hours the lady who serviced me stated if we dont jump the full two hours they will refund the hour we dont jump.. Turns out we was tired within the hour and decided lets go. Went to the front as directed to get the hour refunded we didnt jump and was told by one of the leads that came to the front we couldnt get our money back, Even though we was told on the front end we could. And also saw were they refunded another person for they time but not me... Really a bad experience for my first time.

This place has trampolines everywhere! It gives the hyper kids a place to burn that energy. There are very comfy seats around the place so you can watch the kids while having a nice place to relax. Worried about what to drink? Theyve got it! This place is just...amazing!!

Alot less expensive than skyzone for essentially the same service. Also no requirement to buy there jumping socks making this the more economical option for trampoline fun. The snacks at skyzone were better though.
