We live in the Rogue Valley and have occasionally visited this winery. Its always a fine experience. The historic mansion is lovely and the pastoral setting in which you can drink and eat some light fare is scenic and delightful. Hospitality is first-rate. The wines I would rate as among the best in the Rogue Valley: deep, distinctive, and elegant. They often offer older vintages - todays tasting included a multidimensional 2011 Chardonnay, which was a treat. Go, and bring the dog!

The people were SO FRIENDLY with a charming little tasting room. 3 stars because the wines were definitely not our cup of tea... Or glass of wine... But the 2 available ciders are great!

Probably the best winery in Rogue valley. They have excellent aged red varieties. They also have a very good pear cider that is worth picking up.

This was by far the best experience wine tasting. My wife is very particular and she just loved the warm cider over the winter. The library was our favorite spot to relax.

EdenVale...Ahhhh, what a fantastic place to choose when scheduling a wine tasting limo tour through Radio Medford Auction page for one of Sky Blues Wine Cruise packages.Sept 29, 2018 Michelle, hubby, and her 5 friends celebrated her birthday visiting EdenVale Winery, where you will never be disappointed in service, wine, atmospheric setting. Good times are always guaranteed.

We had a great time with our kids. Everyone was very friendly. I am hopeful they will stop using single use plastic in the very near future. Very wasteful. Other than that, a good time was had by all!

Nice location with views along the vineyards. Very nice setting with the tasting room detached from a beautiful mansion on the property. Wines were tasty and the atmosphere inviting.

One of the best Wineries in the Valley! We love their wine and the young man (Tim) was fabulous in his knowledge of the winery. We always take friends here when we are out enjoying our wonderful Rogue Valley Wineries!

I met Vanessa fron Edenvale at local restaurant in town. She was so kind and let us taste the EdenVale Pear Cider. I do not drink, but my associates do, and they all loved the cider and Vanessas demonstration. We all look forward to visiting the vinyard in the near future. Thank you Vanessa!

Horrible experience!!!I have never written a negative review, but this experience warrants one...We have been visiting EdenVale Winery, bringing our friends, and recommending others, -along with many others in the area- over the past several years and have never paid a tasting fee, as we always buy wine while were there. The last time we visited, we bought almost a case of wine and were still charged $20 for our tasting! When we were surprised by the fee and explained that we had never been charged one in the past, the tasting room hostess (who was new at the time) went to talk with her manager about it, however, she had already left for the day. While she was gone, another employee had come to the end of the counter to make a phone call and had overheard me telling my fiancé that it was odd that they were charging us now, after all these visits, a tasting fee (of $20!!!) especially since we were buying the amount of wine that we were. The gal holding the phone interrupts me by saying (in a VERY snotty and condescending tone), that most wineries charge tasting fees in this area, and thats just how it is here!I explained, even though I wasnt talking to her in the first place, that we frequent wineries in this area, including EdenVale, and have never been charged a $20 tasting fee because we purchase as much wine as we do. She shoots back with, well someones just not doing their job then!First of all, this isnt our first wine tasting experience in the area...weve been to just about all of them, as we frequently explore the wineries and their new releases. Yes, some charge tasting fees, but NOT when their guests buy the wine. Weve lived in the Napa area too, and know how all this works. We understand the reasoning of charging tasting fees at certain wineries. As it was, the $20 tasting fee wasnt the issue (as we understood that the tasting room hostess was new)...it was the snarky way the gal who walked up front talked to us! Even though we were the only ones in the tasting room, it made us feel unimportant and as though our support of the winery unappreciated. She was very rude. And we werent even addressing her.I sent several emails to the owner/manager requesting contact so that I could tell her about the way the gal standing at the counter holding the phone talked to us and made us feel...but we never even got a response! Thats just BAD business! And after that, we should not have taken the wine we were buying after all, not only because of the principal of how we were treated, but because when we opened it, it was turning and tasted horrible. We had to dump most of it out!We wont be back to the winery, recommending winery visits, or buying their wine in the future!
