Been living here for little over a yr and love it. Quite place better than were I lived in California for sure.

My brother lives there, people are very nice and neighborly

As mobile home estates go, it is very attractive. Units have small lawns. The public spaces are modest but appear to be well maintained.

I thought it a very nice little community. I had only been there the one time. I had no idea of what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. Clean, quiet. Well kept and nice landscaping in the yards.
