Not the best experience while living here but the people who lived here were beautiful. Im going to miss you all and I hope everyone is alright and ok.

We just purchased the most Beautiful home but never got to move in. Sadly it was burned down the day we were suppose to move in.

This was a nice place. The fires have left unconscionable sorrow. These people have lost it all; except for their lives.. but not all. So sad for all of them.

Most of the place has been destroyed by the fires last month! There are a few remaining homes, but devastating!

Taking the absolute piss out of victims of the fires going on by insisting that those whose homes were ruined but standing still pay rent, and expecting them to move back in without electricity or sewage. Absolutely unacceptable.

Theyre attempting to force residents to pay space rent even though they cant come get their belongings and want to force them to move back in with only water running and not electricity or sewage.

Moved in last summer, so far so good. Good place to live for now with my girls. Office personnel help all the way with our process.As of now (0 problems)

Yeah you can buy a mobile home they say. But you dont own land. Whats the point of owning a home when you dont own the land.

I live here and its pretty nice, the people are frendly and rents not that bad. Just $680 to $760 a month.

Parking or security needs a bit of a break. Takes job a little serious but overall a good thing.. Nice place to visit

Great Mobile Home Park seems like a nice community

Live here....great place! Nice people (neighbors) ...Management are wonderful people.

I love this place.

The park is nice - but the rent is ridiculous and is going up, you get tickets for parking on the side of the street after 10 PM (because the streets are that much busier ) they say its a fire department regulation but that regulation is only for parking in front of driveways. And to make that worse theres like 8 guest parking spots for a park with 100+ mobile homes. The speed bumps here are overkill, even when driving the speed limit you jack up like youre in a damn low rider. The club is nice, but if they dont want you parking on the side of the street then they can open up some more guest parking.

This was a nice park once. I cant afford to live here any more because of the rent space is going so high. And as of the last 4 years, the management has only made improvements to the club house, and in the meantime the park is getting Dumpy. Poor management!

0/10 would not live here i saw kids doing fortnite dances and left

The management was very friendly. Have a map of available new units for sale in park. However didnt have list of any units for sale by owner.

A real community atmosphere. Safe, quiet,and feels like a real neighborhood.

I have lived in this community for over eleven years and I love it!! There are so many opportunities to make it easily the best in the valley. I love having the clubhouse for personal events, the hot tub after a long day at work, the gym for the days I have too many cookies, the free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, the thanksgiving and Christmas dinner, the pool....just so many pluses! The management has gotten better and more involved in community concerns and its so professional with all dealings on issues. Yrs, the space rent had gone up but look at all of the valley and rental prices...things change...change with them.

Sadly It is one of the most expensive parks in the county!!! Although it is a well maintained park that has security and is a neat, fun, and safe place for families it just keeps getting more expensive every year.

Way over rated for the money

$650 per month for only lot rent, this is in addition to your mortgage. Pool is dirty, the gym is less than basic standards, dogs bark all the time and the space are so close, if your neighbor smokes on the porch, its coming in your windows if they are open. I have yet to find ANY benefit to living here vs. buying property.
